Got in and got out, found what I was looking for easily and had no problems checking out quickly

I was at this location last morning and witnessed a very disrespectful employee in the toy department who was wearing a hat with cat ears. She was yelling at her elderly coworker and at another customer who was looking at some boxes on a pallet. She yelled that she doesnt let people look at the boxes and then yelled at her coworker to start taking the boxes back to the back room. Why wouldnt she just stock the product instead of holding it in the back room? I got her name and have reported her to the higher ups about her abusive behavior. Again she wears cat ears...so that explains it i guess

Not happy. My insurance has an over the counter contract with Walmart. Although I choose the OTC products in my insurances catalog, Ive never been able to check out without deleting, usually, several items. One week its on the Walmart computer, the next its not. Unbelievably, my last attempt saw me just not messing with the 300 plus dollars of the deleting process. When the young 20ish male boss suggested that I check closer to assure I was actually placing the correct articles in my cart......hmmmm, thats called Customer Service. Nope, not liking WalMart.

Whenever I go in, staff never seem to know where anything is or if it is in stock/when they will get it. Meat is always lower quality and more processed than Kroger. Produce is just ok. All typical Walmart stuff. Frankly if you can avoid going here, youre better off.

Was just a quick GROCERY run but they had everything we were in need of.

Was waiting a while near the door saw door greeter let dozens of people pass lots of whom had stuff in the bottom of their cart. Old Mexican dude walks up and its let me see your receipt sir you have stuff in the bottom of your cart I need to see a receipt! The man asked why she didnt stop me as I was just then walking out the door. I didnt stop him she said Im stopping you.

Cashier was very slow, teach them better ways to move the lines its hard on them and customers

Just went to garden center because of sale on mulch and organic soil, etc. Terrific sale right now. Shop inside regularly. Check every week for newly added items. Like the new configuration of shelves, products etc.

I had Kaley as a cashier and Pat helped her. They were so nice and helped us. Great store and great people working there!

Absolutely terrible service none of the machines inside the building are covered by Walmart you have to call to get your money back for anything that eats your money go shop somewhere else quit letting Walmart get so big

No mustard? A supposed supercenter and you have no yellow mustard? And why do you stock things and then suddenly stop? I dont get it. I go to another walmart supercenter and there it is. I cant explain the exact items because theres too many!

Even as Walmarts go this one this one was horrible. After spending five minutes getting items. I go to get in line and to my surprise on a Saturday morning at 10 oclock there were over fifty people attempting to check out they had one cashier and only two of their self-checkouts were working... I did not have time to wait in that madness and so I had to leave without even being able to purchase the items I went in there for.....

I like our towns Walmart. Its definitely not too big! They recently remodeled the store, so i still dont know where some things are, but it looks nice

This is a big store and no empty shelves and plenty to choose from ..I think the craft and fabric section is much larger then other Walmarts this store has the old Walmart selection feel and look love it

Its a large store, but Ive been to bigger. The isles are a little tight, especially if the shelves are being stocked. The employees are very helpful.

Doing away with full serve checkouts, but the prices just keep rising. Meijer next door, more help there, may change stores if Walmart doesnt improve. Just keeps going downhill.

The store is so great, you can find all youneed in just no time. If you cant find something you need a customer serviceCenter will point you in the right direction.

Theyre running out of items and not restocking. Or they dont dont have what I want. Most of the time I have to go .com to get the products. On the plus side they are close and I have to go there to shop. Its sometimes difficult to tell which associates are dead and which ones are alive, that is if you can find one at all. I keep hoping that theyll upgrade. Until then I guess Ill have to deal with the disappointments.

This Walmart had what we needed but the employees do not know where anything is located in the store. The checkout girl was more interested in talking to people than ringing up sales

This is by far the worst Walmart I’ve ever been to. The shelves in all sections are barely stocked I find this extremely irritating and it’s not just an occasional thing it’s every single time I come here to shop nothing is kept stocked up.I guess from now on I will just go to a different location that actually will do their jobs.

Its Walmart. The Kendallville Walmart is a decent one to shop at. They usually have what you need and then some.

My cashiers name was Shawn and he was very nice and polite. A+ in my opinion.

The people in this store are very, very helpful. I ask for something and they find it for me. Customer service many times has helped me without complaints about my returns. I also asked for help to load 40 pound bags of salt in my suv (getting older) and it was done cheerfully. Thank you everyone.

I am not a Walmart fan!!BUT THIS WALMART IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL!!!THE WHOLE STORE EVERY EMPLOYEE IVE HAD CONTACT WITH IS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THERE STORES ITEAM PLACEMENTS, THERE FRIENDLY, POLITETHEY EVEN ACT LIKE THERE HAPPY TO BE THERE!!!I TRY TO GO THERE FOR MY WEEKLY GROCERIES..THEY ALLOW BIG TRUCKS TO PARK AND SHOP WITHOUT BEING HARASSED..

You can find what you need fairly quickly but the people there aren’t the best.

Ok place to shop usually has what Im looking for.

The store has decent service and good variety, yet my biggest problem is that (in my personal opinion) the surveillance was notched up a little too high I guess? Not to a point where it is partially noticeable, but to the point that if you put 20 seconds of each security clip together, it can make an entire documentary of a random shopper, but other than that, everything else is alright.

Im leaving 1 star just so I can leave a review..but this store deserves NO stars whatsoever! So called Associates that work in the toy department are rude childish and like to play games with paying customers. Every time I go to this store Im treated horribly because Im a collector..its really discrimination towards me for that reason. I will be contacting corporate with this situation.

The store (like most Walmarts)change the layout and where they keep the stuff that you need clear in the back four corners of the store and scatter the rest in odd setups and unexpected places.

Many times items theres a place marked on the Shelf but there is nothing on the Shelf not just once in awhile but almost invariably when I go in to get the same item and its something that Walmart carries theres none.

This is one of the cleanest and well stocked also best front faced walmarts Ive ever seen ! And employees was great

I forgot to mention that this Wal-Mart store had a larger variety of the items that I use than Most Other Wal-Marts. They all are not the same, the remodeling is a little challenging. BUT the employee that asked me if I needed help was outstanding. I was looking for some cheap exterior paint, color wasnt a concern when I explained why I wanted the cheapest paint, she directed me to an area that had discontinued items at 1/5 the cost of their cheap paint on the regular shelves, which I wouldve bought if she hadnt been so helpful. 🤔🤑😃😄😁😆😎
