Mr. Bean was very thorough and professional in reviewing the current adjustments of my hearing aids. He explained the findings of my most recent audio gram in detail. I left with a replacement of my hearing aids while mine are in for repair.This was the best service I have had from Miracle-Ear in my 4 years of being a customer there.

Ken’s competence at testing and fitting the aids was exceptional. I Never feel rushed, as he makes you feel as if he will sit there and chat, answer questions .. as many as you have and however long it takes. I feel that my being happy with the aids is his priority and he will continue to help me every step of the way, which is so comforting. Sheila is obviously so sweet and kind and efficient. Hearing aids are not plug and play devices that can be ordered over the net. They are very special instruments that must be fitted to each individuals needs and tastes. I had the pleasure or meeting Ken and his staff. After the hearing test (which I loathe), they gave us options. I was actually able to try on a hearing aid first to see how it would work based on what my settings would be. My goodness, the world is LOUD!I had another hearing aid (Resound), which i liked at first, however, after the first month, things started going bad with them, and of course, the hearing aid battery cost. Now I have the Miracle Ear rechargeable, and I really like them. I can hear just fine, and knowing that they have the settings on file, they can help. Of course, this is my first check up and we had to do some fine tuning, which included the type of dome that my hearing aid uses. Now, I can actually hear better, and what is really amazing, no tin can sound!Take it from me, as one who has had 5 hearing aids so far, this is by far, the best fit, and best hearing aid I have EVER had.

I have been wearing hearing aids for four years. My first pair helped considerably but I still couldnt understand everything people were saying and I still needed headphones to watch TV. When this set started to fail, I went to the Miracle Ear in Katy. Ken showed me their hearing aids and after hearing what they could do, I purchased the iRhythm 4500 model.I have worked with them for a while now and they are amazing. I can now hear things I havent heard in twenty years. I can carry on a conversation and dont feel like a shutout any more. With the TV Streamer it is easy to watch TV and I no longer need headphones. Background noise and wind noise are minimal. It was truly a good decision to purchase them and Im very satisfied.

Let me tell you. I have had hearing aids from another company for years. However when I purchased the ones from Miracle Ear, it was no comparison. They are top notch and the hearing specialist is very knowledgeable about the technology and hearing loss. My only regret is that I wish I knew about them seven years earlier. Great people and awesome attention! I took my dad there a few weeks ago for a hearing test because his old hearing aids (from a different brand) never worked like they were supposed to. We met with Ken and he was knowledgeable and professional with us. He helped us to pick the best model to deal with my dads hearing loss and tinnitus instead of just trying sell us the most expensive unit.
