Hands down best place to shop for your kids. Feels like an old fashioned toy store with all the latest and greatest. Sure you MIGHT pay a little more bit always but it is well worth it. You get great customer service every time! The added bonus if you are shopping for a last minute birthday gift, they will wrap it for you. Been to the location in Katy and Town and Country (near City Centre) and both are amazing. They have all the latest fidgets that your kids are seeing on TikTok and YouTube too haha

Love this Learning Express! The Town & Country one is also wonderful. (I know theyre owned by the same owner)Everytime Ive come in, I feel very welcomed. I often buy squishmallows here. I always talk to Elizabeth about all the craze around them and check on how theyre doing given the new popularity of squishmallows.

Awesome selection of (educational/stem) toys for a wide variety of ages. Im new to the neighborhood and stumbled upon this place bc I was searching for a particular LEGO set. I found legos and so much more. I will definitely support this local business for future purchases. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I went there about 7 years ago and bought the best toys and silhouettes by C. Harwood-Rose. The books, legos, crib mobiles, rainbow loom where big hits for gifts.

I found a perfect toy with help from the owner who was super nice & helpful. FYI she is also taking special COVID precautions- everyone must sanitize hands before touching anything.

They are so nice! I popped in for a quick toy for my son today and both employees were so helpful despite being in the middle of reorganization. I will be back! Free gift wrapping FTW!Update! I strolled in at 5:04PM today and was greeted so kindly as usual. After a few minutes I asked when they closed and the nice woman said “5pm but don’t worry”. I never felt rushed and probably never would have known if I didn’t ask. 5 star service! Happy to support this local business.

This store has a wide variety of toys for all ages. Some of their specialty items cannot be found anywhere else in town. I love that the toys are a variety of fun toys, creative toys, educational toys (that are actually fun) and active toys. Plus once you buy anything you get anything wrapped for FREE!!!!! Great customer service. The staff know the merchandise and give great suggestions depending on what you want to spend. Love this store!.

A wonderful place to shop! Children of all ages love getting gifts from Learning Express. The employees are also very helpful with giving suggestions when you have no idea what to purchase. It is ALWAYS my go to store for any birthday party, holiday or my childrens own gifts. Many of the toys are not only fun to play with, they are educational. The owner does a great job of purchasing for the store and takes great pride with selecting her employees.

Great toy store with emphasis on educational and age appropriate toys and gifts for children. The sales person was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in making a gift selection for an infant and then gift wrapped it free of charge. You can’t get this type of service in the larger chain stores, and the prices are still within range of the competition.

In live out of state and do not have access to a learning express in SC. I love this place! I give them a list of my children to buy for, age and a price range .... and like magic they pick out great gifts in my budget. They will also wrap, but I like to see the gift first. I am a bit out of touch with the cool gifts for my nieces and nephews, but now I am the cool aunt with the best gift! Thank you for great customer service

What a great find! There are so many cool things for my boys. I have one boy at the top of his grade and one that struggles and this store has great stuff for both of them. Plus, some really cool toys that are great for gifts! The service is terrific - always a bonus!

What a fun store! They have all the toys and games that my kids love. The staff is very cheerful and helpful. I called and bought a toy from a birthday bucket. It was wrapped and ready to go when I walked in the door! It is my 1 stop shopping for birthday gifts!

My kids love this place. Cute stuff for tween girls. Unique and fun stuff for boys. It was so easy to shop for birthday presents for friends. This is the best toy store in Katy.

So... I had a great experience with the Learning Express today!!! My first time dealing with them!! The employee went above and beyond what any store would. She did so much as to send me a picture to try to help me locate what I need! I am a few states away and have not been In the store. I do shop online quite a bit. This stores deserves 10 stars for their customer service!!! The lady at the store even tried to help me find out when the product I need would arrive. I definitely recommend them and look forward to doing business with Learning Express!!!

I had the best birthday ever. I registered at Learning Express and my friend to me so many cool gift that I has gotten to pick out. The people in the store were all so helpful and it was so much fun to pick out my presents. I cant wait to go back this week to get my locker stuff for school.

This is a really nice store with a great selection of childrens toys. The items are a little pricey, but they have lots of unique gifts. The staff is very friendly and they take their time to work with you if you have questions about any of their products.

I truly enjoy the store with all their toy selections. But after purchasing some games this weekend that I now see Target has I paid double at your store! Very disappointed at your mark up. Unfortunately I will have to choose more wisely at your store should I return.

Not a pleasant experience. Terrible way to do business.I was told by a group that this store had one of the hot new toys for retail plus shipping and they were able to buy it over the phone with only $12.50 shipping to another state. So I hurried up and called the store to talk about buying one and shipping it to me. I live approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes away from their. The manager stated they were out of them and would be getting more soon. I asked if I could pay for it and they ship it to me when they get them. She said no but would take my number down and call as soon as they got them. So after waiting for a call I finally got one. Only to be disappointed when she said they have them but would be $10 more than Retail on the item which is NOT what she was selling for earlier that week. And to ship it to me would be $27. I told her no thanks and that’s not a great way to do business. First trying to make money by raising your price afterwards and then trying to charge me almost $30 to ship an item in the same state less than 4 hours away. And i regularly ship on eBay and for something that weighs more than this item doesn’t cost me that much to ship across the US!! Bad business practices. Don’t shop here. Better toy stores around.

My daughter loves this store. Good variety of toys with educative ones too. I even bought a board game for myself.

Great toys! Somewhat pricey. Only unhappy with one purchase so far. Bought munch mitt for my infant, she didnt care for it. Called within the week about their return policy but refused to give store credit or refund for the mitt. Wished they would have disclosed that at the store at the time of purchase as a final sale and then maybe would have rethought the purchase. Only complaining because it was 19.99 plus tax. Basically money wasted.

Where they know your name, best toy store ever!!

Pros: They wrap your presents if you are on your way to a bday party.They have a bday registry that is really useful if you have no clue what to get the kid.In Whole Foods shopping center.Cons: They are super over priced and what you buy from here you can get for a fraction of the cost from a big box store.Store is very small and cramped and I always feel like i am being shoved out of the way by someone else looking at the same thing i am.
