Seriously the best bra shop. They can look at you and tell exactly what bra size you need. So genuinely kind and friendly, I never felt uncomfortable having them look at how a bra was fitting me. Felt really safe going in there as well, as all the workers are wearing gloves and masks and require customers to wear them as well. They have amazing deals right now so I got a bunch of high quality bras for a decent price. So sad theyre closing. Ive been coming here for over 5 years, even when I moved to a different city!

Their return policy is all sales final on discounted items. Its not posted anywhere. Dont buy anything on faith that it will fit your significant other. I should have asked. Dont get stuck like me. Its very expensive even with a discount. Helpful staff none the less.

Fantastic service and reasonable prices considering . Michelle was Super Nice and took time to properly fit us. I bought 3 pieces and am thrilled. I highly recommend you see for yourself. Plenty of parking.

This place is GREAT! I needed a new bra, and the SA there were considerate and extremely helpful. The store is well-stocked, and even though my bustline is rather hard to fit, they had JUST what I needed! I will definitely be back!

I love this shop! They can tell my size just by looking at me and are really helpful. Theyre also very considerate about modesty and let me decide how much help I need in the dressing room. The variety of sizes and styles is great and they always have things in my non-standard size.

The only place in town that has appropriate sizes for my family. The staff is attentive and sweet. They give you a value card and once you purchase 8 bras the 9th is 50% off.

I love this place, they took their time and assisted me with my needs. The saleswoman brought me the items that I needed and kept the selection coming. Their merchandise is so pretty! I could spend all day in their shop!!!

Sales lady was helpful. I made a selection that was not in stock. Not a specialty item, just didnt have my size. Paid in advance and was told the item would be in in two weeks. Called today and was told it was not and is probably on back order. I asked for a refund. I was told usually refunds are not given, only store credit. If you decide to shop here, just beware of this ambiguous policy.

I like that I can get fitted for a bra by people who know what they are doing. Friendly atmosphere and if they dont have the bra you need in stock they will order it then call you when it comes in. I also love that for my size I dont have to settle for a basic color bra!

This is not a good place if you are full busted. Whatever that means! The staff have been rude and even insulting to me on multiple occasions. According to the saleswoman who helped me the other day, there are only 3 bras in the entire shop that would fit me and she offered no suggestions. Id vote for Intimacy over this place every time!

When I went in a week ago, the store had trash swept up in a giant pile right in front of the door. The older woman who works there most days (or at least on Wednesdays) has an extremely bad attitude towards her customers. Also, their return policy is NO RETURNS, only exchanges, even if they dont have your size. So if youre a size DD or up, go somewhere else. They refuse to give you the money back with a snotty attitude to boot. In addition to all of these problems, they or at least the older woman measures using her hands and uses that to justify that they are telling you the right size. That may work on some smaller chested women, but you should be using a tape measurer. If you are going to buy from here, I highly suggest having your measurements.The product is of cheap quality, you can buy it wholesale from a China retailer at $10/piece if not cheaper.
