Front office and storage units are kept clean and cool for the temperature controlled units. Wasnt aware that I had issue with auto credit card payment and they waived late fees. Thanks for acknowledging that I have always paid on time! Much appreciation!!!

Frank saved me money by educating me on what was best as far as renting a truck. His honesty may have costed a few dollars for his company but he has earned his company my future business and recommendation to all my close ones to come here for their moving and storage needs. Very close to my home, great service, easy access and great pricing! What else could you want. I really love the fact that I was able to do everything online and was emailed a code to get in my storage unit quickly . I received a welcome call from the manager and they provided a lock so that I could store my items safely.

I manage a moving company (Square Cow Moovers) and our client was moving out of the facility. I just wanted to give a shout out to the manager that was on site for being super friendly. Thank you.

We had no real problems during the time my items were stored at this facility. I will say that when I went to move my things out I noticed many mouse or rat droppings all over my items. It appears no measures were taken to deter rodents coming in. With that big field next door it doesnt suprise me that pests could come in. All other facilities I have stayed at have always taken steps to deter rodents and bugs. This is the reason for only 3 stars. The building and facilities are nice otherwise.

These people are CON and a huge Scam, you start paying little money as low as $56 per storage unit and then they keep increasing it every other month, I am currently paying $130 after being there for a year and few months do not come here.....very horrible criminals

I really do like the storage place, and the different personnel, but the book keeping of automatic payment has been off since the pandemic. The people you talk on the phone will be willing to help, but I actually had to go into the office and Ms Koomce was very nice, understanding and accommodating. I will see when next payment is due if my problem has been resolved.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They go over and beyond to accommodate their customers! I highly recommend this place to store your belongings, the security is great with 24 hour security cameras and it is well lit at night.

So, the bookkeeping has been horrible, never been correct and now a call to let us know one of our units was broken into. Office personnel continuously changes and the phone is hardly ever answered. Not what I would recommend, I have 5 units there and plan to have none by month end.

Love it here. They are the best storage location in the area and will answer any and all questions you may have. They’re professional, reliable, friendly, and so helpful! You won’t ever regret using their services. I won’t go anywhere else.

Since the place sold and the new owners came in everything has been honestly pretty good for me. Construction was tedious and long but the property definitely is better than before. My experience with the employees has been fantastic as they are knowledgeable and friendly despite constant construction. I look forward to keeping a few units with them since everyone is helpful and would recommend them to anyone that I come across looking for storage needs!

Unit was broken into - they didnt even bother to call us!!! We found out when it wasnt our lock on our unit. Went to the front desk. At first the woman tried to tell us theyd called everyone but I immediately told her, NO, you did NOT. Yes, they had our number on file. Eventually the male worker told us they were too busy (mind you, this was not even the same day theyd been broken into) doing police reports and looking through video tape to call. REALLY? It takes two minutes to call someone! So we went from we called everyone, to we were too busy to call you. Excuses, excuses. If I hadnt gone there, I would never have known it was even broken into until WELL after any hope of recovering anything pawned. Completely unprofessional, and from those actions I would even suspect an inside job. Stay away!!!

Terrible respond system. As a customer I would not recommend this because the units are bad but because of the lack of attention to customer care. I came around 8:00 to get my mattress and once I was done obtaining it the gate wouldnt open.... apparently you cant leave the facility after 8:30. So even if you enter before you cant leave. I called numorous times and exhausted my efforts to obtain a phone number to reach management. I had no success. The website says call 911. I had to call the cops to assist me.

Very bad experience, I do not recommend it at all, be careful, there is not much security a month ago we were robbed in our unit and the manager with only apology wanted to solve, they stole everything from us, we lost almost $ 15,000 it was our first time renting and unfortunately I acquired the insurance more low for having no experience thinking it was a safe place. We do not recover even 20%
