Mike Boger was great. He made sure we knew everything we needed to make a smart buying decision. He even tried to encourage my son to think twice about a truck, which I really appreciated because he was thinking of my son, not his own pocketbook. An SUV would have cost us less, but my son was adamant about getting a truck, and so Mike got us into the best option at a monthly cost we could afford. The rest of the team was awesome too.

The fact that my 6 month old 2021 Silverado 3500HD with 7700 miles quit without warning is disappointing. The fact that the engine quit again 45 minutes into my trip after being “fixed” is disturbing. I was traveling at 65 miles an hour towing my camper when the engine quit without warning. No lights, no chimes, no gauges out of limits. The power steering and power brakes were inoperative. I was on a two lane highway with narrow shoulders. I feel that this failure placed me in an unsafe situation. My previous truck was a 2007 Duramax, this one appears to be a 2021 Duramin. Everyone one at Corwin Motors was very helpful and did the repair according to Chevy maintenance specifications. Chevy roadside assistance was a joke. We waited over 4 hours for the tow. They even admitted that they failed to place the original request for a tow. This is a total failure by Chevrolet to provide a reliable product.

Best dealer service experience Ive had. If it wasnt so expensive relative to other repair shops Id give it a 9 or 10. I understand its a big organization and premium service, but it seems 30-50% higher than comparable repairs at another shop. But, I was pleased with the communication, the service and the facilities. While traveling from Denver to Glacier National Park we stopped in for an oil change and fuel filter change on our 2020 Sierra Duramax on a Friday morning. We noticed that morning when we started the truck the check engine light stayed on. The tech noticed the DEF was leaking all underneath the truck, caused by a hole in the system. They ordered the parts and would call us to schedule - we were scheduled for 8:00 am Tuesday. Service was completed within a couple of hours (Entire exhaust system replaced) at no cost to us and we were back on the road.Great Service with great communication

I purchased a 2004 Chevy avalanche 2 weeks later I had to replace water pump. I drove it 3 more days before the transmission quit. Buyer beware.. I will not be going back. Needed to get my oil changed and as long as you have an appointment it is quick. Otherwise the wait can be lengthy. They even gave me a card for a free car wash but did not vacuum out my vehicle at all.

Leon went out of his way to get me going again. I inadvertently drained my battery down and ended up with a truck that wouldn’t run. Got it jump started but the drain caused many codes to be set in the computer and the truck would not release the parking break. Towed it to Corwin motors and Leon jumped the line got me and got me going again in no time. I was very pleased with there service. Again, Thanks to Leon for all his help.

I really debated putting a review up, and really do wish it wasnt public. However, I do know that my experience with Corwin was not great. To make a long story short I went in buying a new car for the first time by myself. Obvisoulsy I understand that car salesman have to make a living, and need to make things sound like a great deal when they really are not. However, I firmly believed that I was directly lied to about the price of my trade in and the price of the car I bought.I signed a paper and agreed to pay a certain price per month, and once the deal was all said and done, my payment ended up being $38 dollars more than what I agreed to. It may not seem like a lot, but still I was way over that I wanted to pay per month to begin with, but got talked into more. Further, I reached out to my salesman, Shawn, obviously upset, to which he turned to me over to the owner. The owner tried to explain that getting the new car at the marked value was actually a great price, because they dont mark up their cars, and sell them at the going rate. Flash forward to now, my truck that I traded in is marked up $4,000.... I am not surprised, but obviously what the owner told me was a lie. When I went in to finish my deal, my salesman did not approach me once, and instead just sat at his desk, knowing that I was unhappy with my deal. I felt that someone making that much commission off a full priced car would at the very least say hello. I also noticed in the sale add, that many of my personal belongs such as purse and wallet were in the pictures they had taken of the inside of my truck. Meaning they were taking pictures of the inside of my vehicle long before I had agreed to sell it to them. I felt this was pushing the boundaries. Lastly, I had issue with the payment on my trade in loan, showing up on time. I called and left 10 voicemails asking for.a call back about the status of the payment, and not one phone call was returned. I even had a man answer the phone and promised to call back within 5 minutes, that I never heard from again. I had to ask for work off early, to personally go in to get help. Very disappointed on all ends of the deal.Again, I didnt want to put this publicly because I know many people have had positive experiences with them, but I also wanted to explain to the dealership why I was so upset. There is no option to review not publicly.

Service was terrible! I was treated like I didn’t know anything about my vehicle and the service person was rude at best. I was told “we can’t find anything wrong, but my tech owns a vehicle like this and he says it’s normal”. That was the diagnosis of my vehicle!! I took it to another shop that was immediately able to diagnose it was the U Joints. This is NOT the first time I have been treated with absolute disrespect by the service department. When I tried to call and talk to someone about the service I was told “I don’t know who to have you talk to”. Won’t ever go back for service or to buy a vehicle.

Had an appointment for 8am- drove 90 miles and arrived 10 minutes early- at 1130 asked why my pickup had not been even moved from where I parked it. They moved it in quickly but then spent the next 4.5 hours to do 1.5 hours work on it. When they handed me my keys, they said they did not have time to do 2 of the items on the list- they had the parts but no time- so after a day spent (11.5 hours including driving time) my pickup still needs worked on

Purchased a 2017 WRX. Process was quick (under 3 hours from walking in to leaving with the keys). They were respectful of me having my kids around and offered to help distract them while I signed paperwork.

The salesman did his best. Finance ran my credit so many times that it took a major dump. Aside from loosing my first contract Finance had me do a second contract like the first one just magically disappeared.Asking for answers was treated rude by sales management and Finance. Finally after they received the funding and my temporary was expired over 2 weeks for both I was able to register my vehicle.Their attempt to win my customer loyalty back was to have me pay more for another vehicle the same year, more mileage, and less features.Hope you are treated better.

I was counseled by the express care counter person that I should have advised them of my coupon prior to them doing the work. I thought this was odd and there were no signs stating this. I would have been nice to have a sign or something explaining this prior to having to be counseled by the clerk.

I lost a key fob while traveling out of state. I understood it would be costly to replace, but, it was extreme in both time and money. It took nearly an entire day because the key fob and the car have to be programmed to communicate with one another. This is ridiculous. In addition to that, I was not able to replace just one fob, I had to purchase a second one because it was not possible to erase the programming of the second fob? Even MORE RIDICULOUS!

The service department specifically Matt and not to diminish the mechanics have, did, and I have come to expect the same great service in the future. A very credible team. Thanks for asking.

I’m never doing business with corwin Honda ever again. I advise anyone I know with a family who doesn’t want scammed to go there as well. A week ago I went in and bought a car, signed all the paperwork, gave them the down payment, I got the key, the info for our title. It was or car. Well we just got a call that there is a ten day clause and they can ask for more money and if you say no you have to take the car back. They want $9,500 down for this car now that we already own and since obviously I’m not going to pay HALF of the cars worth as a down we have to turn it back in. What a scam to my family. How is this even legal?!?! I’ve also never ever heard of needing half down on a car, EVER!

I made appts on Monday. Then on Friday I come in and they say I don’t have an appt. It gets worked out. Then they don’t tel me when my car is ready, so I am without all day (I have 5 children). Then after texting wasn’t working we call and they say come pick it up within 20 minutes because we are closing. And they took my floor mat. When I made the appt for my other services, the girl was extremely rude. I’m shocked at the level of care or lack there of. Hopefully this isn’t a continual thing because we have warranties and shields for years!

I brought my car in for a routine oil change. I also had an extended warranty policy that stated I was allowed one set of windshield wipers under the policy. The lube center staff called the insurance company to verify that there would be no charge for the new wipers. I appreciated this service along with a very speedy oil change. Excellent service!

Pete is a used car salesman trying to sell overpriced parts and labor. Plus he is extremely arrogant and condescending when he spoke to my daughter when she dropped vehicle off for comeback. The mechanics are apparently just glorified parts changers. Find a true mechanic who knows what they are doing. I trusted them to diagnose problem and it came back and expect over 700 extra for not fixing right first time. Never will I trust this place to work on anything again.

Called crowin motors for an emergency service on my 2015 suburan that had a gas leak. Spoke to Danny in service and he said they were booked up for a bit but understood the issue of a gas tank leak was not good and needed to be fixed asap. Due to his willingness to go above and beyond he was able to squeeze my car in to get service. I called everyone else around the flathead Valley/ missoula and Danny was the only one who was willing to take action and go above an beyond. Due to this I would highly recommend anyone in the flathead Valley to give them a call for any service related issues. Thank you Crowin motors for having Danny in your services team. People like that are hard to come by and know how to service a customer who has an emergency!

Our car buying experience has gone from good to bad. We had a good experience initially buying from Corwin Auto however we havebeen waiting over a month and still no title after several phone calls. Now our permit is expired and we cannot even drive the car we bought. We are frustrated that we have no title and no response from Corwin Auto. They said they were going to send a 90 day permit but we never got that either. Our question is where is the title for the car we bought?

I ran into an issue with tires that I bought for my Chevy 2500 HD at this dealership and when I got back to my primary home in another state it was brought to my attention to these were incorrect tires for the truck. I contacted Corwin motors About the issue and Danny and Chris jumped on it to resolve the problem right away and corrected it in a proper manner. I will always use and have always used Corwin motors service department for my vehicles when im in Montana.

Pete is not the guy to go to if you need something fixed on your car. I came in with my car and the ignition had worked just fine but I asked him to look at it as Pontiacs have a history of issues with the ignition and it wasnt working for my dad when he drove it. They fixed it and now everytime I drive it the key gets stuck in the ignition. Now theyre charging me $700 to fix it because hes claiming its not his fault. And he is sexist. He refused to call ME about MY car, but called my dad when it was ready who is 14 HOURS away! Dont waste your money here.

We bought our used truck from Corwin Motors and overall the experience was great! Susan helped us pick the right truck for our needs, and because we were coming from out of state, she even offered us a ride from airport to their dealership! There were some issues we came across while purchasing the truck (we made the purchase anyway), but when we brought it home and the issues persisted, Susan continued to help us! With her help, Corwin Motors even made the unexpected move and paid for diagnostic and repair costs! It was really gracious of them to do so, even though they did not have to! I would recommend this dealership to anyone in town (or even if you are coming from out of town, like we did).

I got a great deal on a used truck. Sales people were extremely helpful and easy to work with. But I had a long wait picking my new truck up, because it needed a windshield replacement . I think that it could have been done quicker, since they started the process the day before and it wasnt until 5 pm the next day when the truck was ready.
