I wrote about this place before when I first got my sofa. They had delivered it without feet and took them 2 days and me constantly talking to them to even get that.NOW (1 year later bought Sept 2020)my couch is falling apart for what seems like a big design flaw. I dont say that because my couch is breaking but where and how its breaking. Designing some feet to support the weak part of the couch would do wonders.. Its just been over a year and Im suppose to have at least 5 year warranty on it but they just told me they cant do anything about it and hung up. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS. Hope this helps! Got to Ashleys. Little more maybe but they wont screw you over.

As soon as I came in the store, Jamal took care of me and my mother right away. He made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Took his time to show us varieties of bed sets and made sure to provide us with the best fit for us and best price.I will for sure be recommending to friends and family to come by supernova furniture and talk with Jamal and frank the manager was very helpful through this whole experience!

I have been to more than 7 furniture stores in the past week and have had no luck. I walked into supernova furniture and was immediately greeted by Mrs.Patty which by the way has excellent customer service and was very very helpful not once did she try to push a sale on us nor try to sell us furniture that was not in stock! I am very pleased with the packaged deal she worked up for us. I definitely recommend them and will definitely be back!

Came in to supernova. Not knowing what to expect but ms. Dera is the best sales woman I ever met! My budget was 6k but I ended up buying 11k ! She is a smooth talking beautiful woman inside and out!! Manager Frank was a big help also

Prices and setup were great. My only issue is that the delivery time was no where near expected. We were told between 9 and 5. After 5pm we weren’t given any further updates. The delivery drivers were great. They set the the furniture and even pointed out some damage which I truly appreciated. I just wish we had better communication from the dispatch.

My husband and kids came to supernova looking for living room furniture. We were greeted at the door by Gia who was super friendly and very attentive. The Supernova at the Katy location is one of the best stores if you’re looking for variety. I went to well over a dozen furniture stores to look for furniture that everyone else wasn’t carrying. Being from up north I was looking for something more modern and they had what I wanted. I was able to furnish all 3 of my rooms for a reasonable price. My experience there was wonderful.Frank was my salesman and he did a phenomenal job assisting me. He was professional, polite, integral, extremely patient as well as very accommodating. I wanted furniture that was available immediately. He showed me furniture that was in stock and assured me that I would get it the next day or the day after. He even persuaded me into getting a living room set that was in their catalog. I was skeptical because it was furniture I didn’t see on the show floor in person. It was delivered the next day as he assured me and I LOVE IT! I couldn’t ask for a better salesman or a better store to shop at!

Walked into Supernova Furniture to look for a sofa set and table for my new home. Was met by Ray and hes showed me several sofa sets and explained the the pros and cons of each one. After finding a sofa that my wife and I agreed on Ray was willing to work with us on the price to make it more budget friendly. Even though we were willing to still purchase a less expensive set Ray made it to where we were able to get the better set. I definitely recommend Supernova Furniture and Ray.

Ray, Patty, Frank, Donnie, Margarita and Jonathan!!!!! Where do I start! Ok so bam, from the moment we walked through the doors the atmosphere was welcoming. They were all busy with customers but not too busy that they didn’t greet us. We were welcomed to look around with no pressure and was told when we were ready to let them know. We walked around, sat on furniture, laid down on beds and admired the decor. After we were ready to talk purchasing it was no pressure by anyone in sales or finance. They all displayed patience and gratitude throughout the whole experience. It was always whatever WE wanted and not what THEY felt we should have. By hour #2 we realized my wife’s necklace had come apart and we had lost her name plate. The team looked over the whole store even though we wasn’t sure if that’s where we lost it. Fast forward to hour #4 we had purchased our items and were setting up a delivery date when her name plate was found by a staff member in one of the catalogs. We were thankful. It was after 10pm when we walked out and satisfied with our purchase. We had spent 4.5 hours in the store. Not because they were moving slow but because they made us comfortable enough to walk around and take our time. We were offered drinks and comfortable sitting even after we were done. The staff never made us feel as if we were wasting their time. We want to say thank you again to Ray, Patty, Frank, Donnie, Margarita and Jonathan! This was an excellent experience! As we walked in we were kindly greeted by three associates at the same time. Raymond was the gentleman that serviced us. He did an great job explaining the products and their differences; he was friendly but not pushy which I appreciated. We came to this store immediately after leaving Ashley’s furniture and found it to be more economical. Ultimately, our experience was so good that we ended up purchasing two twin size mattresses. We would definitely return to do more business and recommend this place to the public.

Buyer BEWARE! Bait and switch. I called three different stores with three different price quotes. We go into store and they want to up charge us 3x the amount. They saw we had good credit and wanted to max it out.Master bed room deal where you are supposed to get all the free stuff you are in fact paying for. False advertising on this as there are 2 prices for the same bedroom set. One for non-package and on for package. Taking the package deal adds 2300.00 to the non-package prices. Nothing is free.

Soo to update my previous experience after the holidays I went back in after getting a call that I got an approval for a better financing 0%interest for a year and twice as much money.How...dunno..but they made it happen! I was assisted by frank and dera *love her*who went out their way to make sure I got what i wanted at the best price! Patty checked on me and made sure I was happy and satisfied as well. They really showed out to win me over as a customer. Within a week I had my table& new beds for my babies and my beautiful sectional I wanted came in 2 weeks instead of 4! Im super excited about my new furniture. My family loves it as well. Although I went thru at first and it was delayed, the delay was definitely in my favor! Everyone deserves a second chance and sometimes its better the second time around! Thank you ..I am a super happy customer!

They tell you that they have leather furniture but the truth is once you really look into what leather is. it is fake all out fake I bought two loveseat and the chair was around $5000 they were horrible and broken of which still is not fixed months later and they offered a trade-in to give me $1500 towards different couches I told him that I found out that it was not real leather and the guy smirked! Don’t be fooled shop somewhere else.

I had great experience with Frank and Andrew while shopping for furniture today at Supernova. I was not pressure at all to make any selection. They gave me my space and my time to look and shop. Also the price was excellent. I would recommend to anyone looking for new furniture to stop by and give Supernova a shot.

I gave two stars only because some of the items ordered arrived. However, I feel like they lied about having the products in stock. And I was just so frustrated with them that I accepted a table that was clearly not what I ordered but I just wanted it to end. Thank goodness the outdoor dining table looked good until the finishes started to peel off as well as the dining table we got for dining room. Weve only had the tables delivered October/November 2020. Just make sure to ask and confirm that they in fact have the items in stock before you sign the paperwork.
