We had a tire go flat on the interstate on our way to a funeral for a family friend in the middle of a 2-hour drive. My vehicle was in service for 45 days, still had the wrong parts installed on it and was left outside the entire 45 days and sustained considerable hail damage while there. They never notified me of the damage and now they tell me I am on my own. As a customer of almost a decade I can say This place has gone downhill considerably and you should not do business with these people.
Brandon was very helpful and up front with everything. Offered me extended warranties, etc. But mainly when i told him all i wanted to do was buy out my current lease, he respected that. He took 2.5 hours out of his evening to help out a walk-in customer. He restored my faith in dealerships after an awful experience with Kolosso in Appleton. I highly recommend taking your business needs here to Bergstrom of Kaukauna. This is the place i will be using from now on.
I am in the last stages of purchasing a new car from a rep named Brandon K. So far, it has been a great experience. He has made special trips back into the dealership due to my work schedule and has made the process as easy and painless as possible. He wasnt trying to pull a fast one on me and make me spend more, he wanted me in something I could afford and that I would love. I will be going back there later today to pick up the vehicle and will update this review if need be.Considering this location does not carry Honda, Brandon had to arrange for the vehicle to be picked up from the Oshkosh lot and brought to the Kaukauna lot.This all went down in the span of about 3 days.All in all, I would recommend working with Brandon to my friends and family who are searching for a new car any day!
Took my jeep in this morning to have the a.c. checked out. They ordered a part and will let me know when it comes in - probably in a couple days. They always make me feel like royalty when I go in. Not going to mention names for fear of leaving someone out but I hope they all know who they are.
Waste of time. Their website specifically states they have an express lube and no appointment needed for an oil change. I drove 45 mins to get told they only take appointments. Customer service is lacking as the service advisor I spoke with could care less that their website said no appointments needed and kept telling me I should have called (that defeats the purpose of no appointment needed). From now on I will make the drive to Gandrud.

I just have to say, hats off to both Shawn and the tech who worked on my truck. Shawn was very transparent on the cost and what it would take to fix it. And the recognition saved my timing cover and extracted the bolt is an artist of his trade. There was such little room to get it done but he did. That tech notion saved me over $1000 in repairs I thought it would need. I got my truck back yesterday and it’s running like a Swiss watch! Thank you again guys and I will not hesitate to come back!

We are traveling pulling 5th wheel staying at campground close by, call to have oil changed was transfered twice and finally was asked for phone number they would call back they did not. I placed another call asked for service manager who never picked up yet after on hold for a bit a lady answered and ask may I help you, I explained what I needed she said no problem just show up at express lane we will get you taken care of. What time do they open ? she said 7am no problem, I was there at 6:30am at 7 I went in and no vehicles any where in bays or waiting in line, went to desk explained what I was there for and was told I needed an appointment as their policy changed yesterday I explain Im from out of town, sorry you need an appointment as he went back to his desk ....remember their was no other customers there. What really upsets me as I was on hold the day before their rolling recorded info you hear while on hold gos on and on about how they rate customer service above all. They will insure you are taken care of on and on.....Granted if I was there to purchase another 70,000.00 truck Im sure customer service would of been alittle different. I dont know the whole workings of a Dealership yet I do know business and really understand customer retention and returning business. Tried to call and schedule an appointment for an oil change I prepaid for at 7:52 am. No answer went to voicemail.. But as I was in the area I decided by stop and use the express oil change and have the tires rotated. I was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour. It took an hour and 15 minutes. One car ahead of me at the time. Service manager said another person with an appointment was put in line ahead of me. Staff was pleasant and professional but I would recommend making an appointment.
I just bought a vehicle from here about 2 weeks ago. Great deal on a car and really nice people. The reason I’m giving only 2 stars is because they tried pulling the wool over my eyes twice. I saved over $4,000 on my loan because I caught their extra charges. The first thing that happened is the first day we went in, the car was listed online $500 cheaper than the window tag and the salesman agreed on using that price. Then the next day we went to get the vehicle and the posting was removed on the website and they tried using the window tag price for $500 more than the salesman agreed to. Then, I was asked if I would like to purchase a 7 year 100,000 miles warranty and I said no. So they go do their thing getting the loan approved and come back with 66 months $407 a month not bad... but, on the iPad I saw something about a warranty so I asked about it and he said “that’s the 7 year 100,000 mile warranty and earlier I said I didn’t want it so he removed it and the loan went from $407 a month to $347. Don’t let this place try throwing in extra charges. If you buy from here be looking very carefully! If I hadn’t been paying attention I would’ve paid $500 more for my vehicle and $60 extra dollars a month for 6 and a half years! BUYER BEWARE!!!

I said nope Ill check some where else. I took it to Bergstrom and then said it was covered and alls I had to pay was my dectable. Bergstrom treated me right. Thank you. 5 star treatment

This place is honestly incredible. We drove from Milwaukee because we werent liking the prices we were seeing and didnt want to bother with negotiating. The service we received from ALL the locations was so kind and helpful! My husband and I will never purchase a vehicle from anyone unless its from Bergstrom.
We love working with them. They are always polite, willing to have a conversation, and always willing to work on an issue. I always start at Bergstrom with new vehicle shopping and usually never make it past their entrance before agreeing to a new vehicle. The service department is great and I always enjoy the explanation and conversation from the techs and “front office” of the service department.
This Dealership is great! Some of the best customer service out there I would say from my visits. I did buy a used car that wasnt cleaned very well inside which is worth mentioning. Im sure they wouldve cleaned it for free if I scheduled something because I brought it back in 6 days later and the battery was replaced free of charge. I just havent asked about it yet and Ive cleaned a majority of it myself.
Very helpful in picking out a car that was right for me. They have many financing options. The sales staff was outstanding. They also followed up with me a few days after I purchased the car. Will definitely be back

All the Bergstrom places of business are run very well. My visit was a recall on my Chrysler 300s and i got right in and the service was taken care if right away. The workers were very friendly and fast.
To whom it may concern,My name is Lynnette Berreau. I am a long-time loyal customer of Bergstrom. My Grand Dodge Caravan was purchased from Bergstrom in Green Bay several years ago and I have always had it serviced the location where I purchased it. Until now, I have had no complaints whatsoever.Unfortunately this time, Green Bay was too busy to get it in right away and they set up an appointment at the Kaukauna location for me. This ended in what I would consider one of the worst customer service debacles I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing.I took my van to Kaukauna in the morning, dropped it off and in detail, explained the problem to Stephanie at the customer service desk. Essentially the vehicle was making a metal on metal grinding noise, noticeable upon making a right turn. Early in the afternoon, Stephanie texted me, indicating that the technician was unable to detect anything wrong with the car. She even said she had two techs drive the car, making a right turn and neither of them could detect a problem. I then called her and she further indicated that they couldnt hear the noise, even telling me she drove it herself. She then asked me to come back to Kaukauna to show her the noise. Even though I was in an extremely tight time crunch at the time, I drove from De Pere to Kaukauna. I found Stephanie and the tech and we went for a ride together. The car behaved just as I had told her multiple times that it would. In other words, it made a metal-on-metal grinding noise when making a turn to the right. The tech could hear the noise. He then told me that new brakes and rotors were needed for the rear wheels.At this point, I am still ok, just starting to become a little frustrated. After I departed Stephanie texted me the estimated price for the repair work for $726.00. I asked her on text if that time included the diagnostic fee and she responded that it did. Needless to say, I was probably going to object to a diagnostic fee considering the fact that I had to run all the way to Kaukauna to show them how to drive a car whilst making a right turn. I gave them the go-ahead to repair the car. Stephanie informed me that the car would be complete on Monday. Admittedly, there may have been a misunderstanding on my part about when the vehicle would be complete. Of course when I went there to pick it up Monday it was not complete.That was the last straw and I pulled my vehicle out of there, took it to another garage and it was diagnosed and fixed within 2 hours. New brakes and rotors for a grand total of $300. The guy who worked on it simply looked at the rotor, without even driving it and knew exactly what problem was. He even courteously took me into the garage to show me and explain the problem.Here are a few more thoughts on this:The technicians and Stephanie at the Kaukauna location clearly never really put any real effort or displayed any industry skill whatsoever when it came to diagnosing my vehicle. As a matter of fact, I find it very hard to believe they actually did anything whatsoever. Prior to engaging Bergstrom to get the vehicle fixed, I had two friends tell they suspected (guessed) rear brakes. These guys arent even mechanics in any official context. I would like to think that guys that work at a high class auto service center like Bergstrom would know some basic car stuff or at least know where to look. I mean, just looking into the wheel at the outer rotor surface would have provided some clues. Either laziness or mind staggering incompetence was at play here I think. I dont know which, maybe both.The disparity between what I ended up paying and the Bergstrom estimated cost of my brake-job was pretty remarkable, even alarming. I will certainly keep this in mind now when I am getting my car repaired. $300 at a local De Pere garage vs. $726 at Bergstrom Kaukauna. I know that Bergstrom service centers are typically a little higher price wise and I have always equated that with higher quality workmanship. Even if this was/is the case,
Their service department is a big disappointment. Ive had to bring my 2019 with 15K there seven different times to fix the same issue. I go here only due to location. They also have horrible communication and the gal in service is less the friendly. i would urge you to go anywhere but here.
I found a car that has been on my bucket list since I was probably 12... the American Muscle Car Ford Mustang GT with a nice V-8 engine in that perfectly shaded deep red. While it isnt the 68 or 69 of my dreams, this car most closely resembles that retro-look with the taillights, headlights, body molding and GT cap on the back. This particular year/model was perfect for what I was seeking. I set up and appointment to come & test drive and Mac was right there at the door to greet me when I showed up. They had the vehicle ready for me to test. I was pre-approved--your finance department went above and found a better deal for me. While I didnt get the car on that Saturday--I received a call right away Monday morning and came and took car of it all & my car was delivered. I admit I spent some time last evening just staring at it in the garage. It felt superb to arrive at work in style this morning as everyone stared. I worked with a salesman named Mac here, he was very courteous and was honest with how financing worked and my options. Even when things did not work out for me and my purchase, he was understanding and didnt pressure me further. The facility was bright, clean, and everyone there was quite friendly. It made me change my dealership of choice to stay within the Bergstrom name.

I had my oil changed here a while back. Somehow my vehicle got “lost in the line up” and so my car wasn’t serviced for another few hours. Luckily, I lived close by so it didn’t bother me that much. Now, my sister gets her oil changed and absolutely nothing was done correctly. The filter wasn’t put on properly so it ended spewing oil all over her vehicle and driveway. She had to get towed and has serious damage. I’m not one to make terrible reviews often but this place fittingly deserves it...would recommend literally any other place than here.
I took my truck in to have recall work done. Since I had a check break light on I asked them to take a look at it. Later in the day I was called and told that my emergency break cables lever was seized up and that it would be $1200.00 to fix. I declined and took the the truck to another mechanic, the cable needed to be adjusted to resolve the issue at a grand total of $66.00. Will never trust these guys to do service work again.
Worked here. I would not recommend Bergstrom to anyone. They are more concerned about the bottom line than actual customer service. Oh, and employees? Forget about it. You don’t like the way things are done, you get told to get over it or find a new job (what I was told by the service manager Chad). The average wait time for a quick lube guest was 90 minutes... avoid this place and especially avoid the service manager Chad F.
I bring my car here for oil changes all the time the staff is beyond amazing! When i was in for an oil change the sales guy showed me some new chargers and challengers and was happy to let me sit in them and talk to me knowing i have a couple years before Ill be able to buy another new vehicle! Which was awesome he didnt just walk away great job Bergstrom staff keep up the great work!

I just bought a 2017 Big Horn Ram and was very disappointed in management. I had a verbal commitment on a purchase but came across their website having seen they lowered the cost of the truck by 2,509 dollars. I then called saying the price was reduced. In return, management didnt honor the price on Bergstrom website. After talking with management they said nothing could be done and went back to original cost. The question everyone wants to know: why purchase from Bergstrom? I totalled my truck and im a small business owner and needed a truck that met my needs. Also, I had a genuine connection with my sales person. If purchasing a vehicle from here, Gino would be my only positive experience. Upfront cost works for bergstrom but doesnt work for the buyer.
Needed a larger suv for hauling kayaks, paddleboards, and bikes. Found a nice one on carfax at Bergstrom so drove over to check out. My sales advisor Gino was friendly and professional. I appreciated the efficiency of the upfront pricing and ended up purchasing the vehicle. Everything was fast and efficient which was much appreciated! Would highly recommend Gino for anybody looking to buy a vehicle.
Our van was brought in a week ago I was told I needed a new battery for over $200 and the car is only 3 years old. Now I am told it is something else and the part will take another week to receive. I have a feeling they dont have a clue and are trying anything and everything that is costing more and more money. This is not my first bad experience with this shop, be careful.
I set up an appointment the day before to show up and find out they over booked by a lot. I would have had to wait 3 hours past my appointment time to get seen. They have done decent work previous times, which is why they get 2 stars.Do not get work done here unless you are willing to wait a very long time, or be one of the first people they see.
Ive called to check prices on 7/26/2018 at 9:30am and to get pricing on a full maintenance on my Jeep. A rep name Stephanie pick up and at first was nice but when I did not understand and ask again to reexplain it she got rude and deiced to transfer me to someone who can help me. This is the 2nd time Ive work with this rep and I will take my business some where else that treats customer with respect and show some empathy. Im in customer service for over 24 years and Ive never treated my customers like that!
155 dollars for a diagnostic when I already knew what was wrong with it and then when I wanted it back to send it Gustmans. I have been to several other auto shops and this is by far the most expensive. Im glad I didnt let my car stay there. My parents have more experience than me and agree that they were trying to take advantage of me.

Bought a used Ford Escape from this dealership a little over a year ago. During the negotiations we voiced our concern about the rust on the rear fenders and the exhaust manifold gasket leak. They said they would take care of it, and fix these items if we bought the vehicle. The day after we picked up the vehicle, we noticed the engine knock was still there. They claimed they tightened a loose manifold bolt. So, we brought it back for them to fix again. They had the vehicle for a few days, then called us to tell us it was fixed and ready to be picked up. Picked the vehicle up, and as we left, still heard the noise. This time, they said they would take the vehicle back to their Ford Dealership counterpart to fix it professionally. After about 10 days of not having the vehicle, and endless calls between dealerships, claiming each one didnt know who was going to pay for the repairs and that we may be liable, we picked the vehicle up for the final time. The repair they conducted lasted just over a year, and the noise is back again. IN ADDITION, the rust they had repaired the first time, came back not even a month after we picked up the vehicle from the body shop. They apologized, and fixed the rust over again. Well, in typical style with the engine repairs, the rust came back a few short months later, in the same exact places they had repaired. We have never been so disgusted and disappointed at any service/body shop, as the service we received was as terrible as the people we dealt with, which was a shame, as our salesman was great. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING OR SERVICING ANY VEHICLES AT THIS DEALERSHIP.
I bought a new car there a few months ago & dont like the fact they dont deal at all. The worst part is they would not even deal a little on my trade in. Every trade is different no mater what the BB says! I will never go back there.
Problems since day one with getting in for services each time and the vehicle itself with no help or urgency from the staff.Update Stephanie did help with this and made things right. We appreciate all of her help! Call and talk to her if help is needed.

I called around to a handful of Dodge locations in the Fox Valley for my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT to find out who could service it asap. Bergstrom in Kaukauna were able to do it the next day.I had a dreaded electrical Glitch. There are Diagnostic Fees and repair fees and this could easily be a money pit but NO. They were happy to work with me, Rachael was able to explain what was happening and what to expect.Overall the problem was diagnosed and repaired for a reasonable price.

Bergstrom Automotive in Kaukauna----I had nothing but BAD experiences with. First set up an appointment with Mike to look at a Dodge Journey with a DVD player. Confirmed it with him and everything. Showed up and the Journey doesnt have a DVD player. Said it must of been a typo error. Ok, people make mistakes. Then Mike finds one at a different location and claims he can have it brought to his location to test drive. We agree on a time and everything. We show up that day, walk in the door and Mike (who was bringing papers to the front desk) see us, and asks.....What brings you guys in today? Dude we had an appointment set up to test drive this car you were bringing here for us. Oh, let me ask my manager No we never brought it up there was a miscommunication between Mike sales rep and Mike the manager. Ask what location it’s at, he said Oshkosh. So we drive down there to go look at it. Text Mike again asking what location, his response was “exit 116” and that was it. Go to that dealership and its actually in Appleton Bergstrom Kia. Instead of dealing with Mike (which we would of just went to a different dealership all together because there customer service was soo bad!! ) We got connected with Brad in Oshkosh who luckily saved the day. He worked with us and went out of the way to make sure we got everything taken care of. Even after the store closed he was still communicating with us to make sure we had everything answered. I would suggest never go to Bergstrom in Kaukauna EVER. They just jerk you around. If youre looking to buy a car from their lot get it brought to a different lot so you dont get jerked around like we did.

Where do u start....?First my 2015 Dodge ram 2500 has had more recalls than all my other vehicles in my life combined, though that is not bergstroms fault they called me 3-4 times a week about setting up an appointment to replace the recalls, even after I told them I would get back to them with a date, had to get rude to get them to stop...Once I did get the truck in for repairs they only completed one of the recalls......Backing up a bit, I bought 2 vehicles here at the same time, told the credit department NOT to run my credit more than once bc it lowers your credit rating and my credit is next to perfect. THEY RAN IT 5 TIMES!!!! This lowered my credit substantially. Took 2 years for it to come off my credit report.TO THE CREDIT DEPARTMENT:this raises interest rates costing your customers money in the future!!!!Upon reading reviews others have had this exact problem!!!!Moving forward a simple oil change from the EXPRESS lube could sit you down for a couple hours.Bought 4 tires from Bergstrom, ended up needing a 5 due to a flat only a couple months later and they can no longer get this tire for me.... Made me call around to get it elsewhere....Speaking elsewhere, I have now decided to find a different service station due to the fact it may take a month to get a simple fuel filter change.Your selling vehicles you cant service and to me thats very poor business practice that will cost money for them sooner than later.And, no proof on this one but may as well.Noticed a dent in my wifes car with a chip of paint missing shortly after a service.... Why blame Bergstrom you ask...? Because the chip was filled back in with black paint!!! Most people dont have black paint auto paint in their back pocket!Extremely disappointed from every aspect, too bad

I have NEVER had a dealership work so hard to NOT sell me a car.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! If this is what non-commissioned sales people are going to be like just fire them all, starting with Jim L in Kaukauna, and go 100% online because your useless sales guy literally wouldn’t take the time to sell me a new truck! I’m still trying to pick my jaw up off the ground at how annoyed Jim L was that I was there to spend $70k+!!TLDR; So, I was planning on getting a brand-new Ram 2500 Limited this year. As many people do nowadays I did tons of research and weighed all the pros and cons between the different trims out there and then I waited for the new model year to start showing up at dealers. In the couple months since, I decided I would wait until the 5th gen models, like the all new 1500, are released next year rather than buying the older 4th gen that still makes up the Heavy-Duty lines. Like I said I did my research. Well I was driving past Bergstrom in Kaukauna and I thought I would stop in and just see what may be available rather than wait another year. This is when I met Jim L who has the strangest sales tactics I have ever experienced. Let me explain. I walked in and was greeted by Jim L and told him that I was wondering what they may have in the Ram 2500 Limited trims. Now mind you this is the most expensive trim Ram offers and start around $70k. Jim then points to a Ram 1500 Limited in the showroom and tells me to have a look at that. The conversation then went something like this… Me: Umm, that’s a 1500. Jim L: Well it’s basically the same thing. Me: not exactly as the 2500 is still a 4th gen and may have a similar interior but the size and configuration is different. Jim: Well not really, they are basically the same and are built in the same plant. Me: Umm, no, the 2500’s are still built in Mexico and not in the 1500 plant, but they will be built here when the 2500 switches to the 5th gen design next year. Jim L: You don’t know what you are talking about. AND THEN HE TURNS AND WALKS AWAY!!! My jaw hit the floor and as I’m standing there shocked I ask him if he plans to show me what they have. Jim L then turns around and tells me he thinks he has a couple in the back lot and then proceeds to walk me all the way to the back corner to show me a 2500 that isn’t even close to the trim level nor did he bring a key so I could see the inside! At this time I did point out the country of manufacture on the sticker, yep, Mexico. But of course, “they only make a few there” he tells me. He then starts walking back to the showroom and I’m standing there like, umm, so is this it? Jim L then tells me that yep, they don’t really have any. I say fine and tell him I’ll have a walk around. As he leaves I bring up the website and find an almost full match for what I’m looking for AND IT SAYS IT IS ON THEIR LOT!! At this point I then walk inside, show Jim L the listing on my phone and say can you show me this? To which he asks if I know the inventory number??? OMFG!!! After I find the inventory number for him he goes to look for the key and comes back to tell me that there is no key, so it must have been sold because the magical board with the keys knows all. OK I added the last bit, but he did say if there is no key on the board then it’s not there. At this point I give up. I take one last drive around the lot and yep, there the exact truck sits on the other side of the building.Jim L you have won a very impressive and lengthy negotiation to get me to NOT buy a $70,000 truck from you. My hat is off. And the new Jetta that I’m also buying for my daughter from the other Bergstrom location clearly must employ these advanced tactics so no point in even trying to wrestle with their master level sales people! At least Kolosso has much more mild-mannered sales people and they have already found me a few options for a new RAM 2500 should I decide to go ahead.
We simple asked and said very stern that we only wanted to have our credit run by Capitol One or Chrysler Capitol.....we are getting letters from all kinds of small banks that pinged our credit due to Bergstrom running it multiple times. Not cool in ANY way you look at it. We will NEVER be back.....EVER!!!
Had Bergstrom look over a leak, put $700 into repairs, but it still leaks. It broke down a few days later, now it cant be used & needs to be towed. Waisted my entire paycheck for nothing, i guess. They forgot to check if it was still leaking, because it is still dripping. I have my doubts if they did anything at all since i see no changes to the leak i brought in.
You guys seem to need more staff in your parts dept. It was a bear trying to get service - the guys were obviously struggling to keep up. Once I was finally helped though - the guy who helped me was awesome and really knew his stuff (I think his name was Adam).
Bought a 2018 Jeep Wrangler. Unfortunately it is too rough in the body. Went to trade it in on a 2021 Ram Rebel. In 2 months I lost $8000 in value on the Jeep. Ouch. The manager worked with me to get a bit more on the trade-in.
We take our dodge truck in because check engine light is on. The truck needs a tuneup. They do the tuneup also change spark plug wires and have to change a sensor. We go to pick the truck up and leave my husband pulls over and says we need to go back because now the service 4 wheel drive light is on. So we get back there and explain to the guy why we are back and he says oh ya Ben the tech said that light was on when he pulled it in the shop and he kept paging through his papers and there were no notes stating they saw that light on when it was brought into the shop. I said the only light that was on was the check engine light. Well he said I have to go by what my tech says. So we left it there so they can figure out why its on and now as I think about it we probably should have taken it somewhere else because if that tech saw the light on and they never mentioned it to us and waited for us to notice it what kind if customer service are we really getting?? I would not recommend then to anyone and really glad we have not bought a vehicle from them as we are actually looking for a new vehicle for me as I have an older jeep and would like newer one. WE WILL NOT BE buying from this dealership as the service sucks and very high priced.
Love my Jeep Wrangler Mountain Edition, everyone always asks where did you get that Jeep from ... Bergstrom Kaukauna is my answer. Its ten years old now, but looks and runs as good as new thanks to the awesome Service Department!

B.G.E P R service, and tire rotation. I was told after the services were performed that I needed new front brakes, and they found an oil leak. I am bringing my Journey back on Monday. Sgawn told me I could choose any loaner vehicle I wanted. I will be driving a Jeeo Wrangler 2 door hardtop. This will be my next vehicle when the time comes. Again, and still, superior service. 5 stars all the way.THANK YOU.

Service department is horrible. Quick lube takes hours. Average over last 2 times is over 1.5 hours for just an oil change with an appointment made days in advance. Get a good seat in the waiting room as it is full other people waiting for an hour or more. Today they were 6 deep and growing with other people just as mad. After the wait, they spring the repairs on you. Hope they have the parts on hand. While they are talking to you, your car is disassembled which wasted more time, so even if you dont have the time, you will be waiting to get it fixed or have it put back together without the parts and you will have to repeat the process when they get the parts. They will recommend replacing parts before the manufacturer suggests even when nothing is wrong so check your manual or call the manufacturer. Keep good records, they cannot accurately keep track of what got repaired on follow up visits. This place is a mess due to turnover in the service area. No repair ever goes smoothly here including leaving on a trip with 4 loose tires from a rotation. Bergstrom was nice enough go get my after my vehicle it was towed to a different Chrysler dealership but they drove it 2 hours home rather than tow it and returned it with the tank empty. We brought our truck in multiple times in for a vibration that kept getting worse and was wearing the tires rapidly. We were told that our truck with 36K miles on it would not last forever and it was wearing out, verbatim. We had another dealership look at it, bad tie rod end covered under warranty but it had already ruined the tires prematurely. A true lack of customer service or pride in their work. Truly sad that Bergstrom Corp. and Chrysler tolerates this!
Bait and switch.... we have the vehicle you are looked at online, we just cant find it... would you like to look at this more expensive one? Also advertised sales on vehicles but then dont give you sales... looked at a vehicle sale price of 27000 online, the drawn up deal final price of 33000 in store. Had to go hunt someone down to even help me.

This place is overly priced. We received a quote of almost $300 for a headlight out on our 2013 Chrysler 200. It costed us $75 elsewhere. The service people are informative and friendly but the price is outrageous.
He worked with the salesman Tom Gault he was great to work with we ended up trading in our truck for a brand new one what dealership was great to work with
A bit pricy for 30,000 mile maintenance. And took longer than expected. However this bergstrom in kaukauna is the best.
Diagnosed my bad alternator after 3 others said it was fine. It was a strange way for my alternator to fail.$56 for the diagnosis which took a couple 1hours. Much appreciated. Lesson learned, if you think its the alternator, replace it $107 at oreillys.

Jim was a great sales person to deal with and they gave me the best deal around on a new Pacifica while also offering a great value on my trade in. A couple of other dealers in the area were similarly nice to deal with (and some not), but could not match Bergstroms price on the model I wanted.

I stood in the lobby waiting for someone to greet me. After ten minutes, I had to reach out to the guy sitting behind his desk eating. Ive had problems with this dealership in the past and would not recommend any Bergstrom dealerships to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. They claim to be the honest dealer but in reality they have monopolized the auto-buying industry in Wisconsin so everyone overpays for really crappy vehicles but thinks they are getting a great deal. Not the case. They are just as sleezy as the rest of them.
The best customer service I have received from a dealership in 30 years. I had issues with my new Dodge Ram diesel truck during the frigid (-40) weather recently, and my uconnect call to Dodge was completely useless.I pulled out my paper work and called the dealer and WOW, what a response. A dealership service department that was mortified that the vehicle I had leased from Bergstrom had left me stranded. Within one hour, a tow truck arrived and hauled it off, despite the news reports of no road service or tows available due to high demand. Thanks to Chris, the truck was back in service the next day with a new fuel filter.Bergstrom has customer service down to a science.Mark
