My family worked with Franky Sr. A few times a while back so I thought it would be good to utilize his services again because of the established relationship.This was a bad idea.I was provided appointment dates and even took off of work to accommodate. I wasn’t told until late evening ON THE DATE OF MY APPOINTMENT that no one was coming and I was being rescheduled for the following week.Everything about Franky and Franky Jr is very unprofessional and not good business down to the contract that they ask you to sign. Their communication is also horrible. Not once did Franky or his son appear to my home to inspect the work is up to company standards. When I made my final payment, no one bothered to contact me to ask if I was pleased or to let me know that they appreciate my business.I would NEVER refer this company to ANYONE! There are too many companies out here that show appreciation to their customers for anyone to be subject to the lack of professionalism and decorum from Franky and his son. So glad the job is done and I never have to deal with them again.

They used to do good jobs for my business however, the last job theyve done is unacceptable. Instead of do what they agreed to do, he told me that I am liar. Dont trust the guy. Usually I dont pay in full up front, but I paid him, he did not do what he support to do.after a month, they installed counter top with sink, sink is completely fell off. Call him to fix, did not pick up my phone nor return my phone.

Emanuel and staff were a pleasure to work with. Great prices and quality work.They installed granite in our kitchen and bathroom and they turned out beautiful.Emanuel took the time to help us pick materials that would match our existing cabinets and flooring.Highly recommended!

Awesome service, love the fact that nothing is to small of a job for this company. The staff is super friendly and informative about the different stone. The workers are super professional and clean. Definitely recommend then Emanuel and his brother are super friendly and take care of you no matter how big or small the job is. Thank you guys.

I went in to speak with Franky Jr. seem like he really didnt want to give my husband and I a time a day. We spoke with him on installation. I sent a time and date with him to come out. I called Frankys Construction and Sons and Franky SR answered the phone and gave me Franky JR number. FRANKY JR SHOWED UP 2 hours late. I received a text saying he will send the quote but never received it. Still to this day I never received the quote nor did he follow up to see if I received it. I reached out and never got a response back which was the 18th of June. Based on this I wouldn’t recommend this company or let alone Franky Jr. totally unprofessional.

Can’t recommend Franky and his team enough! They were extremely quick to respond, answered all of our questions promptly, and were ready to begin installing our countertops and backsplash as soon as we were ready to pull the trigger.The owners were very kind and attentive and they work directly with you to make sure you’re well taken care of.Never once did I feel like I was getting a sales pitch which made the experience that much more enjoyable. Can’t wait to refer others to them!

They never called us back. I spoke with Franky Jr. And Franky Sr no one has called. I do not work with LIARS, we have already purchased from somewhere else
