Próspero answered my call and was able to come out the same day for a very easy fix. I had 4 sprinkler heads that needed to be replaced and he was able to replace them all in under 30 min. It was an efficient and reasonably priced service.

During the winter storm, our shut off valve to our irrigation burst so we had no water to the whole house. They sent a person out during freezing temps to fix it same day I called, and price was totally reasonable! He called after his crew left to make sure everything was good. Rain Day Irrigation had just installed the French drains for me and my neighbor. Prospero and and his team were professional and responsive in getting the work done properly. It has been 10 years since my irrigation system had a health check so I called Prospero (owner of Rain Day Irrigation, Inc) on Fri, then Tech Brady arrived 9am on the dot on Sat as promised.I asked him to test every sector, every head, make repairs/revisions as needed. He did exactly as I asked and touched base with me each time he needed to change equipment.6-8? heads needed replacement or to be moved which he did quickly and courteously. Totally worthless company! After calling on Wednesday afternoon, I was told they could send someone on Saturday, they took my phone number and said someone would get back to me! At 4:45pm Friday I called them as no one had gotten back to me! They said they would Text me the time for Saturday! At 8:11 on Saturday morning, still no message, so I again contacted them and was told between 11:00 and 1:00!!!! Its now 1:25! ! just called and told them where to go!!!!!!! Had rainy day Irrigation install a sprinkler system for my yard. The guys came out and worked very hard. They kept the place clean and they were respectful. Although there was a language barrier when I had a few questions. After the job is done we went over the system and make sure it worked correctly. I haven’t had a chance to use the system yet since we have been getting A lot of rain lately. The only problem I had was that a couple of the sprinkler heads were sticking up a little high and I was concerned about them. I had used Rain Day based on a great recommendation from my neighbor. He and his team did an amazing job! I had a pool installed, and my yard was decimated in the process. He was able to send a technician Brady Portillo quickly. Brady arrived promptly at the hour promised. He located the leak and repaired it in a timely manner. This company is extremely professional, they have awesome customer service (the owner contacted me a year later to follow up on our system and to be sure we were still happy with the work that was performed, who does that these day?), very personable, and competitive prices. Explained in detail the system, how it would be installed, how work is performed etc. We have had our system for just over a year and love it. We have had 0 and I mean 0 problems. Due to the continuous days of rain towards late October, my side yard basically turned into a swamp. After calling a few contractors out to quote a drainage system, we decided to go with Prosperos team. Their quote wasnt exactly the cheapest, but the materials they use and work quality actually made the price more than reasonable. Also Prospero is a highly efficient communicator in terms of addressing any of my inquiries and keeping me updated on the projects progress. I enjoyed working with this team so much that I hired them again to regrade the yard (which had become muddy and impeded drainage) as soon as the drainage system was put in.

Excellent services even though it was two of the hottest days in the start of August with degrees in the triple numbers 108 to be exact. I am very happy with the work!Our backyard patio area would flood during periods of heavy rain. We knew it, but it was more of an inconvenience than anything else. Then, Hurricane Harvey hit us (2017) and for four nights I was out pumping water from the back to the street so the water did not come into the house. Four days of pumping convinced me to invest in a drainage system. We had several companies come out to take a look. The prices were all over the place as were the solutions. Two companies actually told us that the ONLY solution was to purchase an electric pump to force the water out to the street. ($$$$$) Of course, if the electricity went out, we were up a creek without a paddle! Pun intended.Long story short, we went with Rain Day Irrigation. They installed a french drain system at a reasonable price and did so brilliantly. Of course, we didnt have any rain for almost a month after the install and I had been waiting to post a review based on actual results. Lo and behold - we had our first heavy rains last night. The skies opened up and it poured! It poured for almost five hours straight! Guess what? No flooding. The water went right into the drain like it was supposed to and in the morning, my patio area looked like we got a light misting, not a heavy downpour. Oh and the power went out twice during the rainstorm. I am so glad we didnt get the electric pump installed and beyond thrilled we went with Rain Day Irrigation!

Rain Day did a great job at my home 15 years ago, and so I suggested using them when my church, Covenant Baptist in the Museum District, was seeking to irrigate a new courtyard, color garden and vegetable garden. Rain Day alone gave us a bid that would fit in our budget, and they did a fabulous job. Only one insignificant plant was disturbed in the color garden (to the great relief of our master gardener); the vegetable garden was fitted with a mini-spray system that perfectly irrigates the raised beds; and numerous problems in the contractors original lawn system were found and fixed. Prospero bid the job for us and even spent a good part of a Saturday morning meeting with our Facilities Committee to explain the system and irrigation in general (no one besides myself had experience, and many on the committee were skeptical about even needing to irrigate). Prospero was also closely involved with the execution of the job, responding to the problems from the previous lawn system and ensuring that questions were answered all along the way. The job started and ended on time.I had been using a Rachio controller, which Prospero does not normally install, but which automates scheduling from a smartphone using local and national weather information, and Prospero installed that controller with our system -- he is very flexible if you have special requirements.Prospero and his people are wonderful to work with, very careful in the way they dig up and restore the landscaping, and super-knowledgeable about irrigation alternatives.Now everyone who has used our system is happy, and so are our gardens.

Prospero is a good communicator, he developed a reasonable estimate quickly, his team arrived the following day to begin work. A 7 zone, Wi-FI enabled sprinkler system was installed and operational within 2 days. His professional team performed a quality job and cleaned up everything. They have done such a poor job in design and never showed up to fix the problems from the initial install. The drains are above the dirt under my home, the side drains are not properly installed. Pics to come.

I had contacted 4 Irrigation companies. Only one responded very polite, but it would be two weeks until they could visit our property.I called Rain Day irrigation and the owner Prospero called back in an hour!He drove out that evening and gave me a quote,explained all the steps and equipment he would utilize.
