Mike is the best. Always fair and honest. He will fix what you ask and let you know of anything to be aware of. He is so honest he could have suggested a lot of repairs but instead told me I should start looking for a replacement. Also, if I found something and wanted him to check it out he would.

CarTech Auto is simply the best mechanic and service garage I have every used. They do it right or they don’t do it and they know there stuff! I went to a local mechanic in my town and they told me don’t use us go see Mike at CarTech, who does that?! When the competition says CarTech is the best well, your just the best at what you do. I have had two different Ford Trucks at CarTech and every time I am impressed, need an oil change skip Jiffy Lube and go to CarTech get it done right.

The guys at CarTech take great care of my Edge! They were able to diagnose my issue even though all I knew was that it sounded like a sad ghost when I turned left. I was nervous going here since Ive been going to the same shop since highschool but my usual mechanic isnt equipped for alignments and I suspect he might be retiring soon so it was time to switch. This shop was referred by several co-workers and acquaintances and I was not steered wrong. I told him what issues I was having and asked him to give the car a once over and let me know.He gave my car a thorough look over and called me to tell me what he found. I gave him a price limit and said start with the most important and call when you get to the price limit. He did as I asked and called when we got to my limit. I okayed a little more to finish up the job and they got it done. The car hasnt run and drove this good since a bought it new in 2004.

Upfront and honest pricing. Have taken my vehicles to them multiple times and been more than satisfied with the diagnostics and value for work done.

I can not believe it took me this long to remember to review this place. I have been going here for a few years now and Mike and his crew are phenomenal. When I get oil changes he never pushes repairs on me that aren’t absolutely necessary. A previous place I would go to would tell me every time I went for an oil change $1500-3000 of repairs I need. Mike is a no bs, don’t pad the bill anyway possible, treat you like a loyal friend kind of guy. He is always wonderful, and you can tell he loves his business. I love CarTech Auto Repair.

I would definitely recommend Car Tech for auto repair. I feel like they take the time not just to fix your car but also to educate you. They are thorough and honest with what needs to be done, while not trying to nickel and dime you. And they are time efficient as well.

I’ve been taking both cars we own to Mike for a couple of years now. I trust Mike what Mike recommends and never feel pressure pay for more services then I can afford. He does great work and very timely. Glad I was able to find this place and won’t take a car elsewhere!

Update (5/1/18) - I have continued to take my car to Mike for anything from oil changes to repairs. I have had to put on new tires, which Mike recommended based on what I didn’t like about my current tires and I couldn’t be happier with them! He has also been very competitively priced and does a great job on all repairs and maintenance. I never have to be without my car for extended periods of time, as he is always quick to get it in and fixed in a timely manner.Brought my car in (3/15/17) to have what sounded like a bad wheel bearing replaced. Turns out it was a flat rim and I needed to reschedule. They worked fast to get a new rim in and schedule an appointment that fit in my schedule. Will definitely take my vehicle to them in the future. Very friendly service.

CarTech is the best automotive shop I have ever dealt with. Recently went to a brake and muffler place because my right rear wheel was heating up and I had some warranty on brake pads and rotor. Bottom line that company introduced more problems than they fixed. Had to go somewhere else and I picked Cartech. Best choice I could have made. They not only diagnosed where the other place went wrong, they fixed that and made my car safe to drive again. This company is top notch, has professional technicians, and I just can not say enough. I am so happy I found them. I went back to the original automotive place and received a full refund for what they charge me that was not under warranty and it was all based off what Mike and Cartech were able to do for me. CarTech Auto repair is top notch, and they fix it right the first time. I was dealing with this for 2 and half weeks, they fixed it in 4 hours!

Mike is the Best!! Once you come here you wont take your vehicle anywhere else. I have a 2007 Camry that needed a Transmission. Mike walked me through all of my options and before he called me with the estimate they inspected the whole vehicle to let me know if there were more problems with it before investing in a transmission. That was Awesome! The repair was done in a timely manner and the cost was $50 less that the estimate. I have 4 vehicles and Car Tech is the only place that I will take them. Mike at Car Tech is the only mechanic I have felt comfortable with when dealing with repairs to my vehicles. In the past I had my husband deal with the mechanics. Mike was recommended by a friend who had a positive experience. I have always felt comfortable talking to him and his staff and feel he explains everything to me in ways I understand. His prices are more than fair and will continue to take my vehicles to him for repairs.
