Was shopping down isles and was kinda forced over to next isle by a couple women that do not know what social distancing means, these two were down right beligent. Did find my snacks and beer. Good selections.

Goto store for quick purchase of Milk and eggs. Works in a pinch when a larger store is too far or too inconvenient to go to.

I Love Sparkling Ice Drinks, my favorite being the Peach Nectarine, expediently everyone else loves them too only I drink about about 60 a month. I buy mine at Dollar General because The local grocery stores & Walmart arent dependable to have them in stock when I run out & need to refill - the Dollar General Store has been.💋🍀

They have some products that are well below Walmart. For example their soft sheen rinse for men is $5.00 and the exact same brand is $8.97 and more at other stores. I usually buy three at a time.

The dollar general in Decatur Texas has been remodeled recently and is amazing now. They totally rearranged their aisles and checkout. It is very pleasing to the eyes and as always is so much easier to go there than the big box store in town! I have found the customer service there to be very helpful.

Quick to run in and grab what I needed without having to go to a big box store.

I enjoy looking at all the decorations and being able to buy some groceries and cleaning products and hygiene without going to Walmart.

I would not use coupons here, they told my friend that introduced me to couponing there CALLED my friend and said we weren’t welcome there for couponing there, because apparently I caused problems there. It just made me super upset and I still cannot believe that they acted that unprofessional and not to mention it was the MANAGER!

You can get cheap but good quality stuff here. Some items are more expensive than Walmart. I recommend this place for cards, gift bags and for birthday decorations. Also recommend for stationary items, miscellaneous kitchen items.

Its pretty much a General store where you can get anything from,groceries, pet food, clothing,small appliances, to automotive items. A lot like the small General stores that have been around well over a hundred years or more. They have a little bit of just about everything and its convenient.

I always purchase my toilet paper thereThere are always checkers available.

This place is always stocking.. always. They keep everything you need or want.

Good place to pick up those items you need but arent buying groceries. I rate this store 3 stars due to a few aisles being cluttered and the register not ringing up correct prices. DG is convenient to old town neighborhoods.

This dollar store seem to have slightly higher prices than other dollar stores or even the dollar general at watauga Towne center. Its my last minute dollar store for quick pick ups. Staff is generally nice.

This is not a friendly place. They look at you as if youre stealing. You have to wait to be checked out because they are who knows where. This site is always a mess. Everywhere you go, youre running your carry into stuff they need to stock during on the floor. Why dont they put out stuff on the aisles that they are stocking at that moment instead of blocking all the dishes when they know it will be hours before they can get to it?

I have shopped here several times for a last minute need... gift bag and birthday card. They have a good selection and they keep the store clean. My only complaint is long...slow checkout. Ive put things back and walked out more than once because I ran of time to wait.

Sad and discouraging place. When you walk in, you hope no one you know sees you go in. I like saving money, but when I shop at this store in particular, it feels like a desperate act.

This place sold my 10 year old son spray paint and a lighter. When i found out i tried to contact the store and they never picked up the phone. What can i do to stop them selling this stuff to minors?

This store is a huge mess!! I saw tons of things all over the floors and pushed up against shelves. If you like to pilfer threw things you might like it here. They really need to clean out this store.

Good prices

Its a good place to stop, if youve forgotten something on your recipe.. But, for me, I find they are out of things, often.. and their food(like bread), is often stale, although it is still in date.. When Dollar stores first came out, most things they carried, were a dollar, now, even the name brand items, are higher here, than at the grocery and/or super stores.. Things are also hard to find, when shopping in these stores.. I wish they would go back to having more dollar items, and putting things like, name brand paper: towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, sodas, chips, gal. tea, etc.. At a lower price, and some in bulk.. beating out the grocery and super store prices.. Then i would give them 5 stars!☺

I believe the managers name is JODY I hope I got it right. She was amazing. I had an issue with something I purchased and she showed me above and beyond amazing customer service along with apologizing for my inconvenience. Very convenient, I shop here every Saturday I always see her with a smile and very sweet. She also told me about the app I now save SO MUCH. I used to live in haltom city I believe she worked at that one for a while too and switched to this one I now live in Keller. Im very satisfied with this store, she deserves a raise for her upmost respect towards customers!!! I feel when a business is doing great including the manager I MUST write a review. As a customer we dont get this alot, in my opinion. And it is very much appreciated!!!
