The management here left a lot to be desired. I believe her name was Kris. She was rather snappy with customers as well as her employees. I was not impressed and won’t be going back for a while.

These guys were all wonderful. Not only did they talk to both me and my son. They were supper nice and knowledge able when asked questions. Like where things were, if what I picked would work for my task and about a new candy. I will definitely return.

Great customer service that seems to have the answers to any question I have. Ive been using Ace for over a decade as a Stihl dealer to provide service for my chainsaw and parts.

Just bought a Stihl chainsaw sharpener. The clerk was very knowledgeable. Best darn sharpener fir the serious chainsaw user.

My husband and I recently visited the store and cashier went out of her way to help us find everything we needed.Best cashier we’ve had in awhile her name tag said Marissa she deserves a big pat on the backWe will definitely return to AceThanks

I always enjoy shopping at Ace Hardware. They usually stock what I am shopping for. I am a bargain shopper and enjoy their clearance items. Customer service is good. The store is neat and clean. I like shopping for gardening supplies and nursery stock.

Walked in on 02/27/2021 @ 4:00 pm, immediately saw three employees at the front, all without face masks. Will not be returning here again.

If you need it, its here. Friendly, great location and knowledgeable staff. The prices are good and if they dont have what you need chances are they will be able to give you a suggestion on where to find it or a substitute.

I know right where to find my furnace filters- and they were on sale. They also still had large mouth canning jar lids that Walmart did not. I appreciated that.

I always find neat things here and usually they always have exactly what I am looking for. Today I got my seed potatoes, I got Easter basket stuffers for both my son and daughter and I even found something for my secret sister at church. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

This is a clean, well stocked, friendly store. When we need small quantities of nails or other hardware items, Ace is the place!! Other places make you buy in large quantities but at Ace you can get the quantity you need. I go there for Wilton supplies that you cant find elsewhere.

Out of business. Nothing left at this location. With other stores with same name. Why werent the very few items left transferred to another store instead of a waste of my time when I could have gone elsewhere to begin with?

Went in thinking I wouldnt want anything in a hardware store, now its my favorite place something for everyone and love the uniqueness of the home decor items . Very Kewl!

I purchased a riding lawn mower from here years ago. I had them service it for the first couple years, but when they delivered it to the wrong address I couldnt believe it. Fortunately, my neighbor was nice enough to call me and have me walk down and pick it up. When I tried to call to discuss the service, I ended up with an endless wait for the store Manager (twice). I simply gave up on them for lawn care as their service levels were extremely poor. They dont sell or service lawn mowers anymore which is probably for the best.
