Went shopping for my daughter forhomecoming and had a great experience! Victoria was very helpful. She was so sweet and took her time helping me. Definitely coming back to shop for myself!

Today while shopping at this store, my daughter was injured by a precariously placed sign with sharp edges. The sign fell and barely missed her eye, breaking the skin. We spoke to Rori, the manager, who did not apologize for the incident, offer a first aid kit, or even look at my daughters injured face. The only thing she offered was to fill out an incident report. After I calmed my crying daughter and made my purchase, a different employee, Victoria, had us fill out the report. Victoria was extremely rude and insensitive as well. We provided all of the necessary information and were sent on our way.On one hand, I understand that accidents happen, and it is a very busy time in the store due to homecoming. On the other hand, knowing we are in the busy season, they should’ve had more employees on the floor. If they had, perhaps the sign could have been moved before injuring my nine-year-old daughter. I am reaching out to corporate to let them know about this incident as well as the quality, or lack there of, of this stores employees.

Today I walked into this store with my daughter, looking for homecoming shoes. The store was packed.However, the two staff members with whom we interacted, where extremely nice and helpful.

Honestly disappointed that this store chooses to keep the deals that they have online just online. I went in store to see if they would honor the coupon they had on the WINDSOR website and they said I couldn’t get it because it was just online. I have worked retail and never had this problem when customers did this so I didn’t think it would be a problem at all. Like why would you not offer the same promotion your having online in store as well or even honor it like all places do? Great clothes though!

Workers are SO rude here definitely don’t come to this location. If you don’t like ur job, find a new one.
