I absolutly love this place!I went in to buy some jordans and it made my day so much!!!!When I went in it was beuitifal and there was good music playing in the backround.I went in to just look at some jordans but the shoes were so great that I ended up buying them!I loved the people that were working here they even offered me to help me put on my shoes.I really like this place!I really reccomend coming here!!

This place was successfully made my day. The girl name Shinai I think. She did amazing and helped me with my shoe size I need. Also offered me to buy shoe cleaners and did an example of how it works. A great store to buy shoes and she is nice employee.❤️

Never again will I go inside this particular location. I was in there for about 5 minutes maybe longer and the gentleman stayed at the register the whole time when I walked up to him he still didn’t say nothing I had to ask him about a kids shoe in which he didn’t check to see what size was available. I asked him for a size his response to me was he think the only size is left is a 3 or 4 most salesman still check if they are not sure. Bad customer service!!

Horrible. I ordered shoes from them online they wont return them for refund but they can do an exchange for something in the store. If I wa t a full refund I have to pay for shipping back to California and there is a restocking fee of 6$. I can I only get a full refund if they deem the shoes are in the same condition, which they are, but with all tags included. What!?!?! Will NOT shop there again!!

Awful customer service. We saw a show with sale tag on and the price was $69 as soon as we asked for our size the manager took the tag price of the shoes and hide it and wouldn’t sale it to us for the same price . When we ask him why he unprofessionally took tag and hide it, he start getting mad and answering with bad attitude that he is not willing to give us same price . His name was Angel

I have shopped at Shoe Palace in the past due to their great deals on sneakers. However, my most recent experience was not a great one. I went into the store on Saturday 9/5 to look for sneakers that I needed that night for work. I tried on a pair that I like, but had to leave the store due to an emergency call. However, I called the store and spoke with a female (did not get her name) and asked her to place the shoes on hold for me. I informed her I would be back before 7 pm in which the store closes! I called back at 6:15 pm to inform them I was headed that way to purchase the shoes. I spoke with a guy at this time (do not know his name, but based on his voice - it sounded like the gentleman who help me try on); he informed methat my shoes had been sold. He did apologize for the miscommunication & offered to discount my purchase once they received more of that shoe in stock on Wednesday 9/9. I called the store on Sunday 9/6 and spoke with the manager - Diego in regards to the entire situation and to be sure that I have a pair of shoes on Wednesday with the discount (for the inconvenience)! He told me he would take care of it and to call back on Tuesday/Wednesday to remind him. I called the store again on Wednesday 9/9 around 11 am and I spoke with another Manager - Billy for Diego was not in. I explained the entire situation over AGAIN to Billy. Billy stated he would not know if the stock of that particular shoe was in until 2:30 pm for that is the time they receive shipment. I went to the store around 3:30/4 pm on this same day. I introduced myself to Billy and he told me to write down my name & number for he was just about to unpack the shipment in the back. I get a call from Diego on Thursday morning 9/10 stating they had the shoe in my size available. I told him I could be at the store around 1:30-2 pm. I arrive to the store for the FOURTH time and Diego was able to sale me the shoes, I even purchase a face masks (buy 1, get 1 free)! However, upon check out I questioned Diego in regards to discounting my shoes. He states he was unable to discount the shoes for it was “locked” & as employees they do not receive discounts. At this point, I was so frustrated and disgusted with the customer service that I did not have the energy to argue! If the discount could not be put into place at all, then why was it offered to me over the phone. Why when I spoke about to each person on the phone it was NEVER DENIED?After all my troubles I even still purchased more than what I came for and was not compensated for the back & forth via transportation or phone!I am not pleased with the staff or managers at this store! It is clear everyone is not on the same page!

Awesome shoes but the employee need to wear a mask 😷

Maybe if you require your customers to wear masks, how about providing them instead of losing business. Also, maybe don’t shout it across the entire store for surrounding customers to turn around and look. Unprofessional.

The customer service at this place absolutely ruined my view of this store. I, being a person of color, experienced racism at its finest by the manager himself. He refused to help me when I asked to see some shoes, and insulted me when I accidentally chose the wrong size, making comments about how I didn’t even know the shoe size I needed. Would give zero stars if possible

Took my son for a pair of shoes. Greeted and help by a gentleman name Daniel, he has a great personality and was very helpful. What I like the most was they didn’t have my son’s shoes at first. But, he brought out different ones my sons’s size and we ended up purchasing a pair of shoes.

The workers at this store went above and beyond to help me find what I needed in a short amount of time. I had been to 3 or 4 different stores trying to find a particular shoe in an uncommon size. I was discouraged by the time I made it to shoe palace. Not only did they find what I needed (they actually had more than one pair of these size 13 shoes) they made me laugh in the process. I will be visiting this store for all of my athletic shoe needs!!

Lousy service wrong price tags

Charlie helped me and my husband out and he was super friendly and professional! Despite how busy it was, they were able to find what we needed right away and help us check out.

JR and his team have wonderful enthusiasm and service. Big Kudos to JR for providing great personalized service at a time where the storefront retail marketplace is quite challenged.

The customer service was excellent! Unfortunatley this day in age, kids arent taught customer service. Well the kids that were working in the store tonight were great!

Expensive shoe palace should be the name of this joint. Nice shoes but Geez are they outrageous. Head to wal mart for same shoes 1/7 the price

We were shopping and the floor attendees were great help but the cashier was very rude and crude. Kept rolling his eyes and avoiding eye contact. No professionalism at all. Was very displeased with his attitude. Didnt catch his name but long multi blind curly hair w messed up teeth and light skinned. Not coming back again to be disrespected.

We used to buy our sons shoes here all the time. Felt a little discriminated 1/9/19 when me and my wife walked out because they dont have updates on their display. A short pudgy guy with pink hair scurried to the entrance to see if we were stealing but he never checked other people like that.
