My daughter needed her alto sax fixed asap. Called Collins and was told they would get it done in a day or two tops so I took it in. They had it fixed and ready in an hour and a half. Great people. Super friendly.

Great staff. Always so helpful. Even when they say it can take a couple of days they deliver quickly and our 25+ year old instruments come back like new!

THE BEST MUSIC STORE I HAVE EVER FOUND! At 47-years-of-age, I finally decided to renew my passion for music and buy my very own bassoon. While having been a bassoon performance major for my undergrad, I always used the schools instrument, and gave that life up almost 25 years ago. I also hoped that buying a bassoon would encourage my junior high daughter to keep playing bassoon as well. After having a bad experience with a different big name music store in Katy (where they knowingly tried to sell me a bassoon with a major hidden defect, and apparently keep trying to sell it), I was extremely discouraged. On a whim, I reached out to my daughters junior high band director, who reached out to Collins Music, who immediately found one for me. The Katy Collins store not only located a single bassoon in their El Campo store, but had it on its way to Katy before I even called them. Less than 48 hours after reaching out to my daughters band director, and having gone a lifetime without a bassoon of my own, I not only had a beautiful sounding Schreiber bassoon, but obtained it at a truly remarkable price. WORDS CANNOT EXPRESS THE HAPPINESS I FEEL IN PLAYING THIS GORGEOUS INSTRUMENT THAT THE COLLINS MUSIC FAMILY FOUND FOR ME. The Collins staff, service, quality and price are simply unmatched, and I am beyond grateful that they have made their way to Katy. Thank you again Collins Music Center, for bringing the joy of music back into my life!

I had no idea I lived this close to a music store. Now I dont have to drive to Sugar Land for stuff. All I needed was some guitar straps but the employees were super friendly. I will definitely be back.
