I really appreciate Al Huss Autos professionalism. They did a diagnostic test on a check-engine light, and while there, I asked them to do a general check-up, since the car was approaching 100,000 miles. They created a detailed estimate, and Cassie went through it THOROUGHLY with me before proceeding, being very patient with my questions. They got my car back to me promptly and with a smile. Nice to feel a sense of trust with a new mechanic and shop. Would definitely recommend!

They also did a multi point inspection at no additional charge. Let us use a loaner vehicle for no charge just replace the fuel while our vehicle was being serviced. Recommend new tires as they were down to 3/10; included a quote for a new set at no additional charge, plus a brake flush was also suggested. With no pressure to buy those services.

I just moved to the area from out of state and was told by multiple people to go here because this shop is so great. I received the opposite of excellent work and was I disappointed in the end. They will tell you everything you want to hear, claim they can fix it and then not help you. Their “Inspections” are pointless, they’ll tell you that your vehicle needs something done to it, print off this nice report for you pointing out issues and then park your vehicle outside with nothing fixed.

These guy really know what they are doing and are completely professional and treat you like family. I had a check engine light come on just an hour after I revived my car back which at first worried me.. But to my surprise the owner came to my house and took a look personally at my vehicle! He then had me take my van back to his shop and gave me a newer vehicle to use while his auto technicians looked over EVERYTHING again. The owner even gave me free tickets to WIR races for the extra time it was going to take but he wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied everything was done perfectly! My girlfriend and I went to race’s got free drinks and food and met up with the owner! Not only were they professional but they were also super polite, professional and treated me like I was a part of there family and made me feel comfortable and that I was there #1 priority. These great group of guys are not just a chain shop getting you in and out like your another number. They actually take the time to talk to you and explain everything and make sure you are satisfied and happy with the job. If you have any kind of discrepancy they take care of everything so you are satisfied. I give these guys a 10/10! They take there time to make sure everything is done correctly and even double check so that you feel satisfied with everything and everything is done properly. I would recommend this shop to any of my loved ones or anyone for that matter. When you bring you vehicle into this shop except to be treated like your there priority and like you are a part of the family! I support my local businesses and recommend everyone does the same! These guys are 100% professional and made me feel like I was there top priority!

This Auto Center is Great. Had major Stabilitrak issue. Vehicle was in limp mode. I was expecting worse case scenario. They kept me up to date on issues found. There service is professional, and they saved me possibly thousands of dollars. As I work on alot of my own work, but realized, I didnt have the tools to even troubleshoot this one, within a few hours they were almost done, and and as I said they did the hard job, and hit a home run.

Brought my truck in because I was having some low speed brake squeal assuming I was due for a brake job. 92k miles second owner I dont have the equipment to pull wheels myself to check them so I brought it in for a brake inspection. (free coupon on website) They were completely upfront and honest after they did the inspection. Told me the brakes actually look great. (They could have told me I needed them and I wouldnt have questioned them) They had a loaner for me to use ready to go for my appointment as well. Great service!

They got me in right away even without an appointment . Kept in touch along the way with estimates. When found unexpected needs, gave me a quick explanation and estimate. No pressure. Car returned same day.

I just picked up my car and was extremely happy with the service. I had taken my car elsewhere and was quoted a very high price on some repairs. A friend suggested I take it to Al Huss and I was glad I did. They provided me a loaner vehicle to use while my car was being worked on. He was able to get it fixed for way less than I had been quoted at the other shop. The customer service was great. I will definitely be back!!

Al Huss Auto is not your average shop. They are thorough and complete. Their shop is the cleanest around. They will provide a proper inspection and give you then let you know what needs to be serviced. They give you a rating of the seriousness of the problem and let you decide what do to.Al Huss Auto took care of my 2003 Tahoe and it made it to 370,000. It was still running strong when I sold it. Al Huss Auto also kept my Volvo and Saab running great well over 200,000 miles.Al Huss is not the least expensive shop (but much less than any dealership) in town but you get what you pay for and you will get good quality work at a fair price.

Pricing was fair with other estimates I had received. Customer service was excellent! They were gracious enough to pick me up and drop me off. And the work they did was awesome. I will be back! *neighbor-helping-neighbor*

My wife and I have tried this shop for our vehicles a couple times now and I couldnt be happier with results. The manager John took excellent care of us, communicated well, made everything fast and easy. They even gave my wife a free loaner vehicle for the afternoon so she could run back to work and didnt have to burn a vacation day! The shop is clean and the mechanic came out to explain what he all did to the vehicle. He also mentioned some things to keep an eye on in the future but wasnt pushy about it like a lot of places are! I would highly recommend anyone go and let them take care of you!

Exceptional customer service! A few hours after picking up my car, I received a text message from the man we were working with, asking me if everything was going ok with my car. After getting an estimate for repairs to my car the scheduler gave me a time to drop off the car and told me when it would be done. Everything was right on time. The car looked brand new and I am 100% pleased. I like the shop (very clean) and the people working there. I highly recommend them.

Our family has had nearly all of our vehicle maintenance done at Al Huss, since the spring of 2008. My wife and I each put 30K miles each year on our daily drivers, and so weve done it all, several times - tires/batteries/front end work, plus all the basic maintenance stuff - and even an $8K collision repair. Al and his team offer fantastic service, including free loaners and rides home, all while being next-door-neighbor friendly. I have worked in the automotive repair field, and I can tell you this is a top-notch operation, with a real emphasis on getting it right. They keep the customer informed, as to whats going on with their transportation, and whats coming up ahead, as well. We did dealerships for years, save yourself some $, you wont be sorry taking your rig to Al!!

We have been customers for more than than ten years. The friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff, plus consistently good service keeps us coming back. Although they are close to home, we would be willing to drive due to the quality, timely service we have come to associate with Al Huss Auto.

I recently rated these guy high, but my wife got totally pooched on a warranty issue. That combined with a very high quote for a service job, I have since decide to take my business elsewhere. They used to be trustworthy and responsive, but not anymore...at least in our case.

Their 25 point inspection process proved to be very valuable. I brought my 2004 Honda Pilot in for an oil change. I found out that my CV axle boots were starting to tear and leak grease. Most other shops would not have discovered this and I would have risked a bad CV joint and possible failure at the wrong time. The CV axles were replaced in no time at a fair price. Its not about being cheap. Its about being good.

My mechanic retired, and Al Huss bought his shop in Green Bay. After reading all the good reviews of Huss online, I decided to give them a shot. Im so glad I did. I cant say enough good things about them!! The staff is knowledgeable and super friendly, the mechanics are great at what they do, and the lobby is clean and comfortable. They handed the t.v. remote to me, and offered coffee and bottles of water. They will tell you about ANY fees/charges, AND get your approval, BEFORE they do any work. And after the inspection, theyll let you know what they think is most urgent to fix, and what you can wait a while on....instead of most mechanics, who will try to pressure you into fixing everything in one visit. They are up-front, honest and thorough, and will treat your car like thier own. They got me in last-minute, and even provided a loaner vehicle FREE, while my car was getting fixed! Way to go, guys!!

They quoted us much lower then some chain repair places in the we had earlier on visited. They finished the work on time and now our car doesnt have problems every now and then like before!

Expensive but good service. I agree with other reviews. This place is meant for heavy duty, expensive semi-truck repairs, not really for cheap old cars. I had them look at my windows. They wanted about $700 to replace both kits for two back windows. Not worth it. When I declined service, I was charged about $120 to have them disassemble my door and give me the pieces to reassemble myself to avoid any further steep labor charges. Again, I only recommend Al Huss for the really heavy duty jobs. Dont bother them with the stupid piddly things.

I was in a difficult spot with my car, major break down and a lot of repairs needed to be done. brought it to a large local dealership & was treated poorly. I made the decision to call Al Husss and have them do the work instead, describing that I wanted to be involved & updated. the customer service was great which is what I was hoping for. still a tough bullet to bite with such large repairs but I dont think it was any more costly than if I were to have gotten it fixed at the dealership.overall, I would recommend for large repairs.

Outstanding Customer Service is what I experienced recently with Al Huss Auto. I needed my my oil changed and front brakes replaced a couple of weeks ago before going to Madison and Milwaukee for events. Since the service, I noticed a clanking noise randomly when I put the car in reverse or applied the brakes. I called Al last week and told him about the issue and, without hesitation, he sent someone to my place of work to pick up the car and give me a replacement one. He determined that there was rust build-up and a minor gap that caused the occasional movement and clanking sound. He replaced the brakes and filled the gap and fixed the problem.No Charge.The brakes have been working great now.

Went to Al Huss Auto knowing that my O2 sensors were bad and I told them this when I dropped my truck off. A few hours later I received a phone call confirming that the O2 sensors were bad (which I knew already) and that the total cost to fix with labor would be $498!!! Told them not to do anything and I would come pick up my truck cause there is now way I was paying $500 for something like that. Went and picked my truck up and they stilled charged me $100 in labor charges when Im the one that told them in the first place what was wrong and needed to be fixed.Brought my truck elsewhere and got those O2 sensors fixed and weird because there I was only charged $160 for parts and labor. Find is very hard to believe that there can be such a price difference from one auto place to the next.Even though the staff at Al Huss was very nice and the place looked very well kept, I will not be returning due to their huge price inflation.

Called to get an estimate for brakes. They would not give me an estimate, I would recommend to call someone else for any repairs. Very bad customer service!!!
