Glacier Harley is the #1 place in the US to buy a new motorcycle. Will was straight to the point and I wound up getting a really cool bike. Financing was on point. I would gladly ride 1100 miles to Glacier Harley for all my service and upgrades. This shop sets the standard for Harley Davidson. Everyone in that shop was great to visit and do business with. Troy even offered to help me on his day off. These guys love motorcycles!

Greg has come back to Glacier Harley as the G.M. Now we can come back to the Harley shop and be treated right and have some professionalism when we buy a bike or get service.

Stopped in after going to the sun road / glacier national park. Found a hoodie with built in facemask. Got home and found that this is not a normal item to stock in most places...called and bought another over the phone. Better selection of gloves here than my local hd dealer.

Arrived and was greeted. Bought some shirts for myself and some friends. Headed out and my shifter ball joint linkage broke. Put it together with zip ties and rode back. Took it apart in the parking lot. Went in and spoke with Troy. I’ve got an 06 so new parts are not readily available. He went in the back and found a used one. Hooked me up no charge. I’m back on the road and got another 1000 miles to go to get home. Awesome service. Thanks Troy.

I just recently bought a 18 heritage special from Will! Heres the thing for about a year or maybe even two, I have called will every other week about a bike or walked in to look at them. I wasnt sure what I truly wanted. I never felt pressured, he didnt get impatient with me. He let me do my own thing, to find a bike I would be happy to own. The entire time the rest of the HD staff was extremely friendly, they would show me bikes when will wasnt there, talk about performance and what they like about the bikes. When it came time to purchase, it was literally done in about an hour. And the reason it took that long is I had to go home to get my trade in. (Wasnt really expecting to buy that day, but the wife was with me and said pull the trigger) shout out to Glacier Harley, take your wife in, sit on some beautiful bikes, and find that dream ride.

The staff at Glacier Harley are AMAZING, all of them! Speaking of amazing...the manager, Will. I highly encourage anyone who wants a harley, to go in and talk to him. This guy is down to earth, honest, and completely there for what we had in mind. Hell, he made my husbands dream come true of owning a 2020 harley. He didnt hesitate to do everything he could for us, he went above and beyond anything we couldve DREAMED, and in turn, made our dream come true. I honestly can not say enough good things about him, and just encourage anyone whos in the market for a motorcycle, to stop in. It was so worth the smile on my husbands face, and the happiness it brought us both. THANK YOU, WILL!! Rude rude manager . I was nice to manager . I wanted to communicate an experience to him in retail area. He cut me me off.I told him I was not mad. At first anyway. That is not the way true Harley riders are. . The rest of the staff was A plus. The retail ladies! Wonderful! Parts! Nice! I hope his future guests yes guests not customers are treated better.

I have been going to Harley Dealers for 17 years... And this place it the best that I have ever visited..... Friendly, Warm, Quick to offer Help.... And the Service Department is #1. Had a problem with a Shock, they jumped through hoops to get me back on the road. Jerry (GM) and Luke (Service Manager) are the best I have ever experienced in 17 years..... These Guys Are Good.

Good folks here. Some things seem overpriced, but knowledgeable staff and availability make it worth it usually. Other things I have found to be very reasonably priced. (Plus for you out of staters - NO SALES TAX! 👍)They usually have a good inventory of new and used bikes.Since this area is a popular tourist destination (with Whitefish and Glacier National Park nearby) they dont take appointments during the summer season in case travelers need to stop in with pressing issues. Locals can still be serviced, but it is just a first-come, first-serve basis.

Jerry and the technician worked on my wife’s Sportster for 11/2hrs and recommended a process to deal with her electric accessories to not drain the battery when they could have sold a new battery which wasn’t needed. Only charged a nominal fee for a lot of work and advice. Great job and trust worthy people. ThanksGlen and Laura

Was in Kalispell broke down at 6 a.m. at the Harley shop that was supposed to open at 9 a.m. Jerry Auger showed up about 7:30. He then diagnosed my problem in the parking lot and told me he wasnt open until 9. A.M. short time later told me he had my repair parts and opened up and got my bike in a stall,got repaired a oil change and back on the road shortly after their opening time! Thanks Jerry and the staff at Glacier HD for speedy great service!

While on our way the Glacier National Park my brother in law had to stop and get a shirt. All of my Harley shirts are from Sturgis so I did not get one. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Just off chance dropped in to see if they had a front tire for my electra glide and bob the service manager had it and changed over night. Went back for oil change and will my bike have serviced there regularly. No bogus storys just honest people like to give them my business.

These guys are amazing !!! My brother and I were on a rode trip, he came up to Idaho and we took off on a tour, by the time we hit Kalispell, MT. he was in need of an oil change, they got him right in and we were on the road again, a short while later I wrecked my bike and called them for help, within 1/2 an hour they had me loaded up and on the way back to the shop, a few hours later we were back on the road and finished a good tour. Thank You Glacier Harley Davidson!!!!

Glacier HD dealership in Kalispell is completely unprofessional and rude. an employee told me some line about how their insurance would not allow them to load or unload customers bikes from the trailer. when i said that seemed wrong, he told me to take my Fn bike and get off his property. I told the management about it and they smiled while the employee continued to run his mouth trash talking. management said they would handle it and then just stood there. i told them i would never come back, Id rather go the extra miles to spokane because at Lone Wolf HD they know how to treat a customer with respect and are 100% profesional. the response was good get lost, we dont want you here BTW I called HD corporate HQ and was informed that all HD dealers have to carry the same insurance and in fact are required to load and unload bikes for customers to avoid any liability issues. I do NOT recommend Glacier HD in Kalispell to anyone. go to Lone Wolf HD in Spokane instead. they value their customers.

Stopped in with a very small issue on my fltru, was told only 1 mechanic on duty and an hour wait. Understandable it was only a 5 minuite fix needed a couple rivets on the tourpac came loose. Parts were in stock but after and hour and a half wait they brought the bike back out too me and told me they didnt know when they could get to it. The customers bike that they were working on was standing with me and told me he would gladdly have let them fix mine as it was cutting into our ride. Wasnt impressed kinna wish i didnt buy a tshirt with their name on it
