Looking to purchase a new car, we drove up to Green Hyundai in Kalispell, and we were greeted by friendly Joshua Brandenburg. We told him our price range as well as car features we wanted, and he showed us a couple options. Josh was very knowledgable and professional, and we felt comfortable and relaxed as he spent a good deal of time answering all our questions. We did a test drive of a couple vehicles, and ended up the proud owners of a beautiful 2021 Hyundai Tucson. He gave us a couple used car options, but we had our hearts set on a new car and couldnt be more pleased with our purchase. Make sure to get the warranty... I sadly did not and put to much trust into them and was desperate for vehicle to get to work and am left with what i thought and was told was a fully inspected no problems car, but no spent my savings on a honda accord and I have not been able to drive it because it is running very lean and cruddy but no CEL so im stuck broke slowly saving to throw parts at it because no shop can tell whats wrong with it.. Very friendly people but they will lie to your face.. Not to mention they told me the ball joint was bad and replaced it for me but left the other side horribly creaking

Stopped in for an oil change and cabin filter change, everything was complete in a timely manner. They washed the car after the service and didnt spill a drop of oil in the engine. This is a good dealer to service your hyundai at. While I was waiting i test drove 3 vehicles and sales rep Joshua had all the answers to my questions. The staff here were polite and friendly and I would recommend this dealer if someone was looking to buy or just service their car.

Be aware when working with this company, At first they was so nice and worked a great deal for me. During the process they left information out that should of been told to someone buying a brand new car like the car did not come with floor mats or that the licensing was not included with the price of the vehicle. Even After when I asked 2 people they said yes that it was included. To then find out that it was not included and I had to pay it out of my pocket to get the licensing done on my new car.

Hyundai made an appointment. Was right on time. The experience was positive and pleasant.

Ill start off with the Ext Warranty is garbage. Paid for what i was told was a great ext warranty and found out its a wrap coverage that doesnt even cover a bad CV axle. Fast forward I traded in the car to another dealership and cancelled my warranty and Gap on the 11th of Nov. I received confirmation from the Ext warranty company of the amounts i was due from the selling dealer Green Hyundai. I was told by end of December i would receive a check. I called Friday 1/3/2020 and not a single person knew anything about the amount or that it needed to be refunded to me and now im told i need to wait until the end of January......Thanks. Guess this justified me purchasing my vehicle from another dealership in town.

Worst company I have ever dealt with!!!!Asked if they needed a deposit to hold a truck so it wouldn’t get sold out from under us. Was told by the salesman no we don’t need a deposit. Had check in hand ready to drive 7 hours to get this truck. Kept getting told we don’t have the truck, it’s getting work done on it. Finally after over a day of being told the truck wasn’t ready, got the phone call that yes it’s ready. We were literally in the truck on our way when we got a phone call saying sorry we just sold the truck. Called the general manager and was told sorry about that there wasn’t a deposit on it. I said I offered money you wouldn’t take it. Mean while they had our truck on their website for sale the entire time. WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! If I could give a negative on the stars I would.

All went well as a whole. I just spent quite a few minutes waiting when I came to pick my car up. I thought maybe the young lady that works the front might have been in the back, so I waited quite some time for her to return to the front. That never happened. Fortunately a sales person came around from up front and asked to help me. He told me he thought she may be at lunch which is fine. I He took care of me and got me on my way. A suggestion might be to have a sign saying where she is (In the back) or (to lunch) so we know and maybe also where to direct us for service or maybe even a bell to ring, just something so we are not left to sit and wonder for an undetermined amount of time. Really, all in all everything was fine Thank you

Overall I am just extremely upset with my experience here. The sale of the truck was a nightmare, we were being charged a higher price than listed on the website. I am talking about a $4000 difference. Richard was nice and did somewhat rectify the situation. We were advised to get the extended warranty because it is a used vehicle just incase anything went wrong, it would be covered. Even though the price was a bit steep, $3000, we decided it would be a good idea. After 2-3 months of owning the truck the 4 wheel drive and the steering went out. To make a long story short, our result is that the warranty is only going to cover one part, the control arm. This wont even fix either problem. I am just so upset that we have essentially been deceieved and ripped off since the start of all this. Now all we have to show is a truck we cant drive and a loan that is burning a hole in our pocket. I just wanted to take the time to warn others so maybe someone else wont get screwed over.

Went in after a vigorous search for a vehicle within my preferences, but most places couldnt provide the service and prices i was looking for. Green Hyundai surpassed my expectations. Christian was my absolute saviour through my first time buying a car, very knowledgeable and outgoing. Tell them what your working with and theyll definitely work with you! Our family went just to look at a used vehicle. Michael came out and meet us on the lot, very nice and laid back, no pushy saleman talk. Let us take it for a test drive without any hassle. We had mentioned we were interested in another vehicle as well, and when we got back from our test drive the other one was upfront and ready for us to drive. We had arrived at about 5, so by the time we drove both it was about 6. We told them which one we wanted, went through the basic starter paperwork and they got going for us. Sales manager Richard came out and talked to us, got some ideas and then went to work. We went and had some dinner, got back about 6:45, they close at 7, so I thought we would pick it up another day. But they stayed and we got the deal finalized about 8. Mikala was great to work with on the paperwork that is never fun, but she had a great attitude through it all. (FYI to Green auto, Mikala needs some shades or something in her office, the afternoon sun was shining in her eyes the whole time). Overall a better experience than I expected based on reviews and past experience with the Nissan side.

This dealership lied to me about their prices. They were not willing to satisfy a local customer. They don’t seem to want business in the area.

Great product friendly service no pressure to buy

Bought a car back in feb 2017, Would NEVER buy there again. I went back because of a good experience, but the second car way my last experience. Not only do I buy a car that needed a back seat panel, been waiting for 2 and a half months to get it taken care of, Also was told I would get my detail done, Back window tint fixed, I notice a part is broken under the hood of the car. Will they fix it no! Saddened that people spend thousands of dollars just to be told to figure it out!!!! a 1 star review is nice.

Sales people were super pushy. One had a huge dip in that made it difficult to concentrate on anything else. When I wanted to speak to specific salesman they said he wasnt there. I had just talked to him in the phone. Turns out he was at their other lot. They were trying to push me into a car. Very unprofessional.

We purchased a 2006 used car from them, which we later ended up finding out what we thought were minor issues with ability to downshift going up any slope we experienced after purchasing the car was because the car was only firing on 2 cylinders instead of 8. We ended up having to pay a trusted family mechanic $1,000 (to also take care of some other engine issues) to fix our problem. The car runs great now that its using all 8 cylinders these days but WOW, very upsetting the dealership put that on the market and charged us what they did for a 2 cylinder working vehicle. There were also some other irritations that arrived after buying the car from them, but can I safely complain about those? I will tell you about the engine surprise however, because our mechanic found that issue right away - they likely knew about it yet put it on the market regardless. Not an honest dealership. Take Caution

I had a good experience up until I took the vehicle home. Just after months of owning the car I took it in for an oil change and I was given a laundry list of things that where wrong with it, including a part that was missing underneath the car which is impossible to fall off, it was apparentley never put back on at some point before I purchased it. They wanted thousands of dollars to fix these problems, I felt like I was sold a lemon. I contactd the owner and told him the problems and I told him I wanted a copy of the inspection report on the vehicle. He told me he would get it for me and call me back. I called once a week for two months with no response. When he finally took my call he actually yelled at me and told me that he didnt have to give me the report if he didnt want to, I was blown away by his lack of proffesionalism. The vehicle was also missing a headrest and I was told by the salesman that he would order one for me right away. I also called back several times to ask about it and the salesman said he ordered it and didnt know what was taking so long. I then decided to skip the salesman and I called the parts department. When I asked about the headrest he told me that there was never an order placed by the salesman. He was so upset and dissapointed that he put a rush on the headrest and I was able to pick it up the following week. The only positive thing I can say about this company is that whoevers in charge of the parts dept has a good work ethic.
