The store had a lot of deals going on which is fantastic, and it’s great that you’re allowed to sit on all of the mattresses to get a feel for what you’re buying. he had a sleep quiz which really helped my sister understand what kind of mattress she really needed. They were very clean and had sanitizing stations around the store. we walked out of the store with a mattress, two pillows, and a mattress topper and under one hour! I would go back to that store just to hang out with Justin! Really fantastic work ethic.

I went into Mattress Firm to just LOOK at a specific bed. My son-n-law recently purchased a new bed from them and I wanted to show my spouse how comfortable it was. Tony Diaz was there and explained the difference in the mattresses and really listened to what we wanted. We ended up purchasing a mattress that was an upgrade to what I anticipated as well as the adjustable bed frame. We got a great deal and we are super excited!! We walked into Mattress Firm on Saturday around 7pm.Tony greatest is right away and started helping us. He had his mask on and kept his distance, we appreciate the fact that we didn’t have to ask. We asked lots of questions, then told him we were purchasing mattresses for my mother, my in-laws and would like to bring them to test the mattresses. We purposely went in late hoping the store would not be busy. Tony didn’t act like he minded staying late. We left and came back with everyone, the purchases went smoothly and it was a pleasant experience. Tony speaks Spanish so the conversation with my in-laws were on Spanish while with my mother he spoke English. His Spanish is good enough to go back and forth smoothly. That’s a great skill to have living in Houston.We had a great experience, we will definitely return for our next mattress.

Our salesman Tony was great! He was very knowledgeable and very helpful when we were choosing our set. He walked us through all the options, explaining everything in detail. He made sure we were leaving happy, making sure we knew exactly what we were getting. It was a great experience since choosing the perfect set was overwhelming for me. Ive had back surgery and needed to get a set that would ease the pain not cause more. Our delivery was yesterday and our bed is amazing. Best nights sleep Ive had in years!

I loved shopping for a bed there. Tony was fantastic. I hate pushy salesmen and Tony was not pushy at all. He let us try any bed we wanted without standing over us. He gave us space and he was very knowledgeable when we asked questions.

Tony was very informative with all of the mattresses at this location. We ended up purchasing a very nice mattress and adjustable frame. The lights had powered off when we arrived and several times while we were there which is the only reason why I’m giving my experience a 4 star instead of 5.

I ordered a twin-size bunk bed and a regular twin-size bed. When the people arrived to put the beds together they did not know that I was supposed to receive two different beds. The top headboard for the bunk bed was missing (still not here after 10 days) and re-ordering and scheduling a new delivery day for the headboard has been a pain. I do not think I will use Rooms To Go again.

I’m extremely dissatisfied with the level of unprofessionalism received by tony diaz. He was somewhat nice before the sale and then it was a 360 turn to the worst after there were issues and mistakes on his side and delivery issues. Treated with the most rudeness and condescending attitude I’ve ever encountered. Would never recommend mattressfirm and will definitely steer everyone clear from them if this is the level of customer service to be expect. Expect nothing but the worst experience if you have to work with Tony. Avoid at all cost and go to another store or work with someone else if can be.

The gentleman who helped me was the manager of the store and I can’t remember his name but he was extremely kind. Helped me as soon as I walked in the door and didn’t make me feel pressured one bit, which is rare. He gave me options but allowed me to make a choice that fit my personal needs. I have shopped with Mattress firm before at other location. Definitely my best experience yet. Rohan helped my husband and I out and was very personable and knowledgeable. He made the process very easy. We even left and looked other places but unlimetly went back because of his customer service. The store was clean and the whole experience was great. Only downside? We went in with the intention of looking not buying but ended up spending the money and buying anyway 🤣

Went there to go get a body pillow and they had sold out in the store. The salesman, Garrett, was super nice and energetic and was able to help me order it for pickup. It came in less than a week and is super comfortable.

This was one of the best buying experiences. Garrett is all about taking care of people and their needs without being pushy in anyway. If you are looking to buy, Garrett is your guy! :) Even with a mix up in size ( on our part ), he was just as happy to do a return, find me another unit in stock for what I needed in a blink of an eye and was just as nice as could be the entire time.

We showed up around 7:00 pm and this location closes at 8:00 pm. Nick greeted us and immediately made us feel welcome. Buying a mattress anywhere is always a little strange. You go in and do what I call the mattress cake walk. After we got past the initial discomfort of talking to someone you dont know while trying sleep positions in a showroom, we finally narrowed our choices. I admit, we took a long time making a decision. Nick was awesome. He stayed late for us. He was patient, knowledgeable and willing to make calls to get information. He did everything without the hard sell. I would absolutely tell my friends to visit this location. Im recommending the person reading this review right now. My pillows that were supposed to be shipped from another location last Friday, were not there today, Tuesday. The Lady filling in was not friendly, helpful, or knowledgeable. I asked to speak to the Manager and she called him at home. He promised they would be there by Friday. I loved that he helped me and was so nice. I may change the rating, if I get my pillows Friday!
