My wife and I just bought a home in Keller. We used The Floor Store of Keller and were extremely happy with them. Dale and his team provide great customer service, great pricing, and quality work, and they were extremely prompt about it. They helped us to work through some issues with material shortages, and helped us to select a carpet that was similar to what we were looking for, and was readily available. I am extremely happy with our floors, and would recommend The Floor Store to anyone.

It wasn’t great. It wasn’t awful. You have lots of alternatives. I’d suggest you go elsewhere. The job was sufficient. It’s not stellar.

Friendly folks, foxed me up with countertops for my kitchen. Turned out gorgeous!

I called for an estimate and someone came out and measured. I was told a quote would be sent that evening.I waited for a week before I called in to ask. I was told one of their guys was out and they were busy but that they would get back to me that day. I never heard a thing.I waited another week and called back AGAIN. I talked to someone who said they had someone on the floor and they would call me back in 5 mins. Guess what? Not a peep. I called back an hour later and left another voicemail and havent heard anything.My appointment was the 5th and it is now the 22nd and I cannot get a return call or email. It is a shame because this place came highly recommended but if I cannot get a phone call, then I cannot trust them to do what I want done to my house.There are way too many options to have to go through such poor customer service.

We just finished a huge renovation with them and they were amazing to work with! We added new wood like tile on floor and front of fireplace as well as entire kitchen renovation. From meeting with Dale to work on design to the employees to did the tear out-the process went fabulous! The tile workers did an amazing job and cleaned up everyday before they left. They made sure our home was still livable and not a disaster or construction zone. Dale and his crew were readily available to discuss any concerns we had and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We were very pleased with the final product! Will be using them again in the future when it is time to do our bathroom update.

The Floor Store has now replaced the flooring in my entire home with both Luxury Vinyl Plank and carpet. Nathan and Morgan were both excellent about keeping us informed about when installations were to be make and what to expect. The workers for both installation were amazing. They showed up on time, worked very hard, completed work before time estimate, were very considerate of our home. I cannot say enough about this experience. The product installed is beautiful and we are extremely pleased. At a time when customer service seems to be forgotten this was a welcome experience. Thanks so much.

I cant say enough good things about our experience with the floor store. First off, the owner Dale is so incredibly nice and helpful. I had a specific idea in my mind of what I wanted (matte, light French oak real hardwood). I didnt love any of the samples they had in store. but Dale worked relentlessly to find exactly what we wanted and answered the million questions we had. Secondly, the crew that came out and completed the job were so extremely professional, nice, and most importantly, did a GREAT job! My husband and I have done a lot of renovations over the years and there always seems to be something that leaves us disappointed. However, I havent seen a single issue with the work they did. They showed up on time every day, left my home clean when they left for the day, and were done within a few days (ahead of original estimate). Lastly, they came in well under the other $ estimates we got. One store refused to give us a breakdown of the labor costs (my husband was willing to do the demo of the previous flooring depending on cost), but Dale was more than willing to explain everything in the cost and helped us stay under our budget when helping us pick the right flooring options. I will be recommending them to everyone! Really great experience!

The Floor Store of Keller did an impeccable job on my 1000 sq ft of wood look tile. Dale worked with us initially to get us exactly the flooring we wanted at a competitive price.Then Alex and his tiling team came in and were incredibly efficient and professional. Alex arrived on time each day, explained the process and any issues as he and his team worked, and completed the job earlier than expected.After completion, the Floor Store contacted us to make sure that we were satisfied with the job before taking our final payment - and sent someone out next day for the couple of minor spots we noticed that needed a touch up.Finally, and this to me is what sets this business apart, Dale called and set an appointment to come inspect the job and make sure we were pleased with all aspects of our experience. Of course we are - the floors look amazing, the price is unbeatable, and the service is unsurpassed. Thank you Floor Store of Keller for making us a priority and for making our home so beautiful! We’ll be back when we’re ready for new carpet!

They installed faux wood 5 plank floors in my duplex. Im am happy with the service and it looks like real wood floors. Very easy to clean, my pets have a few accidents if I get home late from work, no bubbling, floor cleans easy with a little water or 409. I will be using them again.

The quality and installation of our floors turned out great, however we were not satisfied with the customer service we received from the associates at the store. Marlon was our sales associate and several details were either wrong and/or left out of the process (cost, details of the installation, etc). He told us he would be onsite during the installation and we were home the entire time without seeing him once. There was a lot of miscommunication and unorganization between the contrators and the keller floor store associates which caused us headaches. After the process we owed more money and Keesha was quick to call and send emails daily after we informed her we would be in contact to give payment information. I found this very discouraging considering when we reached out to Marlon we would not get responses back in a timely manner.
