I have been a patient here for a year now. Jarrod and Elizabeth are great. Jarrod is very thorough in his exams and explains the whole process as we proceeded from my initial exam, hearing tests, and deciding which hearing aid would be best for me and my lifestyle. I have had a few follow up appointments and I feel just as important now as I did as a new patient. They make a great team and I’m glad that I found their office.

I was very apprehensive visiting the office for the first time. Nobody really wants hearing aids, but Jarrod immediately put me at ease, explaining everything so that even I could understand. He has been there to answer every question I had and has made the transition extremely easy. I wold recommend to anyone having hearing problems to go to New Sound and not only get tested but get great service.

I visited this office a few days ago. Fantastic experience! The front desk and the doctor himself were very attentive and responsive. Fortunately, my suspicions about hearing loss have not been confirmed, but I have received professional advice on how to keep hearing normal at my age. Plus, the white noise in my ear, which has bothered me for almost a year, has disappeared! Absolutely! Thank you so much for your magic!

I hope you hear me when I say Jarrod and Elizabeth are one of the Best! If you do not hear me then definitely see Jarrod soon. He has worked with me for over a year now and has fine tuned my hearing aids to close to Perfection. My wife Now asks Me what an actor said in a movie and I heard what she didnt....never happened Before! Jarrod is Always concerned about my hearing experience and uses All of his expertise to customize my hearing aid experience to fit me personally. Jarrod was amazing! I purchased some hearing aids pre-Jarrod which were not working for me. I went in, discussed my issues with Jarrod and he recommended a different brand and actually helped me with pricing even though I was out of the insurance range. I am currently hearing things I never knew existed!!! I actually look forward to going in because Jarrod and Elizabeth are just really good people!! And the service is A++++

An excellent experience. The reason of my visit was to have an hearing aid checked and evaluated. This was done expertly. In addition, my ears were cleaned from wax and checked. I left much happier and hearing better.
