The prices of the albums and other merch are very reasonable and the people working there are always so sweet ! i go to the katy location frequently and always have the albums i want in stock ! i spend a lot of time there everytime i visit bc i never know what i want 😭

Best kpop shop I’ve ever been. I ordered a lot of albums and receive cute little extra gifts and it made my day. The staff is always so friendly and helpful and they give you posters unlike most kpop stores that just sell the posters the albums come with. I only go to this kpop store.

I love this place. I call it my happy place. I love kpop and my kids love stationeries and it just caters to all of our wants. Their staff are all very friendly and helpful (hello Ericka, youre my favorite, you know that). The owner is very nice and sweet (hey Leah, it is always nice bumping into you at concerts). That is a big reason why i keep on coming back. If you love kpop. Or just cute stuff, i definitely recommend this place! Their prices are very reasonable!

My daughter bought a BTS hoodie for $35.99. We washed it that night and most of the decal fell off. The “S” of BTS and part of their symbol came off. I called the NEXT day and Erica told me there’s nothing they can do. This hoodie was $35.99 and my daughter can’t even wear it. The product was defective. Not even a day and the decal fell apart off the hoodie. I’m disappointed with the customer service.Update on 1/17/2020:My daughter loves the store so I hate the fact that I had a bad experience with one of the locations. I went to the Bellaire location today. My daughter was browsing and I happened to see the hoodie and it made me upset just looking at it. I decided to approach the guy at the counter and asked if the manager is the same at all locations. He said he was the manager. He was very apologetic about my experience and he allowed me to exchange the hoodie for my daughter. She was extremely happy when we left. Thank you Sung for everything!

They have a good selection of licensed merchandise primarily of kpop but they also sell other brands like Sanrio. It’s INSIDE the h mart for those of you who drove around in circles like me.

Sung is a really helpful guy. Not much Jungkook merchandise, but the guy at the store was really sweet and generous.

The employees are very nice and helpful. Best place to get official and unofficial K-pop merch 💜
