I always love this store since it opened in Keller. Theyve had some great managers. Linda the cashier is awesome. Rick is or was an excellent manager.Good prices on organic, in date, flours and cereals at a discount.

Place was so clean. Will go here for all my needs before I go to Walmart or anywhere else really. Customer service top notch. Called ahead to see if they had what I wanted and they did and they set it aside for me so Noone else could take it. Sore is actually quite huge and prices. Oh my gosh. Amazing!!!

Kalin was amazing. We went to the same store three nights in a row trying to find a couch and loveseat set. The two previous nights we had fair customer service. Tonight, kalin was amazing. She went above and beyond. Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service.

I purchased furniture from this location the employee that completed my transaction is no longer with the company.. It seemed as if I was double charged for the item I purchased and when I went back in just to get a receipt or find out what had happened the manager said they didn’t have access to it anymore and he had to open a ticket needless to say I never heard back just be careful when purchasing and exchanging furniture

More organized than most big lots stores

This Keller Location has exceptional customer service!! No locations had the items in stock that I was looking for but this location. I called and verified with Dean they had it in stock. He was happy to physically put his eyes on the item to ensure it would be available and on hold for me. I drove 45 minutes to this location. Dean was so gracious to even help me load my vehicle. Sarah was so enthusiastic to help me and gave me stellar customer service upon entering the store and checking out! Couldn’t be happier with the service! This location Rocks!!!

Big lots, beds furniture a good value, yet assymbley required

Dean in the furniture department has been so helpful and patient with me. I ordered a couch may 25 and because of covid shutting distribution centers down, I just got it today. He kept me in the loop with calls and emails on when it would arrive. He was very friendly on the phone and in the store. Helped us load it in our truck. And worked very efficiently. Thank you Dean! I love my new couch! Worth the wait

Poor customer service. As my family walked in we were not greeted by cashier that didn’t have any customers. She just made eye contact with us but said nothing. We passed associates as we were in the furniture section and not one asked if we needed assistance. We will not return. Two stars because it was clean.

The store was very well stocked in the part of the store I was looking in. The workers were very friendly. I enjoy going there, especially around holiday times, because I find different things than other stores.

Shop at NRH store due to location. Recently bought furniture there. Amanda was the salesperson that helped me. Ask for her. She was super nice and helpful. Had to go to Keller due to inventory. My salesperson was Azaria. I never thought to find another salesperson as good as Amanda, but she was. It was so refreshing to have 2 good experiences like these. My reviews of my purchases will reflect their upbeat attitudes.

Its ok the employees were nice.

I can usually find what I’m looking for here which is nice but the aisles feel so narrow that it’s hard to get from the beginning to the back of the store with a cart. I also wasn’t very fond of there service. They weren’t very nice it seemed like they were judgmental towards us it just overall didn’t feel like a good atmosphere. I understand we’re going through a crisis right now but it would be nice to feel welcomed somewhere once we rarely step out of the house.

The staff was not as courteous and kind as the other stores that I have visited. The store was well stocked & neat with the exception of the selection of christmas items.

Great prices friendly staff

I fell for the deal. False advertiser Biglots wont let you have whats on the sales floor. Its like a bait and switch operation. The rocker-recliners on the sales floor are made of better quality while the stock of what i got is cheap. It doesnt rock the same as the show piece and my chairs creaks. Its the 2nd one if had to return for false advertising

Love this store especially for non name brands in all areas. Quality is comparable and the price is good. The sales on name brand items are also good. Great decor inside and out. Their 20% off days really help.

I have always loved Big Lots for savings on close-out items but it seems that they carry more of their own brands now. Its getting more difficult to find any good deals. The rewards points dont really add up to big rewards. I dont use mine anymore. This location is above average. Friendly helpful staff and extra checkout clerks.

Went to Big Lot looking For a New Bird Feeder ad found Just What I was looking for now my birds are happy again. I also found my favorite flavor of American Ice at a bargain price so I didnt have to go to 4 different Wal-Marts to get their nock off flavor which is all ways out of stock. That made my Day. Good deals. Some prices are even lower than other stores. Selection varies per store and closeouts make it hard to pass up items that might not be there the next time I go. But I still love to go and see what I can find every time.
