Condescending staff. Since the amount of money spent was well above $1200 one would think just slightest sincere courtesy and professionalism would have been displayed. If someone is spending $10 it should be the same. And misrepresentation was abundant.
All of the sales reps are knowledgeable of the services and products they have to offer. We always go to the Verizon in Kannapolis they never disappoint.
I was new to this location, so very happy it was so close to me! Brian was incredible, he was so knowledgeable about what I truly needed. I went from an iPhone 7+, to a 12! Quite an upgrade! Brian walked me through all of the upgrades and had all of my apps, and everything else on my phone, in no time. It was great. I will definitely be recommending this location to everyone.

My daughter and I visited the store to open new Verizon accounts. Jess and EJ were the reps working, and both were friendly and helpful. Jess set up the new accounts, giving us accurate and complete information regarding plans, costs, and service. She went above and beyond to make sure we clearly understood the details and that we left with no questions unanswered. It was a busy day for them, but both tended to customers as quickly as possible and ensured that everyone’s needs were met. While helping us, Jess was confronted by an angry customer who loudly belittled her and questioned her work ethic. Jess handled the customer professionally, expressing understanding toward her frustration at having to wait and letting her know that she, too, would receive full attention when it was her turn. Five stars for Jess! Highly recommend her and this Verizon store!
Honestly Jacob was a life saver. I had spent over 2hrs with my current provider. Trying to upgrade my phone before it died. They somehow had my mobile account attached to one of my closed accounts. They advised me it would be 3 to 5 days before the corrections would take place. Then they would mail me the new phone. At wits end .. I walked into Verizon for help. I received a friendly greeting from Jacob and assured me he would get me a phone today and completely transfer all my info. I work from home and rely on the VPN to connect. I noticed while I was waiting on my phone data to transfer; that Jacob went above and beyond with anyone who walked through the doors. I do pay roll for a large company and would love to have a Jacob working for us.

First time I have ever visited this store was today. Neil immediately greeted me when I walked in and the customer service didn’t stop there. From start to finish he went above and beyond making sure I understood everything about my new phone. He was patient and I was in and out within 30 minutes! My experience was so well I brought my husband back the same day to upgrade his phone as well. It was well worth driving the extra miles 20 miles.
The customer service man was both courteous and professional. He answered all of our questions. Verizon should be glad they have employees of this caliber.

So my wife and I went to this location after searching high and low for the iPhone 12 pro with no success. The first plus was the fact that this store had it in stock. We went on a Sunday evening when we met a young lady named Jessica; the nicest most professional associate on this side of the Mississippi. While we were there, the internet went down in the area (no fault of Verizon) we were disappointed that we had to drive 30 mins back the next day but were willing because Jessica promised that she would give us discounts on our purchase for the inconvenience, and she did just that. We switched from sprint (which has very poor quality service) to Verizon not only saving over 100 bucks a month but at a minimal upfront cost. It was the combination of that and the impeccable customer service we received from Jessica that has made us very happy customers of Verizon. If you need cellular service. I would highly recommend this location. Thank you Jessica. You’re nothing less than Amazing!

I guess I should have looked at the reviews at this location prior to making my purchase. I am not the only one who placed an order in which the order was canceled by staff. I made a purchase on Friday evening for an in store pick-up Saturday. I arrive only to be told that my order was canceled and the telephone was sold. It was literally less than a twelve hour turn around. I’m still without a telephone and my Verizon account has the agreement to this purchase listed on my account. Very unfortunate that one decision of the Verizon retailer staff can cause so much distress!

Very poor service I showed up to purchase a new phone for my wife they refuse to serve me I did not have a mask on when I walked in when they asked me to wear a mask I politely said yes and put one on after doing that the man was very rude and said he could not help me I have contacted Verizon customer service and my lawyers I have it all on video I do appreciate Verizon because they did give me a huge discount on my wife’s new phone after they seen the video I hope this employee gets reprimanded for this event

Went in to pay mobile phone bill. Made payment 3 days before bill was due. Service was disconnected on renewal date. This was very very inconvenient due so me being out of town and with no phone service. Thanks a lot Jermaine B who did not process my payment correctly. Think store needs better training of employees. This makes me want to leave Verizon period. Had to go without my phone for the night and until mid morning next day being it was Sunday and location was not even open to verify where my payment went. Like who wants to not have a phone after they have paid their bill.
This is probably the best Verizon store in North America hands down! Come for a visit and you will see.
The worst experience ever, this is a huge store and they only let one customer in at a time, I mean seriously. And to top that off there is only one person working the store.Wearing masks and they say that they work, but you’re not letting people in the store. Just totally ridiculous I guess this is how you kill retail business.
This has been the best experience in a phone store I have ever had no pressure. No intimidation. Everyone listene to our needs and wants. Great product knowledge. I will come back and send our friends. We drove 60 miles by passing others and we would do it again.

The employees here put 80% markups on everything they sell here and they work for commission that’s why they try to up sellYou so much. The girl with the green hair tried selling my elderly dad 7 iPhone cases and told him that cases expire after 2 days of use “due to plastic heating up”I went in there to ask them why they were taking advantage of elderly people and the guy working there told me “because they will die soon anyways” I’m a Christian so I ignore ignorant comments like that just like in Luke 23:34Anyways be careful of this store I also heard they can steal your social
My wife and I have been buying phones here for almost 8 years, we have always experienced excellent customer service. We refuse to go else where. Obviously there is a wait at times since we are not the only customers that enjoy using this location.

Met someone to sell my phone, we just needed staff to check the phone to assure him it was clean and could be activated. After waiting forever the guy comes over and looks at us like were lying and says hes never heard of that. Then he asks his coworker and she also has no clue what were talking about.. terrible customer service.

This is not a good place to go if you want to find a new phone and dont already have anewer version in mind. The woman who helped me perferred to talk to my husband over me - even though I was the one getting the phone. My main concern was getting better picture quality. The woman who helped me said they didnt have the MP or camera stats of the phones they have in stock. So, instead of looking it up with the computer she had in front of her, I had to use my data to try to search for a new phone. There are better Verizon stores. Dont go to this one.
That store is a joke. They never have any phones on site.. then the manager pushes and pushes and pushes you to stay and allow him to drive to the “warehouse” (an hour away) for the phone you want. It’s almost humorous. The manager clearly can’t run this store in any sort of organized manner.

My wifes last phone died completely. We got a new phone ordered and needed to get it setup. This wasnt able to be done over the phone since that was the only phone available. She proceeded to go to this Verizon Store. She spoke with a guy named Dan R. He charged her $29.99 for getting her new phone set up. This charge should have never occurred and we later found out this was for their REDUX Membership. They use this charge for anything that is time consuming. ABSOLUTE SCAM. Never going to use this store ever again! Stick to corporate stores to avoid unnecessary charges.
Let me tell yall Bianca j stole 300 dollars from myself and my girlfriend because she thought we were nieve! She told us we had a $300 deposit due at the time of cash out, but that was a lie! She charged us for multiple accessories that she advised us were free(because of the promotion running) and sent us on our way! She used us for her own commission purposes and Im sure she has done this on many occasions. This is scamming and they arent corporate, so they refused our complete refund! Sn....Im not letting this go, not for anything other than people deserve services to be offered by honest people. BIANCA J IS A SCAM ARTIST!

My phone stopped working and I had to go into the store. Dan tried to fix it before suggesting I needed a new phone. I didn’t feel pressured to buy and waited until the next day to purchase. Dan did a great job getting everything working correctly on the new phone before I walked out of the store.

The guy wasnt very knowledgeable of the phones they carried. Plus not willing to help me get my phone set up or to transfer data.... UPDATING REVIEW...... and dropping a star. I bought a phone charger from them around 2 or 3 years ago. It had a lifetime warrantythey cannot find the invoice to replace it. This is the owners fault. They are selling that charger for $34.99. I found it online for 8.99 free shipping. The person was helping me really tried to find the invoice

Placed a pick up order Sunday, just to be told Monday when after I had to call myself, that they cancelled my order. I was not notified of the cancellation at all.
Was having phone phone problem (not charging). Only one person in store until 10:45 am.. Young Man can in..I explain the problem, He when right to work.. After troubleshooting the problem... Charging cable on and off charging... He was helpful, give me a phone number to contact..I was satisfied with the service I received...
I am going to have to post this here and anywhere else I can until I am given a proper refund. I went into this location to get two know galaxy s10s. Bianca was the sales associate. She gave us multiple cell phone accessories as part of an instore promotion they were free with the phones her exact words although they arent trained to use the word free. After paying off my phone $280 so that I could upgrade I also added a line. Bianca stated that we still owed another 300 dollars because the new line phone required a large down payment my gf questioned it and me being the nice one trusting the associate said no thats probably right so we paid. 3 days later I check my Verizon account and see that there was no down payment placed on the phone which then made me look at my receipt thoroughly. Bianca had charged us for all of the accessories she stated where free. I guess she figured we were black and werent educated enough to put two and two together. So we go back to the store after not getting anywhere with the manager over the phone. After about 3 hours of debating Dan the manager puts in for a corporate check this is March 22nd. It is now April 26th and we still have not received our refund after my gf witnessing someone getting a refund in store on yesterday April 25th while trying to inquire about the check for the umpteenth time. Now all of a sudden the check was sent 3 weeks ago after no one knowing anything for two weeks. I have been with Verizon for years, I have never dealt with anything more discriminatory then this. I am still waiting on a refund, as no check was received by us nor cashed by us & the story of the check keeps changing every time we talk to the manager. Terrible experience and until it is addressed in the correct manner I will make sure its noticed. Since my gf initial review the associates have already said that other customers have come in with the same complaint!
Having been a Verizon customer since 1996, I was more impressed today than I have been in 22 years, Hayden Reed and Maram Galal were able to assist me with removing a virus on my device. The problem was overwhelming yet they welcomed me with a smile addressed my problem and thanked me for coming in! I highly recommend this store and these people to solve all your communication needs!
