Repairs were quoted at 4-5 days. I never received any information from Ray Brandt Collision Center. The only information came from me calling to check the status of my vehicle. Vehicle sat at Ray Brandt for almost 2 weeks while the parts were not yet ordered. The reason I know that, is when I called at 11 days in, they told me the order was sitting on the vendors desk and they had not ordered them. At ~4 weeks I asked to speak to the manager, and was put on hold, hung up on, was provided information from the service person, I had to ask then demand to speak with the manager. It took more than 30 min for the manager to come the phone. Magically, the day after speaking with the manager my car was ready.

The staff was very professional, courteous, and friendly . They delivered my car in tip-top shape. It looked perfect. 5 Star Review. Recommended.

My suv was damaged from Hurricane Ida. was towed on 9/21/21, today is 10/26/21 and i still do not have my suv. i always have to call and get an update, no one calls me back from here. very UNHAPPY customer. Erin B

Do NOT believe any negative reviews!! This was by far the fastest and most friendly collision center I have ever dealt with. My truck was repaired and returned to me 3 days SOONER than expected!! The staff was very friendly and respectful, not to mention the work they did was GREAT!! My truck is running like it’s brand new again. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing any kind of repair work, no matter how minor or serious. Thanks again for the speedy repair!! I will definitely be recommending you guys to everyone that I know.

Go anywhere else.. I had to back and forth with them to complete my car and when they told me it waa done there were thg the never fixed.. I had to call them and point out this incomplete things they said Oh I thought it was done. But we can fix it we will call you when we get the part 3days later still not done.

The work overall was good until the final walk around I noticed a small dent that wasnt fixed things happen sometimes they get overlooked understand I brought it to the attention of the inspector Joanna and I was accused of making a false claim, my insurance company$6,363.28 & I paid an additional $2,863.68 for them to go completely around my vehicle and paint it, for a grand total of $9,231.91 they collected & still left with a dent NEVER AGAIN.

My understanding is I had a life time warranty on my repair to my SUV.

I had door dings down to the medal from rocks hitting the side of my car. I am so glad i brought my car to Ray Brandt. Not only did they fix my car in a timely manner, they also did an excellent job. I am so happy with the work that was done. I also had no problems with the insurance company, they took care of all the paperwork. The staff was nice and kept me updated through the process.

Wow! Amazing service! I had some fairly minor damage to my passenger side fender, and was sure I would be told I had to replace the whole front fender, which runs across the front of the car. But Kelly, the foreman, gave it a quick look see and said he could repair it in about an hour while I waited. And he did -- in less than hour! He even spruced it up with new silver paint over the yellow scrapes, and charged me a very modest fee. Its a good as new and Im thrilled! Everyone in this shop gave me top notch service, from the moment I called them on the phone. Highly recommended!

Poor communication, and they risk my life. I trust yall with my car after an accident, and when they finish the work, they didnt paint parts of my car that was clear to paint, and after I get my car I test it and I almost had another accident because my car was not fixed propertly, but they said after a week that it is just my tire, so why you didnt comunicate with myself personally, not the insurance, and why you didnt tell me that my tires were bad before, so my life wasnt in danger. Literally, I see it as a poor service because if you know that my tires are bad ; a thing that I dont believe it, why you didnt tell me it from the beginning, but not too prefer to risk a client life, and giving answer that from factory the car supposed to throw me to the sides, and omitting that my tires were bad . Also I had a treat from the manager saying that if I dint get my car or do what she told me, she will start charging storage fee, with a really bad attitude, so I can get fear, and get my car . Learn to communicate, and to respond with professional answer, not guessing. It looks that they prefer more the insurance company than their customers, trying to save the economy of the insurance.

I went to the collision shop for a minor hood problem. I thought it required replacement. Amanda looked at it and said it may need oil and you don’t have to leave it. She callForman who was brilliant. Oiled it. Work perfect..would not except money. Happy Dance....

Amanda is a very nice young lady, she works very hard to make sure the customers are pleased. It seems that almost the entire staff has changed around a bit but Kelly the body shop foreman is still there. They do great quality work, as with everything, you will always have a difference of opinion. Even the minor things that I was not totally satisfied with, they attempted to remedy, and an attempt is all that one can ask for. Overall, no one can bring your car to looking like new again unless you trade it in for a new one after being involved in a wreck or any other damage. Its a hard job, but they do go out of their way to please you. Great friendly staff for all the years I have been a repeat customer. Will continue to return if needed.Simon S.

3 days turned into a week. A week turned into 2. 2 weeks turned into 20 days. That long to fix the rear. And over charge. SMH

I will say this the ladies in the office are wonderful. Only reason why am giving 3 stares. Just got my car back Thursday. They did not do a good job of painting. I have scratches all over my back bumper from them putting the Parts inside my vehicle which now I have minor rips inside. Not that big of a problem I can deal with that. But they cut my line for my windshield wipers and never fix that. Now thinking about it, I’m wondering if they didnt miss things to do with my wheel. Only reason I went To them was my insurance.

The worst experience I have ever had! My vehicle was repaired with 100% salvaged parts from the junk yard. My taillights were full of water. It took them a months to perform 5,000 dollars worth of repairs. After complaining for two weeks, I picked up my vehicle and it had four, yes, I said four, flat tires and my car was filthy. My wife was following me and noticed my two salvaged tail lights were completely different colors when my car was in reverse. Lisa, the leader of the incompetent crew, told me she would have this taken care of right away! Now, over a month later, still have not received my new parts and Lisa once again, says she is unable, for over a month, to get in two replacement (New) taillights. Raymond and Jessica are being very careless with their name allowing their establishment to operate under their brand —simply amazed

Try to get the Man that is the Manager to look at your repair, young lady told me that they would have to take the entire bed of my truck off. When man looks at it it needs one bolt and it was fixed in minutes, Do not Trust what the Girls at the front desk tell you, Told me 500.00 and change to do repair and would be ready next evening if we would leave it now. So we did went by next day after lunch still sitting by the side of road. No Call had to call them now they are saying it is going to be 800.00 more and do not know when it will be ready. Bait and Switch Deal Be Careful It is probably good if you are using Insurance because adjusters will go verify however consumers have to go off what the service provider tells them.

I have been to Ray Brandt in Kenner on a couple occasions,always a great experience. My car always came back looking like it rolled off the showroom floor. The whole team over there is awesome, was always able to answer any questions I had along the way while my car was there.

The long time standing family, the Lucurto’s have managed this shops for years. They have taken care of my vehicles for the last 10 years. From fender benders, to a total, to even paint touch ups. The work hasn’t been FAST, perfectly executed and thy make dealing with your insurance company a breeze. I wouldn’t even consider another collision center to take care of my vehicles.

Rude staff including the manager. Specially Liz who is in charge of the State Farm Ins. Cars. I was there at 11 AM and she had gone to lunch. Left my car while you to get a rental. I came back to change things from my car to the rental. I left there at 1PM and 4 minutes later she decides to return the message I left (3hrs ago) and all she did is argue a request I ask of her. I decided to pick up my car. The manager justifi ng their behavior the whole time. Kelly the receptionist was the only decent and nice human being there. They lost my businesses and a customer. I used the 6 yrs. Ago one receptionist and everything went well. But now their customer service sucks.

Worst service ever all I will say is record what you tell them and what they say to you because when they mess up!! They take no responsibility. It doesnt take someone with a degree to have good customer service skills but this place!! Has the worst service Ive ever been to. We dont speak to the mechanics we speak to the front desk! You would think that since they are representing the company and everyone with it they would do a better job then a crappy ass one! I give ZERO STARS!

Unprofessional and different people will give you different answers. I was told my car would be done yesterday. I call them today and get told theyre doing courtesy work and I can pick it up tomorrow! When I point out that its going to cost me extra to keep renting a car the lady on the phone cops an attitude.

The service manager here is just plain rude. The other employees are very courteous and go above and beyond. The work here is ok, its only ever been insurance claims so i dont know how their pricing is. It can take a while fkr them to get the job done at times.

So far I cannot give a review about the repairs, because Ray Brandt has had my car for THREE FULL MONTHS, yes over 480 work hours and I still dont have my car.
