We are so excited about our new tempur pedic mattress and adjustable base! Val at Fulshear Mattress firm was excellent to work with in every way. We did not think TP would be in our budget but she worked with us to find the perfect solution. If you have never tried one, go see Val and check out the adjustable base - it’s life changing for stomach sleepers.

First it’s not easy doing a price comparison on mattresses. This is because all stores may carry the same or similar mattress but each describes it differently and assigns a different name to the mattress to reflect their brand. Macy’s, Star and Mattress Firm we’re the stores we visited. If the product was the same in these stores then the better price was at Mattress Firm as well as the delivery timeframe. Mattress Firm provides a next day delivery and the other stores were 2-3 weeks out. We purchased a King size Beautyrest Beyond firm with the base that elevated the head and legs via wireless remote and two pillows. So you have to lay down in each one to determine if that’s the right feel, then make your decision as opposed to shopping for the same brand in three different stores as it simply does not exist. The price quoted us the day before we came back in was about $500 higher. Mattress Firm honored the prior days quote but that’s the reason they got 3 stars. With a purchase price OTD of $4500, you expect accuracy in price. Even though they honored the prior days quote one wonders how much margin they have to move on even though they tell you they don’t negotiate price. Recommend you get your quote out the door in writing. I had the number written down but no official quote. The salesman Greg was helpful but the news of the price difference really jaded us and almost made me go to Star. It would have been nice if the sales staff could have helped us identify the differences among their competitors so we could compare apples to apples. Mattress Firm delivers to your door but does not install it unless you pay an additional $150 which we declined. So yes, I’d recommend them to you but only time will tell if this mattress is of the same quality as those we looked at.

My experience was not good.I bought a mattress, box spring and mattress protector. When they delivered my things, the fabric of the box spring has a hole in one corner and the mattress is really hard, I have back pain every morning. I bought Beautyrest pressuresmart foundation gen 1 prime. I went to store to explained him what is happening.He said, the hole in the box spring is a cosmetic issue and he can change it but I need to pay $150 more for delivery or I can keep the box spring and they give me back $25 in the next ten business days.This is their quality issue, why I have to pay for that?? Also, when I told him that I think that they delivered to me the wrong mattress (firmness ones) because it is a big difference between the store mattress and my mattress. He said I need to wait the mattress will get softness in the future. He said, I had to jump on top of mattress many times to softness them.I though he was joking but he was not .... Now I have a big dilemma, who guarantee me if I change the mattress that I will getthe mattress that I need. According to him, the softness of the mattress in the store is different because he needs to jump on top of mattress

I love my mattress. I sleep so much better now. The delivery was awesome. They set up the beds, and I didn’t need to do anything. I purchased the adjustable bed and I love it!

Went looking to replace 2 full beds that were over 20 years old. Talked with Greg McMillan and he was courteous, not pushy, took the time to answer all our questions, and then made me a deal way better than I had hoped. There was no pressure to buy. The sales agent was very helpful in answering all our questions. In the end, he listened to our requirements and got us what we were looking for in a queen mattress and 2 new pillows for our guest bedroom. All within our budget.

Al took the time with my wife & me and explained all the features of the different make & models. We did leave without purchasing a bed but, after a few other stops to different matters stores. Three days later, I returned to purchase the bed my wife & I liked and did upgrade to the head & feet adjustable base. My Mom & Dad purchased, in store, a set of 2 Twin XL adjustable bases & 2 Twin XL compatible mattresses (rather than a King set) from a very nice man named Al Henderson @ Mattress Firm West Katy Fulshear. My Mom expressed how happy she was w her interactions w Al and told him she would certainly send anyone his way, if she heard they needed a new mattress. I was visiting my Mom & Dad a few days before the expected delivery of the bases/mattresses, which, by the way, was yesterday. Upon review of their Invoice, it was apparent that Al obviously made my Mom & Dad a great deal on their purchase, which is much appreciated. I noticed the Firm Care 5 yr Single Adjustable Base Warranty that they purchased, might not cover the 2 bases/mattresses. SO…I called & discussed w Al, who realized they should have purchased the Firm Care 5 yr Dual Adjustable Base Warranty, as that particular warranty pertains to a Split King or a Split Cal King. He promised to take care of it and the next day, as promised, Al texted me an AMENDED Invoice, reflecting the upgrade from the Single to the Dual Warranty. I really appreciate Al’s attention and promptness in handling the Warranty upgrade, as I feel better knowing my Mom & Dad r covered should the need arise. I’d just like to give a “shout out” to Al and say “thank you”! My Mom & Dad’s bases/mattresses were delivered, as promised, and Mattress Firm’s Red Carpet Delivery was awesome, especially since they provide set up of the new bases/mattresses. I’m comforted knowing my Mom & Dad will have years of blissful nights sleep. My wife and I recently had the pleasure of meeting up with Chris Bayack, Manager at Mattress Firm, West Katy Fulshear #1201, Houston West and actually went in with no intention of buying at the first place we were going to check Mattress prices. Chis was very personable, no pressure and showed us exactly what we wanted, and we spent less than we thought we would. We purchased two mattresses from him, have been extremely pleased with them, and my back no longer hurts when I wake up, which was happening nearly every morning with the old mattress. I would highly recommend shopping this store and and be sure to specifically ask for Chris Bayack. The delivery was exactly on time and the delivery men were very polite and got the job done quickly.
