I was very disappointed with the repair on my sewing machine. I’ve taken it in twice. The first time to have it looked at and fixed if not more than a $100.00 they supposedly fixed it. Had to return it because it wouldn’t run at all. Picked it up the second time and was just like when I picked up the first time. They have young men working for them that really don’t know what they’re doing ( at least they are trying to work!) Just really disappointed in my dealing with A1Vac and Sew.

I was really looking forward to my visit to A-1. I love their tv commercials. The item I intended to purchase costs several hundred dollars. The young lady working there paged someone to help me. Then she said, There he is... The gentleman she referred to was on his cell phone wandering throughout the store and totally ignored me. After standing there for 5 minutes watching him pace throughout the store talking on his phone, I left. Apparently A-1 must be doing well enough they can pretend customers are invisible. I try to shop at local businesses, but not at businesses that dont practice good customer service.

Yes, they have vacuums and sewing machines (with lessons). But they also have industrial cleaning supplies. I went to look at their vacuums, specifically cordless. Michael was very patient in explaining the pros and cons of cordless versus corded vacuums and of each manufacturer. They carry VERY GOOD QUALITY vacuums. You will not see them in Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart, ... Plus, this store is directly across from Kalispells Mall. easy to get to.

I usually don’t do this but I just called @10:45 on 4/16/21 to inquire about helping a Dear elderly lady friend of mine to see if these folks might know about someone who would be interested in her really nice Kirby.....the person who answered cut me off & talked over the top of me making an attempt to educate me on the value of Kirbys. I thought to myself - It’s a collectible & she’s practically giving it away free but I didnt get a chance to finish my thoughts 🤷🏼‍♀️ Anyway, this man was very put off when I asked kindly if I could finish my sentence, he abruptly stated we are not interested in it & hung up, I was really astounded at his behavior.The only reason I called is their years in the vacuum business. I know times are tough but some people need to be re-schooled in kindness. I guess anymore, that too- is like rocket science.🤔

Had to bring in my vacuum cleaner because of an issue. A1 Vacuum and Sewing Center rectified the problem the same day. Covered the issue under warranty. I felt like a valued customer. Great customer service. Thanks so much.

Dont let the decoration of this mom and pop business fool you, it is second to none!Instead of having business people as salesman, they have their repair technicians as salesman who knows the products intimately and are willing to take their time to explain it to you in a non-pushy way. I left here feeling very good and felt like I was well taken care of. (Aaron helped us out and hes awesome!)

Dropped my sewing machine off April 20 and still no call about a quote to repair even after follow up phone call to them 2 weeks later. Not acceptable and poor customer service. Beware!

I live in Libby,Mt and had a problem with my sewing machine that is about 20 years old. I had been to A-1 before for sewing supplies but this was the first time I had them repair my machine. Because I use it commercially at times, and needed it soon, i was told it would be ready the next day. The owners son was who had worked on it and listed every thing he did to it. I have to say, my machine has never worked better. I would recommend them to anyone. They were wonderful.

I think there service department is good. It is way too high pressure sales though. They don’t listen to what you want they just try and sell what they represent.

Awesome equipment. Lots of items made in USA. Staff knows what they sell and can repair it too. This place is a dream for people who like nice tools that make hard jobs suck less. Locally owned and stand behind their products. A+

This place is a magical smorgasbord of cleaning supplies. If you are looking for it, they probably have it- or a higher quality version of it. I wanted to wander around for days. Nice sewing section too.

A1 vacuum and janitorial has a very knowledgeable staff, very friendly, and customer service oriented. I went in looking for some really good spot remover and they directed me to a very good product that was within my budget. When in another time to get some cloth for a project I was doing and they had what I needed and took care of me and I was out the door within the few minutes.

A-1 is our preferred vendor for cleaning equipment. Any time theres any problem at all, Mike tells me to just bring it back! Ive sent employees in to return random stuff, without a receipt, and Sadie had them out of there in minutes. Their huge selection and repair department are awesome too. Thank you guys!

A-1 vacuum is a janitorial and cleaning supply company thats locally owned because of this we enjoy supporting it their prices are fairly reasonable on most their things and the staff there are very helpful and knowledgeable. they of course can help supply you with sewing equipment repair.I believe they are the only certified dealer for simplicity vacuums which we believe to be top-ranked vacuum and its one American product that we can stand behind be of use them for quite a long time in our professional cleaning business

Went in to purchase a new commercial vacuum and cleaning supplies. A woman assisted me and was very rude and condescending. Your customers have brains and it is highly likely they know a window washing kit when they see one as well as a floor mop! I will stick with Norwex! Way better product and price anyways.

Customer service leaves a LOT to be desired. Waited a YEAR AND A HALF for parts and then they threw everyone under the bus with excuses. Repair man finally give me a date to finish the repairs on my sewing machine and didnt show up. Called and got a variety of answers.. hes on vacation. Showed up a week later and blamed ME for a misunderstanding on the date. Told me he was away for training, while his father told me he was on vacation. Definitely had an ATTITUDE. Piss Poor Service. WILL NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

I took a serger in for repair. I needed to get it running again. When I took it in, the repair man said he should be able to get to it in a week. After nearly three weeks I picked up the serger. It is not running. There was no test piece to show the customer that it was actually fixed and actually works. After I received the machine it was clear it could not have run. The threading was incomplete and there was no evidence of any cleaning or tuning having been done. The owner told me that he had tried to call me a week ago. We keep a hard line with an answering machine for just this purpose. There was no message. I would give zero stars but I at least got my machine back. This is the first negative review that I have ever written in my life and I have purchased hundreds of items from vendors all over the United States. I regret that I did not have the $75.00 to give to a homeless person. At least, I would have gotten something for my money. If you value your funds take your money and your business elsewhere.

Purchased a Fetch pet hair vacuum about a year ago (formerly a Dyson believer) and LOVE LOVE LOVE it! Had to have it serviced recently and found out that I have a one year free service certificate!! Yeah!!Great salespeople, great service-highly recommend!!

Terrible experience wife went in and the manager told her one price when she came back the next day he tried to up the price and lied about it I tried to tell the owner and they would not help or make it right this is a very bad customer service company save your money and take it anywhere but here!!!!

Bought a vacuum from them over a year ago, I moved to Washington and my vacuum broke. one call to them and they send me the part I need no charge at all they said it was warranty ??? I didn’t even know there was a warranty, they even paid for shipping and sent me a box of bags as a bonus. I can’t say enough for the customer service of this place. Thank you guys so much !
