When you try to sell a phone everyone is looking to get the most money they can get. I have called numerous stores about my iPhone 7 +, everyone wants to lowball me. They tell me its an old phone and they tell me its not in good condition or its not worth much because its been used. Finally I called Cash for phones and all I was asked was what is the model of the phone you are trying to cell, what is the condition is the ESN clean or bad, then he explained how the process works which was completely understandable and I received $500 cash within 2 hours of me making that call and it only took maybe 5 to 10 minutes. The owner Jeff even met me to pick up the device. It was simple and unlike any other store. Every other store wanted me to come to them. It was a very quick and simple process, I walked away with plenty of money, no stress and a smile on my face. Next time I am ready to sell my phone I will definitely give Jeff a call. I have contacted this place and talk to one person about selling my iPhone 6 to them. Told me they would call me back and that was a day ago. Ive tried to call again and again and still no answer. For a place that buys cell phones you are horrible with answering the phone
