Placed an order in store, Mr Doug C was great phenomenal service from him, he even stayed past his clock out time to help me.Boots I order fit too big, went back to the store to exchange them just to find rude unhelpful staff. No help whatsoever didn’t even bother to ask if they can exchange for a different size. Just go look back their see if you find anything. Went to the boot section a few staff past by and didn’t bother asking if I needed help. Front desk just said oh you didn’t find them here’s your return. I’ve been wanting these Lucchese giant gators for quite some time but it’s ok I’ll get them somewhere else.

I like the store, but the only thing is that the fitting rooms are super dusty. My mom had an asthma attack and got allergies. If you have asthma or allergies, don’t even think about going to the fitting rooms, you’ll come out feeling terrible. If you really have to try on the clothes, I recommend wearing triple mask.

Its hard to walk around and everything is basically thrown together and just put with very expansive price. No one seems to help around and you have to wait inline for long time.

Great store and products. You can never find anyone to help you or the one person that finally comes up to ask me if I need help was speaking a whole different language to me. I Keep giving them chances because it’s close to the house, but Looks like driving to Rosenberg might be a better option!

Very knowledgeable staff, its been three years since i had to look at getting another pair of boots. That didnt seem to be a problem, was walked through all of the choices and helped with narrowing down my decision.

I thought that all you could get here were boots, leather belts and cowboy hats. But there is a selection of mens, womens and childrens clothing. Infants too. I was so impressed. I will be coming here again.

I drove all the way out here after work at 7:30 only to find that the store closes at 7 all week long. The website however still says it closes at 9. If you change your hours at least update the dang website.

So I went to boot barn today and bought my first pair of boots and my mom some. The lady’s Jessica, Clarissa and mike were very sweet and friendly. The laughed the entire time and were a great help I was not disappointed. Excellent prices and great customer service . Definitely going back again for my next few pairs ! ☺️☺️

I just bought a hat and i love it

Boot Barn never appears to have anything I need. It’s always a lot of nothing. 2 stores had the work boot I was looking for. They recommended to me buy an entire size bigger and inserts. I tried it and didn’t feel too good after a few minutes of being in them. Went to another BB and they too didn’t have them. I said I was going to return them and go to a competitor, but they insisted I have them shipped to my house and would have them within 4 days. Tracked them and has me receiving them on 7 days from when they told me.Will not step foot in any more Boot Barns!

I bought 2 pair of jeans last night. The store manager helped me, he was very polite. There was a line at the registers and he called another cashier right away. I don’t do a lot of shopping because usually it is a hassle but this experience was very pleasant.

Found what we came for. Staff were friendly and offered assitance which is always nice. Fortunately, we got in and out pretty fast with no assistance really needed but they were more than willing to help. Customer service was great. I would say product inventory was good too they had many brands and styles to choose from in boots and lots of clothing items as well. We always choose boot barn when shopping for those types of items.

Went late to find work clothes. They have a decent selection of FR shirts and pants for a reasonable price. I bought 5 shirts for a little over $200, 3 Ariat, and 2 cheaper ones. They also offer military discounts which helps a lot. Worth going back again.

Only give 4 stars because I wish they had a bigger selection for people with size 15 boots.....my husband only ever has, like 4 pairs to choose from. But other then that we enjoy coming here, a huge selection of some interesting looking boots lol. The staff is also always friendly.

Dude in the back, older white dude was very unhelpful and unfriendly. It was my first time being here and when I asked him something he looked at me like I was stupid. There was a guy next to me that picked up a boot and asked that same old guy does this only come In one boot? To which the old guy answered well you have two feet dont you? The customer didnt laugh and said well Im asking because the other one isnt here. So then the older guy that worked there said its called looking for it in the back shelf like seriously? We as customers dont know that. At other stores you grab one boot and hand it to the sales assoc and then he goes to the back and looks for them. Very very poor service. Ended up buying 2 pairs just because I really like them. But seriously boot barn, that guy needs more training. The manager that was at the cashier was very nice tho and I appreciate that

I just walked in the door here. I was greeted and walked to the boots. Nobody asked questions or helped me look for a pair of Ostrich boots. I looked around for someone and walked out...$600 sale lost

I hate these boot places because they have no guidelines on how not to be annoying and pushy.My story:I guy had finished helping me getting some boots. I needed some waterproof conditioner so I ask the black guy behind the counter. He feels the need to lead me to the product which is fine but then proceeds dragging me into a 30 minute conversation about a damn conditioner.If that wasnt enough he wanted me to choose another boot and that he would join me later after attending to some customers. Yeah no thanks.

New store that wasnt on the boot barn website. They have an awesome selection but I was a little disappointed in the quantity of boot sizes they had available. The representative was very helpful and even looked up the stock at other stores to see ifbmy size was in stock.

The selection is good. But the person helping seemed to be off put by me. The store only had 1 costumer other than me in at the time. He did not want to walk with me to the area he was telling me about. And then disappeares quickly so I had to go hunt him down to get a dressing room opened. Other locations of boot barn have better service.

Friendly staff and great service makes this Boot Barn an ideal place to find new boots. Getting a new pair for the first time in years, I was surprised at their selection, but when I didnt find the exact size, they were happy to hold the pair I wanted at another nearby location. Would recommend for anyone looking for new boots (or jeans, or a belt, etc)

You need clothes, boots, hats, belts, cologne, almost anything leather this is the place. Love the leather smell when I walk in.

I live going to Boot Barn. Always the most friendly service. I just wish I had more money to buy more boots. Damn they have a huge selection.

Great customer service when I walked in, behind the counter and in the boot section. The young lady named Maranda was very helpful in helping me decide on my boots. I just couldnt get the right help in the hat area, the older gentleman they called up to help me didnt seem like he was interested in helping me out at all so I purchased my hat at another store. Thats the only reason I gave them 4 stars

I suppose surprised about I dont have the number of products that they had at this store and the prices were very reasonable. You mainly have to go to this location when they have things on sale. The best part is if you are a part of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo committees you get additional discounts which helps with your purchases that you about to make.

So your staff is just awful, I went into your store for new gator boots and a new hat. The “hat expert” the counter girl directed me too walked two steps as I asked for a different size in a certain hat I could find. He looks at me cuts me off mid sentence and says, “ yeah that means we don’t have it then man” and just walks off. That’s who you have representing your company Boot Barn. As a hat Expert no less. I bought some great hand made BJ gator boots at Cavendars down I 10 and a great Stetson hat. You will never receive mine my friends or my family’s business ever again.

Staff is awful. The gentlemen helping made fun of me for not knowing what a boot jack was. He was quite the little butt hole. I get upfront to make my purchase. The bright red head rolled her eyes at me because she had to walk back to confirm the pair I bought were $10 off. I won’t be back.

I went looking for a certain kind of work boot and they were the only ones that had them in on the shelves. Once I tried them on they didnt quite workout like I had hoped, but the salesman was very helpful and recommend a few different boots before I found what I really liked and needed.

I brought matching boots to counter. Employee looks inside and says o numbers dont match little did I know she ended up getting wrong size boot even marjed it a match with her red marker. Well i return them get correct size. And the Store Manger Brian couldnt even offer me a discount 10% or 10$ 20$ gift cars for my toubles of driving thru Houston traffic nope nothing not a care of anything piss poor manger.

Really helpful while I was in store last Sunday. Didnt have the size I wanted in stock so offered to order them in for me. That was 10 days ago. They promised to call to let me know when they expected them in but they didnt call. I called them only to be told they hadnt been ordered until the Tuesday. Its now the following Tuesday, still no word from Boot Barn so I call them and they cant find my order, keep putting me on hold while they run around trying to find the boots, came back 3 times to ask me my name because they keep forgetting, not happy with that service when I already paid 50% up front for the boots.

I have found that the people in this store are not as pushy as the ones I find at Cavenders. They also have their boots out of the boxes in display, so that you dont have to open a box to try on a pair of boots. I have had nothing but great experiences shopping here.

First boot barn, that we have been too where staff is not friendly coming in and out. One employee named John, he was a older man, very pushy. Expected you to buy what he showed you. My son had Christmas money and was very excited to buy new boots, but we left with nothing. Everything he picked out, John would put his pick down. Very rude!

Always my favorite place to go for contemporary and classic western wear. Love my HLSR discount on full priced merch. Love the clearances especially when they do the bogo. How many pairs of boots do I own? Answer is never enough 😍
