This is the second time I went into the champs store and they didn’t have many customers but we got ignored by the staff. No hello, no can we help they were just chit chatting among themselves. I DO NOT recommend this store at all. Will not be shopping at champs again. This place is horrible

I went into the store to buy shoe cleaner and were going to look at a pair of shoes. I was not greeted upon entering the store nor acknowledged by any sales representative in the store. I proceeded to examine the cleaners with no assistance and pick the one that I felt would closer suit my need. When I choose the cleaner I just wanted to check out so I went to the register. There was one associate helping another customer and was at the register but the customer was not at the register. He did not acknowledge me and the purchase I had in my hand whatsoever. Then a young lady associate and another guy associate went to a register and was looking up the price of a sweatshirt which appeared to be for the guy associate, once again no acknowledgment. After the two associates checked the price of the sweatshirt they left the register to put the sweatshirt up once again without any acknowledgment of me standing in a line I formed alone right at the register. They then we near the door and was just chatting. Needless to say eventually I set the item on the register and just walked out, yet again with no acknowledgement from any of the five associates just standing around the store.
