Customer service was minimal and it wasnt even busy. Last week it was good, this week not so much.

Went to Foot Locker today and I’m not sure where the negative reviews came from. I received quality service and the sales rep Ty was awesome! VERY professional and attentive.

Shoes are amazing here and how they are spread out through the mall.

Bad customer service. Ignored me when I tried to get their attention and when I finally did I asked for a shoe in a size 5 in women’s and they told me “women’s shoes dont start at a 5, so look at kids shoes.” Honestly need better people working the floor and to be more attentive. The greeter was friendly, I’ll give them that.

A little busy, but its to be expected, found what we needed no problems.

Camped out for hours for the Michael Jordan Funko Pop since it was first come first serve and the manager came out and only let 6 people in. Youre telling me they only got 6 Pops?! I dont think so, fire this guy for backdooring. Also, when some people came in to investigate, the security asked him if he had security and he acted hard and said I got security referring to himself as if he was going to do something.

Great staff and not too busy so it was a breeze. Updated selections.

People dont give this footlocker enough credit, there are actually some employees that put in the effort. They greet when walking in, cater to needs and wrap up sales nicely, I think its safe to say they get 5 stars.

Im been loyalty customer with Footlocker so many years and i have experienced worst shopping trip ever in this Footlocker. Bad customer services and need their coworker trained properly! Very disappointed!

I would give 0 starts to the store. Everyone working there is rude and no one helps there to find a right shoe for you. But i still went ahead and bought 1 pair because its Nike. I bought wrong type and as soon as I wore those my ankles started hurting so I came back to return the shoes. But a very rude girl refused to take them back stating they are worn out.. Every other store whereas i did not wear them for more than 5 mins. She didnt let us talk to her manager nor she helped in any kind. She was ready to take back shoes but said wont give refund. I think the store is having some shady business. What will they do with those returned shoes if they are worn out according to them?Never ever shop in this Store. Never shop in any of the footlocker.

Like other posters, very unimpressed: Terrible customer service, wouldnt hold product for same day pickup. Wanted me to drive 40 min to find it sold out. Clearly the store is mismanaged..they couldnt even state the policy and wouldnt say it was written or not. Pathetic, avoid at all costs, plenty of other stores with better management. Feel sorry for Nike shareholders with this kind of representation.

The manager working on 8/3 in the evening is extremely rude and unprofessional. Looking at your past reviews and seeing I am not the onlycomplaintant, she is obviously not the correct person for this role. It is also apparent that she is teaching her team to act in the same manner. I will not shop in this location again.

Would not recommend shopping here at all. The manager in charge Chelsey is extremely rude and unhelpful. She ruined the whole experience and image of that store for me. Never going to this branch nor any other foot locker again. Thanks to her.A V O I D S T O R E
