Bid only, didnt go with his services.I requested a bid and he came by soon to look it over. I needed irrigation modified, drainage added, and lighting.He was professional. We walked out the entire job. He got me back an estimate quickly.His bid was lower than the winning bid. I selected another group due to a very high detailed scope of work. However, Im sure Crown would have done an equally impressive job. The scope was detailed and itemized.

The owner, Stacy, is very responsive to requests. I called in the morning and he came by the same day. He explained everything he did and was very friendly.

Excellent landscaping design, the irrigation setup was very thorough and easy to operate. Staff very courteous and knowledgeable. After completion, property was cleaned, and Owner walked me through to make sure I was 100% satisfied as well as instructed me on the operation of the irrigation system. Contacted Stacey Nolen in regards to replacing a sprinkler timer and checking 9 zone sprinklers. A price of $250.00 for the job was agreedAfter the job was completed, we discovered the zones werent checked. Bought this to the attention of Stacy and he stated that was for just replacing the timer (initially he quoted a price of $325.00). The time to replace the timer was at the most 30 mimutes. If you are a home owner and have a small irrigation job, this is not the company to use.

They put rotors and spray heads in one zone and the water was spaying all over the concert. I asked that that is unacceptable they ask for more money for extra zone. They quote low zone to get the job and then will ask more money to do it right. Very unprofessional and not someone I will want to send anyone.

We had our sprinklers installed three years ago and so far, no issues. Competitive pricing.
