The help is always friendly and willing to help you find what youre looking for, they also are willing to carry your items out for you if you want them to. Returns are not a problem and I always find what Im looking for. Their clean restroom is nice for the customers convenience especially when you have children with you. As long as you have your animal on a leash you can bring them in with you while you shop. They carry a huge assortment of merchandise from lawn and green to clothing, decor, jewelery, toys, pet supplies and so much more. They carry weekly specials and the Reward Program helps make it even better.

This store has a great small town feel, and the staff are so friendly and will go out of their way to assist you. One of the only places in Kearney that carry Breyer toys, so theyre certainly special. My first choice for farm and home supplies, hands down.

I was over-charged, which happens. No problem, right? Only it was. The staff on the floor was not trained. After a 15 minute ordeal, which consisted of the manager on staff being irritated that she had to hang up her personal phone call, everything was taken care of. Except for the fact that I had to shovel snow and work outside today without the item I bought, because they failed to remove the anti-theft device.

I went here to find inexpensive dog food and they definitely dont have inexpensive dog food and is extremely expensive in there so I just ended up buying a small bag for now and then I needed Salve for my dogs ears and they didnt have any and a guy directed me to horse spray for biting flies and I have a dog not a horse. So I will be going to Walmart for now on from my dog food and I just bought Neosporin for his ears instead.

They often do not have items that are are in their flyers. So frustrating.

Nice clean store and is very well stocked! It has everything u need for that farm acreage owner! Service was not ice and polite, a little sparse though. I was looking for a couple of specific items and needed help. I had to literally fo track somebody down to help me, which kinda sucked bit they were friendly and ready to help and got me what I was looking for!

I love coming here its so nice to walk in and find almost everything I need without having to go Wal-Mart they have great deals from time to time I purchase everything from chickens to dog food to clothes and I have been satisfied with all of it not to mention they have a lot of good finds u never thought they would have to toys to cute rustic house decoration pieces its my go 2 stop in town !

Orscheln is one of the best farm supply stores. The orscheln store in Lexington has some of the best customer service, wonderful people, always smiling and ready to help. Love this place

A nice department and farm store. I took the kids there to see the baby chicks. The isles are a little narrow, but the store was clean and not too crowded, so it was a good trip. They have a good selection of hardware and animal accessories you just cant find at Walmart or Menards. I dont live on a farm, but I like the store and its selection of merchandise a lot.

Was looking for a fertilizer spreader from your flyer. After making a complete circle without finding it. I asked the cashier her answer was back in the corner. I walked back in the corner again no luck. I decided you really didnt want my business and I left your store. As I was leaving the parking lot there was the spreaders. You need to train your staff a little better. Im not sure that I will be back.
