Trevor Cochrane rocks!!!! My husband and I showed up late to the Lincoln dealership on the one night that it was freezing in New Orleans. Trevor went above and beyond to locate and show us the vehicles we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable on the models and their trims/packages which is always a breath of fresh air when I have a million questions. We will definitely be returning and look forward to working with Trevor.

Dont do online business with them! Disappointing, unethical and unprofessional dealership. Had deal in place - all cash transaction paying full internet list price on a Saturday morning. I called immediately when the dealership opened to secure the vehicle. After they said yes the vehicle is yours they went and sold it within the hour to someone else. I couldnt imagine treating a client this way. The salesperson was the only redeeming quality of the dealership as it at least seemed like he was trying and was equally disappointed that management allowed this to happen.

Stopped in this dealership to look at new Lincolns. Even though we were from out of State and only tire kicking, Dylan Ryan took the time to discuss the product line. He was knowledgeable to the specifications and when asked a question on towing capacity, he immediately attained the rated weight.The dealership is new and looks outstanding. The staging of vehicles was an excellent display.If I lived there Dylan Ryan would be my go-to guy for a new car.

Good deal.

My post is delayed. I was purchasing a new car following the flooding in July. I was looking at all my options and wanted to consider Lincoln’s mkz. I had Called and spoke with Kurt, who was aware of my situation. He was very friendly, and thought i would be able to get a good deal. Unfortunately, I forgot To call prior to going to the dealership to see if I could See him. He ended up being out that day, and everyone in the dealership was incredibly rude. Maybe it’s because I’m young and a female but the two male salesmen (one was the manger of the whole dealership), would not let me ask questions (Safety concerns, etc). The first thing they asked was “how much could I put down?”. It was very degrading. Needless to say, i refused to try out the vehicle. Refuse to go somewhere that treats people regardless of who they are as low. The sad thing, is that I had A very large (Half the cost of the car) down payment. Won’t go to anyLamarque dealership until they have better Costumer service.

Lamarque has a great reputation in New Orleans, and I was more than pleased with their service. The sales team was great and the whole process only took a couple of hours! Got called in for a recall on my airbag which was no problem. We scheduled an appointment and everything was good, all until it came to get a rental car. The recall paper said that I would be provided with a rental car. I was told they discontinued that policy in December of 2018. The paper I recieved was dated June of 2019. So I dont understand how it was discontinued if I just recieved the recall, so clearly something is off by 6 months...I had to leave due to me not being able to receive a rental but left my number for them to contact me. That was July 8, 2019 and I still havent recieved a call. Still waiting...
