The Manager Brandi is amazing! I was having a hard time last week formulating color and she guided me and helped me to the best of her ability. She’s professional and welcoming. The store is also always super clean! It makes me feel good being in a clean store

This was my first time visiting this location and I was really impressed by the great customer service provided by Esther. She was very warm, super attentive & efficient. Worst place I ever been, I got here by mistake just to ask for hair extensions, and as soon as I walked in this rudeeeeee white lady started telling me that I had to get out of the store if I don’t have a license, which I totally understand, but I walked in by mistake I don’t think they should treat people like that, and scream in front of other customers!!! WORST PLACE! RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Make sure not to come to this place if you don’t want to get kicked out for asking!

I was the first paying customer on day opening of this salon and a loyal customer to this day. The manager Esther GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND “way beyond” at this store. Not only does she go out of her way to help me if I’m in and bind and can’t make it to the store but she also has helped me through the growing pains of being a new salon owner. The store is always stocked or easy to get ahold of needed product, she answers all my emails quickly and has been there more Accessible then other reps. I highly recommend this store as a professional beautiful representation of several brands. And I look forward to continue be a loyal customer throughout!
