Horrible! Had to get a contact lens exam. Doctor I seen had gave me a trail and said the left contact is a few off because they didnt have the one I needed, she said it should be fine to go home with it, vision might be a tad bit off. Witch was my first red flag! Id rather have waited for the right ones. I go back because my vision is blurry with the monthly trial contacts. So go back after a week of using those contacts. The doctor had me wear my contacts and adjusted the glass pieces in front of my eyes and asked witch looks clearer she did a few of them. She made sure I could see clear and held them in front of both eyes and they seemed good. She said okay the contacts should be here in a week or so we will call you when they are ready and Ill write you a new prescription paper work when you pick them up. I go up there nobody wrote me a prescription paper work for them. I just called today and the lady on the phone I believe Jackaline answered and said she wasnt gonna be in till May and she didnt see anything in my file that I needed a new paper work with the new numbers for my new contacts she adjusted that there wasnt anything she could do... Do you know what I can do? I paid almost $200!?

AMAZING SERVICE AND PEOPLE!!!! I was nervous, I havent had an eye exam in a very long time and everyone took such great care of me. Ms. Annette took the best care of me making sure I had a great pair of glasses that fit well and looked great and was the right option for me. Dr. Ryan was knowledgeable and kind and fast. Also I am a bigger person so I was nervous about seat size and maybe being treated differently but HONESTLY- I couldnt of felt more comfortable. Thank you all for making my visit so pleasant.

This Walmart Vision Center has a new doctor, Dr. Jake. He is wonderful. He not only has a great personality, but is very professional and the eye exam was thorough and performed to perfection! It was a refreshing and much appreciated experience after an extremely bad eye exam a year and a half ago with a different doctor.I highly recommend Dr. Jake and will definitely return to him for future exams!

Dr. Hannon has an amazing personality. You can tell he is very knowledgeable and intelligent. His assistant was great and the opticians were fun and very helpful. Best experience at the eye doctor!!!

Dr Hammon was an excellent addition to the Eye care Center. He has a wonderful sense of humor and was very helpful and thorough. I have been seeing eye doctors since I was 14 for contacts and he was one of the best. Thank you for hiring someone who actually cares about the patients and makes you feel welcome. Will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Best experience by far compared to the other locations I have been too. That includes some of the higher end places like lenscrafters. Friendly and patient staff. I will come back for sure!

DO NOT buy glasses from here. I purchased 2 pair of glasses for my wife and one for myself in December of last year. I bought the anti scratch and anti glare coatings on all of them. I decided to not purchase the extra warranty as this is my 10th pair of glasses and I have always been careful with my glasses. Around April of this year, I noticed very slight scratches on my lenses. I didnt pay too much attention to it. I always use eye glass cleaning cloths to clean my glasses so I thought that was odd. As the months continued to pass I noticed more and more scratches. Now they are unusable. I called today to see if they would do anything since the anti scratch coating I paid for was obviously not done correctly. The lady said if I didnt purchase the warranty I only had 30 days to make a complaint. Both of my wifes glasses are fine, but mine is trash. DO NOT BUY from here they will not stand behind their product unless you purchase additional warranty.

The doctor in the eye clinic has been amazing! I felt like I was being annoying trying to find the right contact for myself. They never acted like it was even a thought! The staff there is great. We actually went to them this year because I did not like the eye doctor I chose for myself when we moved here, then I had my kids see someone else, who I also did not like due to their bad service. I have been impressed with this doctor and staff for both my and my children and my youngest child is 5 that alone can be challenging. Highly recommend him. theyre only open Thursday through Saturday which is the only downfall I have found so far :)

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY BUYING FROM THE VISION CENTER. The optometrist is super friendly, yet when the staff cant fill your prescription correctly there is a problem. He did get the problem corrected and I do recommend Dr. Hannon. I strongly suggest going elsewhere to fill the prescription.

Stood around for 10 mins in this tiny store before someone would talk to me to help. Then they only have 1 Computer to process your Information. Needless to say waiting an hr just to see the cost of your glasses is absurd
