I was a customer for years at this location. Last year I spent close to $4K at this location (I’m just a small business so it’s probably not a lot to them) and God knows how much as of year to date.I was there Friday buying product with a client of mine. She was talked into buying a different shampoo and conditioner than the one she had originally rang up. One person started our transactions and then the other took over. We finalized our transactions and left.Today, I returned and I was told they accidentally credited my client $27(rounding to the nearest dollar) because of a miscommunication with each other and that my client or I needed to pay them that money.They admitted it was their mistake but that I must make it right. They said that it was the owner or GM who they told this about and they said that they were told to collect money from me. I am absolutely appalled at how I was treated and unfortunately I will never be back. That location has lost a customer for life.YOU NEVER EVER PUT YOUR CUSTOMER OUT.TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR YOUR ACTIONS AND MISTAKES.

This is a place where only people with a beauty license can purchase items.

Not sure why people with no customer service skills are working in an environment where none of them can answer any questions on the items they sell. And theyre so rude about it too, not surprised this location is so small and out of the way, I doubt theyll last the rest of the year..

Great customer service and what is best of all bilingual. Are willing to help when you need. Also very understanding to your needs. They will also try and help as much as possible.

Really bad Customer service and the Manager is very rude. The Manager needs education and needs to learn on how to talk to Costumers with Respect.

This store gets one star because there is no grade lower. I have been a customer here for at least 10 years, and the customer service continues to decline. They have now added a contract for licensed cosmetologists which gives them the right to come to your location and check on the usage of products. You are not even allowed to purchase products for personal use. If you dont agree to the contract, they will not sell to you. When I questioned the employee about the contract, she rudely said, Sign the contract or get out of my store. I left and will not be going back, and I will tell my co-workers about this latest change. Sallys was happy to receive my business.

I’ve been coming to this location for over a year now and the service just keeps getting worse. No one speaks good English and over the phone they are rude. I will now be going to RDA because they are much nicer and helpful.

The entire staff is rude. I understand now why the Armstrong McCalls runs through so many owners. IN THE monthly magazine it clearly shows you whats on sale come here its a problem. Please just close the location.

This is a great beauty supply store! The staff is great always offering new product! When I need help they are always there to help and what’s a plus is they speak Spanish!

Only one nice person there. The rest not good English at all !! Asked her a question and she gave me some crazy answer that I caught bits n pieces of . I’ve been a Hairstylist for years and felt like I was stupid when she clearly had not a clue what she was talking about. Won’t return !! Rolled her eyes and made a big sign. Don’t need it

Lazy employees dont work with stylist. Always in a hurry to leave. Going back to RDA. The service is better.

The products they sell are great but most of the things you cant find...and all I can really say about the staff is that it would be great if they hired someone who actually knew something about their products!!!

I have been a regular customer of Armstrong McCall at this specific location. While customer service has been decent over the years, its unfortunate to say that they are not accountable for recommendations that they make when you need assistance with an unfamiliar product.
