They took my order to change shafts quick enough, but didn’t have the shims I stock. Didn’t bother to tell me until a day later. Then failed to get shims in within a week, saying the parts had been on order previously. This is a part that Amazon will ship next day… total debacle. Buyer beware! Really shaky when you call them. Prepare to be on hold awhile ..
Made my first visit to this store. I was shopping for an outerwear garment for golf. The friendly cashier greeted me when I entered the store. The store is very nice and clean with a good variety of merchandise. I found a garment that suited my needs and spent 30-40 minutes in the store just looking around before I went to the cashier. What was very disappointing was I was NEVER approached by an associate to ask if I required assistance. I returned my garment to the rack and left. As a retired retail executive, I found this lack of service inexcusable. Great store, great product but apparently no staff to build the customer experience. I went to Dick’s Sporting Goods and actually found a product I liked better. I won’t be returning.

Went in and had my irons regripped. Bernard did a fantastic job helping me throughout the selection process. I went and used the swing simulator while they were being regripped. Excellent opportunity to try out a new 5 iron hybrid and then swing my clubs with the new grips. Bernard, thanks for your input!
