Cant give it a zero but I would if I could. Since Steve and Penny arent running the store anymore its really gone to the crapper. Nothing stays stocked and the floors look like they havent been mopped in ages. I know at least four or five spill spots that have been on this floor for at least 4 weeks.Forget about navigating the store because its almost impossible since they just set out the full pallets right in the middle.of the isles and some sit there for weeks at a time not being put up. This store use to be great, but I find myself going to to the other store by Little Caesars instead more often now just because it seems more organized and clean. Whoever is managing this store needs to either be taught how to manage a store or be fired. Family Dollar should take a little more pride in how this store looks now. Its pretty bad when a much older store looks and feels better to shop in. I provided some pictures as well.Take some pride in your store. For the record I use to shop at this store on a daily basis because its only 5 minutes from my house and convenience matters to me. Clean and organized also goes a long way with me, a lot longer than convenience.

Im only stating that its at 3:00 because the poor young man that was working was unfortunately there by himself everyone else called out, I think its sad they cant find employees I felt so horrible for this young boy and how is he supposed to monitor that store and run a register by himself Im sure theres district in area manager somewhere that could have come in to help

Staff member this am with long red braided hair was super friendly and very helpful. Im disabled she lifted my waters for me and assisted me with my shopping needs. Best customer service award should be given to her! Im a loyal shopper and am very grateful for her kindnessStore was clean, aisle were clear and shelves were stocked. This is the best family dollar in my area.

It was hard to get waited on. Store very junkie. It didnt have what I normally get at the store I normally shop at. But that store was closed for remodeling

The stores stock is usually adequate, but I have seen stores that are neater and organized better. The most disturbing thing about the Kannapolis store on S. Cannon Blvd. is how unprofessional the staff is. I think they may be trying to keep the atmosphere light and jovial, but when you go as far as making disparaging remarks about co-workers and subordinates who arent even in the store at the time, you are going too far. Management and workers who are kind to each other and serve customers in a friendly manner is all that is needed for good customer service.

I only shop here cuz its close and convenient. That is, when theyre actually open during their posted hours. There is always half unpacked boxes and inventory everywhere in the aisles! Always at least a 5 minute line with the one cashier they always have.

This store has a really ice cold drink cooler and the big bottle donald duck orange juice that is enough reason for me to shop there but, it shares the same parking lot with Aldis so whatever Aldi doesnt have I can walk and get it in family dollar if I park in the right spot. The employees are nice and the cigarettes are fresh. Air conditioning works well.

Thank God for new management this store has improved. Very pleasant place to shop since they got rid of that mean manager lady

This store needs some cleaning & organization the parking lot has trash all around the front of the building not sure where it came from but just looks bad, dirty.End shelving looked like they just threw odd and ends of merchandise on the shelves. I had to go back into the parking lot to get a cart from another customer .There was stuff all in isles . The two ladies running the store was not friendly at all and I was more focused on these things and forgot to use my $5 coupon and wasnt ask if I had one or not. No have a good evening or thank you for shopping or nothing either.

Not enough employees. It takes too long to check out there. But I love their prices in their selection.

This place is a disaster! I stopped shopping here about 8 months ago and recently decided to try again....still short staffed and cant shop bc BOXES ARE EVERYWHERE--as always/typical issue for Family Dollar Stores
