Greeted with warm smiles & friendly associates. I went for an in-store pick up. Ease with parking, very little waiting in line, and helpful folks, as this was my first experience at this location and my first time buying online & using in-store pick up with Bed Bath & Beyond. Excellent price and quality on the organic pillows I bought for my bed (standard sized).

Im happy to know I can get split King bed sheets here. I just wish the had more colors than tan, white and grey.I wanted to update my review. To let you know you cant go wrong with these sheets. It feels so good to slide into bed now. Sheets are made well and feel good again your skin. I have washed and dried several times. They are durable. No little fuzz bunnies all over the sheets. If you like the crisp new feel and no wrinkles, I suggest to place on steam in your drier or use a steamer and steam them after putting them on your bed. ❤❤❤

The sign said double bonus get a $50 gift card and a 4.5 sauce pan with a purchase of $299 or more I purchased the complete Cooking pans and two extra sauce pans over 500 dollars I was informed that they did not have the 4.5 sauce pan available and they could not order it and send it to my house so actuality all I received was a $50 gift card and I could not use it until 24 hours after the purchase very misleading very poor management skills to not pleased

I came here for some weighted blankets. Its usually never busy and Im in and out pretty quickly. I learned the difference between a sheet, blanket and comforter today.

I went to do a return today and was excuse of returning this item already . (impossible) the items is there. I told her I have my card if you want to scan it. She refuse until I told her I use to worked for bed bath and beyond. Then she return the item. I had ask for management and she said she new what she was doing. I have a feeling some of these people do not like Spanish people. Customer service needs to improve and the vibe is dull. The store represent who is managing the place. I gave it two stars because Bed bath and beyond is still okay, just not this one.

Even though we did purchase a couple of items, BB&B is not like it use to be. Usually, products pop out and scream buy me. Yet, I found this store boring, missing a lot of product, and missing even more customers. I did like the Christmas decoration area, yet Ive seen much better. I do hope BB&B a successfully holiday season, but from the looks of it, they just may be dissappointed.

I went looking for a refill to a Lamp Berger as Google (does anyone wonder why we cant review them? Just a thought in light of recent events and all things technology) showed they carried this item. The young lady who helped me went WAY beyond the normal expectations. She went in the back and found me a refill bottle that the chain has not yet decided to what to do with. Dang, she was absolutely wonderful. Enter the store, go to left-most aisle and she was at a station on the right-hand side just before the main aisle took everyone to the right. Just outstanding!

This store was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Love coming to bed bath and beyond. We are planning to move out soon and no matter what store we go to, we always land back here. Prices are a bit high, but the products are definitely worth it and very high end.

Since the moderator wont post my review on the Everyday White® by Fitz and Floyd® Smash Mortar and Pestle onto the website Ill post it here. I did the not receive the Pestle for the Mortar and Pestle purchase. Thus, Bed Bath and Beyond has dishonored the purchase agreement. I called to have the pestle sent to me back in December 5th when it was delivered to me on November 27th. I was told I would have it sent to me. I have not received anything. So I contact them again recently and I do not have any confirmation email or any follow up.Issue finally resolved.

Items are typically difficult to locate as are staff members. Staff, when you can find them, seem to also have difficulty in locating items so be prepared to go on a hunt and find expedition more often than not.

It a great place to shop for kitchen items like utensils.

If you want to buy a quality stuff, this is the one stop shop for you. Few things are bit expensive but worth enough to pay for quality you get in return.

The elderly lady in the kitchen department was superb. And very knowledgeable of what inquiry I had about which product to get.

Great sales person helped me get the bedding I wanted by searching the store room. I was disappointed to not find the other bedding I was looking for so I ordered it online upon the salespersons recommendation. Unfortunately, when I got to the check out I was informed that I was not eligible for the advertised discount due to not asking the store to order the product for me online. I felt misled and a little ripped off honestly, but I was not willing to cancel and reorder. Too much trouble.

Bed Bath and Beyond is so great. And organized! I go there to get my Soda Stream refill CO2 tank. They make it so simple and convenient. My favorite is the checkout. 1 line many checkers. As soon as the next is available you step up. No skipping and no waiting behind in the slow line. I love it. I just wished ALL stores did this!

This location has a new upscale layout. It looks nice. They also have some OTC items, shampoo, eye care and more.

Lots of kitchen gadgets some are pricey but better quality than your local super stores. Bigger variety than super stores but you will pay the price.

I went while I was in town visiting and this is the closest store to me. It is always clean and organized. There is always personnel around to ask if I need help. I love that there is a coffee bar to try out teas and coffee. I ended up buying the blueberry cobbler coffee which I got to try and love it.

Had what I needed

Just completed our wedding registry there with Rosalinda! She was soooo extremely helpful. We appreciated expertise and guidance on all the items and what to add. She made the overwhelming process seem like a breeze! It was a super personal experience and she really dedicated her time to focus on us and make sure everything we needed made the list! We finished off most of our wedding registry, did all of our exchanges, and made all of our new home purchases at this location. I cant recommend it enough! Wonderful staff and a huge gourmet food section. Its actually the only place in Katy Ive been able to find Vegemite since moving here!

Location is a bit out of the way but if youre on youre way down to Katy Mills then its not out of the way. I would definitely recommend this place, they have so many containers, shelves and other organizations ideas to keep your house in order. I really like shopping here. Stop by and have a look to help you get some ideas for organization.

We came here to work on registry for our wedding. They did an amazing job of helping us find the items we were looking for as were putting our first kitchen and household together. They were very friendly and the process was streamlined and accessable. Plus, there was a wide variety of items to fit almost every need we were trying to fill.

This is one of the biggest stores and good selection for kitchen and household accessories.

Really interesting store; most of it is the standard BB&B stuff (which is very good but similar in every place) but this one has a new Taste the World section with foods and drinks from around the world. Think Cost Plus World Market - in fact some of them were World Market brand (apparently the same company owns them both). I asked an employee if this section was going to be added to all BB&B stores and she said no, just this one. This is definitely worth a visit :)

The store in Katy has a large, helpful staff. Although I knew what I was looking for, I had no less than 3 people ask me if I needed help. That is rare in a lot of cases, especially these days. I did appreciate that, and checkout was easy and courteous. Ill be back there!

I had very unpleasant experience in this store location where cashier just doesnt have any patience with their customer. I personally have our business as well but if you treat your customers such away, your place wont be in business for long especially you are trying to establish location. Ask your Cashiers to change Attitude towords customer otherwise customer will move on with different location. I explained about the matter but she doesnt want to listen and she kept saying bring email coupon next day will make adjustments. Such a unrealistic experience in this location. Amazon does better than them even though I never met anyone in person but their associates are so much helpful and gives enough time to explain their individual customers especially when it comes down to discount and price match....

Very clean store with helpful associates willing to provide assistance. I needed a kitchen trash can with a recycling portion. They had what I needed and with the coupon it made the price acceptable. They carry goods for the home as well as a CVS drugstore type section (no prescriptions).

I love this location! i love all locations. The only reason for the 4 stars is because every time I go in and spend too long in the beauty department, they send a secret shopper to check on me, as if im attempting to steal something. The two times Ive been in, its happened. Watch the cameras more carefully so you know how to distinguish between a thief and a smart shopper that is curious about the large selection. I guess my everyday work clothes look criminal; some of us have a job.

I found everything I was looking for here and more.. Some of the prices are good others are a bit much. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is it irritates me when the price of the register and the price on the counter is not the same. That happened today on two items. You just need to be paying attention to what the registerwhen youre checking out.

I wouldve rated 5star, if the cashier at return counter didnt immediately say your company didnt carry the brand I was returning before looking the item up. Ive had this type of response from the same person in the past. She is a Blonde woman in her mid to late 40s (doesnt wear glasses). Usually I only have GREAT things to say, this is My Favorite location to shop. Its happened twice if it happens again I will speak with a manager.
