Best chai latte I’ve had all trip! Friendly staff and fun environment! Definitely a great stop to make.

We have stopped at this location twice. Both times we have ordered and paid. To be told after they are low on the cream we like in our coffee..no I dont want a substitute I want my $11 back. I dont like my coffee dark. I love my saco Starbucks! Great service everytime.

Mediocre was okay I didnt feel special it was a get them in and get them out type of situation and I wasnt looking for anything I do always look at the store if its clean or not and thats one of those mediocre but I did just only get coffee so I wasnt too worried about anything being clean while I was but only in my cup but it was a Togo cup so visit it if you like check it out for yourself

8:08 am they are still closed, their hours on Google Map say otherwise, supposedly 7:00 am to 3:00 pm!!!!!!!

Terrible level of serviceSign says they close at 2pm.At 1:51pm still having 2-3 customers waiting in line they said theyre closed and not going to take orders.We were waiting for a least 4-5 minutes prior to that in their clear view but they didnt say a word

Not enough drinks when ordered no ice…

Line was EXTREMELY long. I waited for nearly 20 minutes before placing my order. I wanted a bagel with my cold brew coffee. No cream cheese. I tried to order a bacon egg and cheese. Sold out. The line behind me was long so I gave in and paid for my coffee. The cashier apologized, I told her it wasn’t her fault. Then, another employee, Kevin, told me he had some sandwiches in the back and he would make me one free of charge. I appreciated the kind gesture but knew they were busy and told him thank you but I was okay. I waited for my coffee. Once I got it Kevin told me he was making me a sandwich if I didn’t mind waiting. It was extremely busy and they seemed possibly under staffed. I was very impressed with Kevin and his fabulous customer service skills.

Terrible customer service

Im really not a great fan of Starbucks products. Coffee has a burnt flavor that I just dont like. Iced caramel macchiato though is very good but seems like more of a dessert than coffee. The casual atmosphere is nice and no one bothers you if youre just hanging out

They opened a bit late. That wouldnt have been a big deal if the coffee I received wasnt terrible. Tates like hot water with hints of espresso. And she didnt even say good morning or youre welcome whe. I said good morning and thank you very much.

Wish I read the reviews before stopping. So rude, wow. Greeted the cashier, hello how are you and her response was, hi, what do you want. Will never returned. PS- coffee is okay.

If I could give zero stars I would. The cashiers have a very nasty disposition towards African Americans. Theyre overall reaction from start to finish is that you dont belong here. Last I checked all American money is green, so whats the big deal?! Please lay off of sniffing the coffee grounds! I wouldnt have another cup of coffee from this place if it was free & trimmed in gold.

Absolutely the worst place i have ever tried to get coffee. Id love to comment on the taste, but after 15 minutes in line I just decided to walk away.

The Southbound location is NEVER open at 5am when its supposed to be. I know its hard to find good help but, COME ON?! You guys sell coffee! People need coffee early in the morning. I wouldnt complain if it wasnt in a Rest Stop of all places. Maine people need to get up early to work! Truckers need to get their Joe to get their trucks rolling! Lets go people! Starbucks needs to get their act together!

I usually love Starbucks, but this place was a big disappointment. The cashier didnt know about free birthday drinks so I ended up paying $6 for a drink that should have been free. Very disappointed with their slow service and unknowledgeable cashiers. I will not be returning here or recommending others to it

Very rude, I placed my order and I got the wrong beverage. Wasn’t even close to what I had told the girl. Had to tell the girl at the pick up section what I wanted again and still got the wrong beverage. My travel companion also got the wrong beverage as well. I told the girl that and she didn’t even care. If you have no desire to deal with customers then customer service is not for you. If you pay for something you expect to get what you’re paying for.

Store is supposed to open at 0600 according to the hours listed on Google Maps. Two staff members are turning customers away telling them they don’t open until 0630. Thanks for wasting everyone’s time while you two stand around chatting.

The coffee is good, the pricing boarders outrageous. The staff takes no time for the occasional visitor not familiar with the menus wording

Hugely disappointed. 7:30 pm and Starbucks closed!!!!! Sunday 1/14. We always run in to closed early issues on both the North and South side of the Turnpike along with Barista attitude depending on who you get. And that’s not to say there aren’t some very pleasant very accommodatingBaristas that can make semi dry venti caps with an extra shot of expresso But here most say sure then make it the normal heavy way and give you attitude when you say gee that’s too much milk. I’m sorry, I asked for semi dry....So I would give no stars but then I couldn’t vent... come on. 7:30 when they should be there til 9!!!!!

Horrible experience! All the websites and even the Starbucks app says closes at 9PM. Got there at 8:10PM and they were already shut down.
