This location used to be great. Boy has it changed. Today they rented me a 20 truck with all sorts of issues. Between electrical issues and damage they never acknowledge I cannot recommend this location. And on top of it all, the woman who checked me in was rude and didnt care that there were any problems with their truck. I suggested they service it first and check the brakes, but I think they put it back in line to be rented. On top of it all, they overcharged me by $85. Who does that? Please do yourself a favor by either renting from a different location or another company all together!!! Such a disappointment. I was getting ready to rent a 26 truck for 2 more days this week. NOT ANYMORE!

They installed my hitch and wiring for me without any issues. I also rented my uhaul and trailer from them. Ive been coming to them for years and know many people who use them as well. They are my go-to place for uhaul needs. Very pleased with the service and professionalism at this establishment.

The guys in the shop are great. Everything else is terrible... Good luck getting them to answer their phone

Pretty disappointing when the actual owner of this place has awful customer service. If you don’t use his installation services which takes 5 minutes to do yourself and charge over 100.00 for them to do it he doesn’t care to take care of you. Definitely don’t recommend and will not come back.

This place has most everything you need. I have encountered quick courteous help. However, there was one person, not saying who. Was rude and grumpy with almost every customer. Had I had to deal with that person, I would have given the place a 1 star.

I had my hitch installed at another U-Haul location but they were unable to install it correctly. I brought my car to the U-Haul Trailer Hitch Super Center in Katy and Rhonda Holliday personally handled the situation. She untangled the mess the other location had left and installed it correctly and got me out of there quickly. Many thanks to you Rhonda for taking care of my issue. I will definitely be back to your location.

Supposedly it gives the customer service until 7 pm and arrived at 4:30 and they tell me to return tomorrow for today no more propane is sold (disappointing)

I have never had a problem with uhaul until I came to this location. I was told I could not return the rental truck to another location. I went to another location and they did charge me a fee for returning it but they didnt see why I was told that. Uhaul is known for having that convenience. From now on Im using penkske they have much better rates anyways

I am giving this an ok because our experience was very polar today. We rented a truck that my wife had reserved a while back. The lady who helped us was obviously not in a good mood and didnt seem to want to be at work...let alone help anyone. I wont go into explicit details.We had no issue with the rental...we returned it, paid and left. The bright side was a very nice employee by the name of Elvis...I lightly joked with him about...Elvis has NOT left the building...he took our rental on return...very nice, pleasant and professional.He turned this, could have been a dislike review into an Ok. Great job Elvis!!!

The lady running it wasnt in a very good mood but I can deal with that. The problem was NOT fixing my trailer hookup correctly. Saying they checked it and it worked fine, but when we got to where the trailer it was worse that before. Had to cancel the whole pickup of a friends trailer due to this.
