I did the curbside pickup at this location and received the mascara I ordered with the freaking bright yellow security tag on it. I will definitely NOT be returning. Just because a customer does pickup doesn’t mean that the customer won’t pay attention to the quality of the items chosen by your employees.

I really dont have any issues with Walmart. The store is clean. Generally stocked. Produce looks good. Employees friendly and helpful. I usually go in the mornings before it gets busy. Ive only had some issues with the card machines not working properly, but staff steps in to help me out.

Excellent paint and body work got my truck painted and they did a beautiful job very nice to deal with I highly recommend

I tried to do a vehicle battery return here and it was such a struggle for some reason…I went to the customer service desk (which was closed an hour earlier than the posted time) and was told to go to automotive counter. So I returned to the automotive desk the next day and I was told that a manager was needed for the return. So the worker called for a manager, who happened to be nowhere in sight after a 30 minute wait. So I was sent back to the customer service desk, which doesn’t normally take vehicle battery returns, and the workers there had to figure out how to do it at the time. Eventually they figured it out, but it could’ve been much easier if that manager they called at the beginning would show up…I would give a one star but they did help me with the return after all, so 2 stars it is. I hope they get a manager that’s more responsible

I HAD A FLAT TIRE AT THE TIRE DEPARTMENT. I ASKED THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN A FEW QUESTION. HE STATED I WAS GIVING HIM ATTITUDE. I IMMEDIATELY REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO THE MANGER ON DUTY. HE LISTEN TO THE TECHNICIAN AND I FOR A FEW MINUTES. HE THAN STATED THAT I WILL BE SERVICED. I CAME AT 5:15P. I LEFT AT 8:00PM VERY POOR SERVICE NO ACCOMMODATION FOR THE CUSTOMER. I WILL NEVER ENTER STORE #4538.

So I went online and selected two Stay at Home decorative pillows for my porch. I received the notification that my items were ready to be picked up, so I headed to the store. Once I got there, I found out that whoever filled my order decided that it was a good idea to substitute the pillows that I ordered for something different, and just see if I wanted them once I got to the store! Unbelievable! What a waste of my time. If you dont have the item, cancel the order. Its that simple. Hunter, the so called Manager, was useless. I will never shop at this location again.

Get machines in your dept stores that make or will take cash purchases, you have all those booths with only one or two open.

Second time I used the vision center here for my eye exam. Friendly, professional office, and super convenient. Dr. Mathura and her assistant answered all my questions and made the exam process painless and efficient. While my pupils were dilating I was able to grab a few items inside the store. Definitely recommend.

Good luck finding anything here. No sense of organization, no concerns for customer satisfaction, and 0% intent to fix or change anything.

The woman in front of me had 2 items rung up for the wrong amount. I had 3 items, 2 of them were scanned for the wrong amount and wrong description. The cashier needed me to enter my PIN number 4 times until I went to a different register. One of the employees told me that I needed to do something about the item that was mislabeled...no I dont work here, I dont need to do anything, besides leave and go to a different store. Im a customer not an employee. Learn that.

Clean, stocked...but last I was there a customer had her purse stolen from her cart (car keys and all inside)when she wasnt looking so please be aware of your surroundings and keep valuables close. Gave 4 stars because she was a quite traumatized and stated store security wasnt very helpful or empathetic. They did call the sheriff and she had been waiting about 30 mins for them. Called husband from my phone. Scary situation.

I only go here when it is an absolute emergency on my part for needing a quick purchase.... I always dread having to go into this store...... lots of items are not marked or the marked price is not what rings up at the check out. You really have to watch & know what you are buying. There are never enough checkers for the crowd waiting. Lines are slow and not a manager in sight. While standing in line, I called the store & asked to speak to the manager. Was on hold the entire time I was in line...... finally got checked out ( still holding) and as I was walking out I saw 2 female managers standing & talking to a guy - obviously a flirty conversation with lots of giggles, etc. After I left the store, I finally hung up the phone call, since no one ever bothered to answer me on hold. Pitiful service. If you can even call it that. As a consumer I am now preferring to spend my money with local businesses as much as possible. As a conservative, I am looking for businesses who are fair, honest, and obviously love the USA.

I like this Walmart because the isles are wide open to walk between the merchandise and people and everything seems to be organized like it supposed to.

The store is clean. One of the things that were the lanes that were open. The pharmacy it took 5 tes before I was able to get a prescription. 🤦🏾‍♀️

Most items on shelf are empty especially at auto department. Have to wait to check out because no one at the cashier. Was told they have to assist restock shelves and clean and check out customers at the same time.

The service at Walmart Autocentre at 6060 N Fry Rd is horrible.Firstly the auto section opens at 7.00 am but nobody in there at 7.00am.The manager Elizabeth comes after 7.00am and does not have access to open the door.I am told to come all the way from the front door to the auto section since the person responsible comes in late around 7.30 am.Secondly I had to wait for long since the manager did not know what to do and she is waiting for the technician to come and get the customer.Thirdly after long wait and poor customer service they enter the odometer wrong 30000 miles more than what it showed saying that it’s fine and the best part is the manager is not aware and refuses to take the responsibility .Walmart is a good customer friendly store but employees like this can bring a negative effect on the customers and bussiness.Do not offer your business as they do it value people’s time.

We went to do a store pickup. The parking is huge! This is also a large Walmart. The pickup is on the right of the facility with clear instructions. Call, tell them your name, give your spot number and they will come. The staff came out really quick and gave us our item. She was polite. Masked.

Its OK. But its modified with available white noodle, not the real material as it should be (compared with Pho in Hanoi).However, something better than nothing.

Dirty and low on products. Employees look dirty and never are nice or greet you. Avoid this store

I was went to the bathroom and parked my cart by the restroom exit and an employee looked at another empanadas said “is she crazy or what” maybe I rushed because mindful of other people’s tome and they are closing in 10 minutes. It was so unprofessional and dehumanizing. I’m at a loss of words and emotions. How extremely rude to say to anyone.

If I could give this store no stars, I would. Its always something. First, theres the lady who works there that tells me they dont sell cooking wood while shes standing next to the aisle its on. Another night, I went in to get the cleaning solution for my razor. Its locked up and NO ONE is there that can get it. Today, I go in and after using my Samsung Pay many times here, now they dont take it - after Ive shopped and taken all this stuff up to the register. Is it Wal-Mart pay? they ask. So, youve canceled a universal form of payment to push something that can only be used in your store? Dumb. ✌🏿

What can I say, this was like any other Walmart. But the good thing about this one is the line moved fast. I was looking for a cold Red bull and they usually have them in the self checkout section but they did not have them there . They had them in a certain number aisle. But I gave this Walmart 4 stars for the fast lines. Make sure you come visit soon.

Horrible customer service. No one answers the phone. Ever. I literally let it ring for 5mins and then it just disconnected. Called every department. Same result. How can you help me if you won’t pick up the phone to see what I need. Husband was parked at grocery pick up for 15mins before anyone came out to see what he needed. I check in on the app but it does no good when it tracks my location and he is picking up. And there is no other way to let anyone know he is there. What is the point of having an alternate pick up person!?!?!? And corporate customer service is useless as well. I suggest you use HEB or Kroger pick up instead.

Safe, very good customer service. Very helpful stuff. Fresh meats and vegetables. They need to stock milk on time, especially Saturdays. Its a shame for a huge grocery store to lack milk. Change your vendors if you must. This is great neighborhood which depends on your store for daily products.Thanks

This place is a mess. Their in stock condition is poor, they are out of stock on about 30% of their SKUs. Looks like the store has not faced for weeks!!! Clean it up, its one big mess!!!

Go to Walmart if you need something you can grab and go but if you need someone’s help for example like we need in the paint department good luck on that!!!! We waited 30min and had 3 different employees to page the person working the paint department and no one ever came and the last employee told me “if they already been paged there’s nothing I can do.” I told her was I supposed to just drop all the paint I needed because they can’t find someone so I told her to call a manager and ever with that no one came so we are in our way to Home Depot to spent our money there instead.

Went here to get the nose pads for my glasses fixed and replaced. The eye center was really sweet and brought me the options available asking me which I preferred. When I was undecided, the lady that helped me told me the pros and cons about the nose pads. In the end, she even told me to go shopping if I wanted to while she worked on my glasses so I can get more stuff done since I was also there to pick up some stuff. Thanks for the help!

Its Walmart. And it is just what you would expect. The employees are helpful if you ask them probably wont ask if you need any help If you dont ask them first. A variety of items for sale, most of them fairly well-stocked. Decent but not amazing prices on decent but not amazing quality merchandise. Just what I would expect from Walmart
