Look at the website - there is a nice photo of the staff in front of the store - but someone is missing - where is Beulah????The first time DH and I went to Keene, we were there to go to Lucas, a restaurant DH had been to years before and wanted to go with me. It was a holiday, and Your Kitchen Store was closed, but looking in the windows was enough to draw us back to Keene to check out the store (which is an hour away from where we live.)Supply is excellent, service is excellent - including my favorite quality - people are always ready and willing to help, without being pushy. One time I found something for my husband for Christmas, and one of the staff members was so helpful in getting it purchased and wrapped without him suspecting a thing! We do love the things they have in the store, the prices are quite reasonable and there is enough floor space to walk around. The owner is very polite, but seems a little on the serious side - until you see him with Beulah - his bull dog. And he keeps a bowl of water outside for the dogs traveling by the store.Love this place!
Top 10 gourmet kitchenware store in the country in my opinion. Very nice staff, excellent layout, and a nice foods section. They stay current with all of the trends, and have all of the best brands. A+
The staff seem very rude, arrogant, and careless. The store itself is alright, but most of their equipment is extremely expensive and you should be prepared to pay much more than you would in other stores. Regardless, the employees apeappear to go out of their way to be mean. In conclusion, unless you enjoy being degraded and spending double what you would elsewhere, stay away from this local business.
