This this place is a heaven deserted desert. I African American woman it is diffcult to find products that I can use for my skin and hair. Trendz Beauty is perfect place for me. Great customer service

The owner is usually there in the day. He is very nice and friendly to customers and is open to suggestions of new products. I suggested a product to the owner and a few weeks later he had it on the shelf.

I returned an unopened item. The cashier was nice and the transaction was quick.

I love this store...you have to wear a mask and they have a sanitizer stand in case someone needs some...The sore was clean and with workers was very polite.

She is always nice to me whenever I visit this store and shes there.However, there was a woman stocking shelves or whatever she was doing..... I asked her for help with something and she was extremely spaced out, timid, and clueless.Initially i had to call her twice because she looked at me and then hesitated to come over to where I stood.She started making her way through one of the aisles very slowly while starring at me with this dazed look in her eyes as she sort of whispered from afar what do you need help with?She was hesitant to come help me for some reason...I then said could you come here please damn??I dont know what was wrong with her but she was either extremely shy,lazy,or scared.She eventually made her way over to me walking very slowly. (still starring with that dazed look in her eyes)Ultimately, her response to my question about a product was that she didnt know what it was. This is a problem.I refuse to spend money at places that employ people who act like zombies.(Thank you for responding to my review. Shows that you truly care about your customers and their experiences. I now know that she was in training and none of it was personal. thanks!)

Bought a product(the edge control black to cover grey)... it did not work to cover grey... the person behind the counter Im sure knows that.... but neither did the more expensive one. Should start suing companies for false advertising.
