The guys were great!! I can not thank them enough for the service we received prior to a trip and needed several repairs last minute. The guys were great!! Last month when we were preparing to move our granddaughter to Colorado Springs, we had a quick change of plan of vehicles to take due to weight of our load. The team was quick to agree to an oil change and an inspection. Knowing we were hauling a trailer and much weight in the pickup, they were thorough and quick to help! Being Thursday evening and closing time and our plan to leave Friday mid day, they were able to find several items which we thought were ok, but definitely needed fixing prior to leaving with a load. From brakes and rotors, oil change and fluids, to stabilizer links, they were able to get us on the road by Friday afternoon. Knowing now, the roads, the mountains, all the traveling we did in that week, we are so very grateful for their time, thoroughness and their customer service in order for us to be safe during our travels. The Team even called us on Monday while at our destination to make sure that everything they did worked well, and we were having a good trip. Thankful for the new brakes we had, we traveled Pikes Peak and were grateful that we had NEW brakes. (which was not on our radar just yet)Thanks guys!!! Randy and I will definitely be back!

Everyone there is customer focused and professional. My older vehicle had been deemed a basket case by another shop due to the vehicle age and didnt think any shops worked on older a/c units any longer. Ruffing had my Suburban converted over to modern freon in less than a week and was able to save the original major components saving me money. I love their long long warranty on repairs. Another nice touch was their expert inspection of all major vehicle functions to insure Im safe traveling in my 1988 vehicle. Troy arranged for Ricks Towing to have my car towed to Ruffing Auto cause my car was completely dead. They did an inspection and found I needed a new battery, cause the old one would not hold a charge. Also Troy recommended a few things that should be done, so I had them do it. They also applied one of their coupons which really helped me out a lot. I am very gracious and appreciate them and there service. Highly recommend

35 miles out of town at 3:00 in the afternoon my brakes locked up. I called them and they agreed if I could get the vehicles them they would take care of me. I dropped it off 15 minutes later and within the hour they called me back and told me the problem and that they would get me taken care of by early the next morning. I got my oil changed here and they did a curtesy inspection which was very thorough, they found a lot of things I was unaware about so I’m very thankful they did that. It was very fast, they were very professional and polite. Great service overall!

I had a great experience with Ruffing Automotive Services. I had a flat and nobody I called couldnt get me in . Like I told them I went to places closer to where I live because I was to have knee surgery in Green Bay the next day and couldnt go far because of the covid rules. But I know now where to go for good service and friendly people and a place that will help someone out thats in a jam.

After having an accident with my one ton Chevy Express truck after the repair of the body shop couldnt find the problem with my AC cutting off at high temperatures three people tried to fix it then I was referred to Troy @ Ruffing Automotive. It after it and finally found out what it was inthe electronic controls in the dash. Got the parts got it fixed blows nice and cold now. Awesome shop! Very professional, friendly and honest! Brought my truck in for break inspection and I also had a noise while driving. I dropped my truck off thrusday night using the drop box and by Friday at 10am they called me back with what the found. The explained to me what I should fix and what I could wait on if I couldnt afford it all at once. They were not pushy and I thought the quote was very fair for the work they were doing. I had my truck back buy Monday at 3. They worked super fast! I would absolutely recommend using there services !

Initially car wouldnt start remotely or manually from inside. Called Ruffing Auto, talked to Chuck and he suggested charging for 45 minutes then try starting. After that failed and not having another vehicle Chuck set up for my vehicle to be towed to their shop which is part of their services. At the shop I was given a loaner curtesy vehicle another one of their benefits. I received a call shortly after that saying it was the battery which I agreed to have installed. Soon after that I got a call my car was ready for pickup. With a new battery, codes cleared and everything back to normal I was on my way. Thank you Jeff and all your techs for another job well done.

I have always done repairs and maintenance on my cars and motorcycles myself. About 45 years now. But getting too old and too busy now. I thought Id give Ruffing a shot, and they did a great job. Squeezed my car in same day, kept me informed on progress, and told me about some minor things I might want to get taken care of going forward. No pressure, just honest assessment for my own knowledge. Theyll be my regular shop going forward. Positively.

The joys of driving a vehicle for a life time but they made it easier to manage!! They also fixed what I came in for without charging to evaluate what I asked them to fix like another shop I had gone to prior to them for the same repair I am certainly happy I decided to leave that shop and go to Ruffing Automotive!! I have a trailer that needed new tires 15 years ago and I called around to find used tires for it. No place had the size I needed. I called a different place that sold new tires but could not change the tires if they were still on the trailer. The lug nuts were rusted on and I could not break the lug nuts loose.I called on Ruffing Automotive in Good Friday and Joe said they could do it. He ordered the tires and said it should be done on Monday. It was and they look grand the trailer rode smooth.Thanks for the fast and friendly service!
