Found ATF on Google and went there based on reviews. I am very happy with the service they gave us on our two vehicles. Our vehicles are old and on their last leg. ATF gave us thorough reports for each vehicle, but I never felt pressured into getting any work done. They gave me options, but left the choice up to me. They also ranked what needed to be done by now, soon, and in the future; which I really liked. I felt they had fair pricing and amazingly quick service. Very friendly staff who were respectful and wore masks/social distanced. Will be returning there in the future.

I had an appointment on Monday scheduled that I missed. I got a phone call shortly after the meeting with a voicemail asking me to please call to reschedule. I called later on that afternoon Gie answered and I apologized for missing my appointment. He said no problem at all it happens. They are very professional and understanding. I will continue to get my vehicles serviced at ATF.

I know the whole team at ATF has my best interest in mind. They do their best to provide cost-effective options, without sacrificing quality. My wife once took her car to a different place while I was out of town and they told her she needed to replace the whole exhaust system because it was about to fall off. ATF was able to weld a hanger back on for a fraction of the cost. I was a regular customer prior to that, but now my wife knows as well, and they have continued to provide great service over the years.

Passing through town towing my boat and blew a tire. Was recommended to go to these guys and they went above and beyond to tale care of me and get us back on the road. Prices were very reasonable for trailer tires and service was nascar fast. Anyone ever needing a great shop these are your guys. The guy who changed the trailer tires out was very professional and made sure everything was torqued and we would be safe to continue our travel. Great service and honest people! My car was severely damaged and instead of charging me to fix one issue. They recommended I start looking for a new vehicle and save my money. They could have easily got $900 out of me before saying this to me. If you are in the area, this is where you want to go!

It listed many options for tires that included miles covered, cost of tires, rebates from different tire companies and final cost out the door at ATF if I bought from them. My 2006 Jeep Liberty had an issue with the traction control system along with other warning lights on the dash. I brought it in to have the Jeep scanned for codes. The techs at ATF did a great job generating a list of codes and explained what they all meant. Once they explained what needed to be fixed, Ryan scheduled my Jeep for repairs the next day. ATF provided me with a loaner car so I could still get around to work and home. That is a huge advantage to me. The work that was done was high quality and fair priced. I am 100% satisfied with the whole process!

Friendly and honest. ATF are friendly and honest. Have used them twice since we moved into the area. Their work was quick and prices fair. Best of all was they were able to give us a loaner vehicle while the work was been done.

The guys up front went through everything clearly and answered all my questions. The tires are great I love driving my car again the alignment has me rolling straight and true. As far a price goes the quote i got was what i paid in the end it was great not having any surprise extas at the end. Overall I am very happy with the entire experience. I will be returning for other services and not just for the free rotations I got with the tires.

Ive been having my vehicle serviced at ATF for several years now and myself and the staff always discuss the available options I have with any major service activity. Rather than one-size-fits-all, I have an input into the decision that determines the estimated final costs. The staff is very friendly and the service has always met my expectations. The only thing I havent tried yet is their coffee! Ill do that next time. I would certainly suggest people reach out to ATF for all their service needs.

Usually can get in for service in a very short time. They check everything out on my vehicle and let me know if I need to have something replaced and/or repaired. I feel confident when Im on the road that my vehicle has been taken care of properly

Id twice purchased tires here for two different cars, and was very satisfied with the recommendations they provided (which were affirmed as I looked online) and their service. Last Saturday, my cars battery was dead -- one Id recently jumped twice before. I called ATF, knowing they were only open until noon but hoping they might be able to fit it in. They had an opening and not only checked and replaced the battery, but also managed to do an oil change and tire rotation -- saving me a trip back there this week for a previously scheduled appointment. In addition, they did a thorough review of the vehicle and noticed 3 bulbs were out and replaced them. All of this work was done only after they called to let us know and get our approval. Then today, I got a follow-up text, just to make sure we were happy with the work they did. Were MORE than happy! Were impressed and will definitely be back. Great service, great advice and they really do care of the service and how it affects you and your vehicle.My son uses our 2003 Bonneville, we brought it to ATF for an estimate on a coolant leak. The vehicle has many issues, all noted over the years by ATF. After a diagnosis I received a call from ATF wondering if we really want to throw good money at this vehicle. They could have easily did the job, take the money and know something else would fail. They didn’t, they called, we discussed, and we decided not to do the job. Down the road she goes until she dies.Great integrity!!

After 22 years in the valley, multiple tire purchases and services on now 4 cars with > 100K miles ATF is without a doubt one of the best if not the best service centers in the valley. They are not always the least expensive although Aaron will meet or beat any price for the same tires and service you can bet the products and service will meet your needs and exceed your expectations. Two quick stories. Once purchased a set of tires which did not meet my needs for winter driving. No questions asked ATF took the tires back and installed a different set within 30 days of purchase. Next story, just once attempted to get in during my lunch to get a slow leak fixd. The ATF Team was a bit behind and I ran out of time. Advised the service writer I had to go and would call at a time to reschedule. Upon leaving the owner stopped me and would not let me go till he had the chance to make it right. He took the car in himself fixd the tire and I was on my way. Yeah I had to extend my lunch a bit but the point here is that Aaron and ATF are out to ensure their clients are 100% satisfied with the products and services provided. I highly recommend ATF, make sure you make an appointment and ask them how long they expect the service to take. My bet is they will be spot on for cost and time.

Good service but sometimes I feel talked down to.

We had F150 truck break down & AAA towed here as they were on approved list. Told alternator so husband said go ahead. We were charged $608.06 to replace an alternator. If you go there make sure to get an estimate. Apparently they are supposed to do AAA discount as well; did not receive.

I called and asked if they could replace a part for me. I was told that they did not carry the part and to buy it elsewhere, bring it in, and they would install it for me. I did this and after paying was told that they ran a diagnostic and the same error code was still showing. I was still made to pay for the install even though they did not fix the issue. I took my vehicle to another place and they were able to quickly identify that the part had an error. They replaced that part and installed it for MUCH less than ATF charged. I would NEVER RECOMMEND them!

I have been coming to ATF since I moved to Kaukauna in 1970.. I would never go anyplace else for my tires and all of my vehicle service work. Such friendly and honest people to work with. I can call in the morning and get the needed work done that day or within a day. PS. I look forward to a calendar each year. HeHe.

Called 10-16 for a suspension inspection went today 10-17 and was given a preventative maintenance inspection which costs roughly three times the amount of the suspension one I had done last year. Was told my air filter was dirty and needed to be changed but could make it till my next oil change. Which I found odd due to the fact that I changed the air filter two weeks ago. Also was told my brake fluid needed to be flushed for 125$ because it was dirty which I also found odd because I changed my rotors pads and calipers about 5000 miles ago in June of this year. Completely bleeding/ flushing the entire system till all the fluid was new then doing it again. After today I no longer trust this business and will take my money somewhere else.

I was in a long while ago and I wanted to put tires on my jeep. The guys in the shop seemed so confused and angry I wanted the good tires in the back. I dont remember but Im pretty sure I had to go back there and point out the good tires. They got the job done good I guess. Just dont know about the attitude of the employees. I have to update this i guess because it looks like you might have changed your response from a year ago. I am %100 sure its this shop. Currently Im a tech and i get why they were upset, i was a walk in and i think they were about to close so Ill give only give you one star back because they could have turned me away or hid their anger better.

My first experience with ATF and these guys were great. Went above and beyond to get us mobil for Thanksgiving weekend!!My Situation:With snow around the corner our Impala desperately needed 4 new tires for winter. And naturally I procrastinated as long as possible to get it done. To make matters worse, shortly after my wife got to work Friday night a coworker noticed one of her tires had gone flat.Skip to Monday morning where I now have 3 bald tires and a doughnut ony car. And of course need the vehicle the next 4 days for Thanksgiving. Every place I tried was looking well into the following week or more for appts. I had gotten a reasonable estimate from ATF on Monday so I went back on Tuesday to see if there was any chance they could do it.When I got there I explained my situation to Gie, who was super friendly, but unfortunately they too were booked into the following week. Knowing my situation and knowing no one else could do it Gie says...I tell you what. Im not making any promises, but if you can get the car here by noonish today, (now Tuesday), well do our best to try and squeeze it in before the end of the day on Wednesday somehow. But with how busy they were I wasnt expecting till next week.Well not only were they able to get it done, they had it done by 1:00pm today!!! We now have our Impala ready and reliable for Thanksgiving weekend, and I didnt have to give the wife a ride to work again today!! ;)So a big thanks again ATF for going the extra mile and keeping us on the road this weekend! They scare you over. They suggested one problem on my car that wasnt actually a problem at all, and then proceeded to tell me I need to pay for more service. Overall they end up screwing people over and I dont suggest anyone to this place.

Work on my chevy Tahoe was explained to me in both urgency and price, we were able to prioritize between the 5 problems and what I should fix to keep the truck safe.

We felt like they were very honest with us when it came to the diagnostics of my vehicle and they did not pressure us to get any further services. We have been having some bad luck with mechanics and think between atf and Russ auto in Kaukauna, we are going no longer to other ones. We never thought of atf for repairs, thought they were for tires. Wish we could have know sooner, could have saved us a lot of cash and headaches the other paces gave us! Thank you
