WHEN I FIRST CALLED THE OWNER SEEMED TO BE HAVING A BAD DAY SO I WAITED TILL MONDAY. NOT GUNNA LIE WALKING IN I WAS NERVOUS BUT MAN I TELL YOU WHAT I WILL ALWAYS COME HERE FOR SERVICE THE PERSON WORKING WAS SO NICE AND HELPED ME WITH EVERYTHING I NEEDED AND MADE SURE I WAS HAPPY!! I REALLY THINK THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST PLACES TO WORK WITH!!!!

Lanti & crew are great! Worked with me to get exactly what I needed. Were a local business and try to do business locally whenever possible. Quality work. Recommend highly.

Guys a joke dont waste your time

Every job has been done efficiently and accurately. Quality of work was fantastic. Excellent customer service. The owner worked hard to correct the one issue we had when our item was misplaced. Will recommend for any embroidery jobs.

If you want anything done by this person dont expect it by the time they say theyre going to do it and is very rude owner says one thing and does another tells you hes going to have it you call and check he gets all grumpy and says come pick your stuff up never again

Im surprised to read all the negative reviews when all Ive experienced is excellent service and quality. Lanti has a great selection of products, the quality of the embroidery is awesome, the turn around time is reasonable, and Ive always been treated with respect. Lanti is quick to offer suggestions or recommendations for group ordering and his prices are fantastic. I would 100% recommend Salmon Creek Designs.

They have always done what I asked and delivered when asked.I do plan ahead and give them reasonable time to get in the product and customize it. Love these guys.

A few years ago he turned out beautiful products, but after a stress filled 10 second visit earlier last year and declining to reproduce more ball cap orders and waiting 2 weeks for my digitized logo I have lost all hope of getting any help from Salmon Creek. Maybe they have a lot of personal matters going on. Wish them the best though.

Unprofessional, rude impatient staff. Rude owner. Top to Bottom had recommended them. Bad choice. I dropped off scrubs to be embroidered. They were a week out which was fine. No font book available, so they asked me to email them one. The next day I got a random text telling me to pick them up and they were refusing the order. No reason given. I called to ask if there was a reason. No reason given- aparently they do not value medical offices who try to shop local. I have never been treated so poorly as a paying customer. I hope Top to Bottom starts their own embroidery. Otherwise they may lose customers to online ordering services that include embroidery as an option without the hassle or abysmal customer service of smug embroidery service providers.

I went in to get shirts and hats for my brothers soccer team... they turned out super amazing!! They looked super good and they turned out perfect:) great customer service and lante is just a great life himself . I would defenetly Recommend salmon creek embroidery to you!

Wow, owner is rude as hell, he called ME (I didnt ask him to, he apparently saw my number on caller ID) just to hang up on me?? Unbelievable. Go anywhere but here.

We have had nothing but good experiences with Lanti! Hats, coats, and shirts he has done them all wonderfully and timely for our business.

I cant believe they are in business! I was a potential new customer and could not believe how I was treated. Rude is an understatement to how he was. I should have read the reviews prior to wasting my time stopping in there.

The owner is extremely rude. More then rude. Would never recommend going here. Ive spent a lot money at his shop. Have only dealt with him twice. Both times he was horrible. Dont bother going here.

If I could go less than 1 star I would. Arrogant, rude, disrespectful are just a few words that come to mind for the owner. Shocked this guy is still in business.
