This is one of the best furniture stores I’ve been to not only for price but for quality and customer service. Ask for Gary he did a great job explaining and helping with all our needs. 10/10 would recommend and definitely will be going back for future purchases

Gary was very professional, kind, knowledge, and so down to earth. Loved his energy and ended up getting a few pieces I had been looking for everywhere !!!! Definitely recommend! The furniture is at a great price and very affordable!

If I read these reviews prior to entering this store, I would NEVER shop here. The people who work in this location are terrible with communication. They ordered the WRONG dining table and I haven’t received the correct one yet. They told me that I will get it in August and it’s heading towards September. Poor communication!! They are liars!!! And good luck trying to call them, I have to respond to someone via text message. This is the WORST furniture that I shopped at and I will never come here again. Go to a credible furniture store that will take care of their customers.

I have been looking for an extra large sectional for a long time. After visiting many stores I came accross Kassa Mall Furniture. I found the same sectional that Ashley Home Store was displaying in their showroom for almost half the price. The delivery Service was great and the entire experiance was awesome! I will come back to get a mattress!

The sale associate Kathia, she was very patient to us she never pressure us despite it’s almost store closing. She did share her insights about the items as well we choosed and that matters a lot to me if you are selling something and you don’t believe in your product your selling then it simply mean that its a bad product. I did recommend her to my friends if you are looking for a good quality and reasonable price go to KM furtinure and look for that nice lady. For sure will be back in the future to get more stuffs from them.

Had a wonderful experience at Kassa Mall. Gary helped me find the perfect sectional and even worked with me on the price and delivery. They have a very large selection so I would suggest looking for what you want online before coming in, they also have catalogs in store so thats a plus. Would definitely recommend!

Gary was super helpful. Staying past closing time to answer all my questions. Delivery on the other hand is messed up. I received no update until I called a number of times. Whoever handles the deliveries made a change in dates that did not reflect in system, so taking a day off is quite useless. And they still want to deliver at an unfavorable date. So upsetting

I had been looking for a nice set of furniture for my apartment and I finally found a good, nice one at a fair price. The attention from Cristian was also very helpful.
